OPTIMALISASI INSEKTISIDA EKSTRAK DAUN TERAP (Artocarpus elastica), DAUN SUKUN (A. communis) DAN DAUN NANGKA (A. heterophyllus Lamk) TERHADAP HAMA RAYAP (Makrotermes gilvus (Hagen))
Termites are very dangerous insect for buildings that made from materials that contains cellolose such as wood and its products. Termite control effort so far still focus on the exessive synthetic insecticides and less selective to the target, so that arises side effects such as resistance, it is dangerous for the user and enviroment pollution, then it is necerssary to find the right way to combat the termites.
The purpose of this research is to know the optimisze of crude extract insecticide of Terap leaf (Artocarpus elastica), Breadfruit leaf (A. Communis) and Jackfruit leaf (A. heterophyllus Lamk) to the termites (Makrotermes gilvus (Hagen)) and the most effetive extract concentration in controling the termite and number of weight loss of wood which eat by the termites at antifidan test.
The results of research shows that extract of Terap leaf (A. elastica), Breadfruit (A. Communis) and Jackfruit leaf (A. heterophyllus Lamk) have insecticidal activity to the termites (M. gilvus (Hagen)), that was shown by F hit > F tab) at the significance level of 5% if compared to the controls, but not significant (P>0,05) among the treatments of extract
Pelatihan Pembuatan “Sajeng Tabuh†Hasil Fermentasi Ubi Jalar Untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian Kearifan Lokal di Kelurahan Sesetan
Ketersediaan jenis umbi-umbian lokal seperti ubi jalar (Ipomoea batatas L.) di Indonesia termasuk Bali sangat melimpah, namun penggunaannya sebagian besar untuk tepung, makanan dan camilan serta minuman. Masyarakat Bali yang mayoritas beragama Hindu tidak terlepas dari kegiatan Upacara keagamaan berupa Panca Yadnya, termasuk di dalamnya Upacara Bhuta Yadnya sebagai persembahan suci kepada para Bhuta Kala untuk menjaga keharmonisan alam semesta beserta penghuninya dengan menghaturkan banten sesaji dan perlengkapannya serta, arak berem petabuhan yang sering disebut “Sajeng Tabuhâ€. Sajeng Tabuh terdiri dari “Arak Tabuh†yaitu air tape yang berwarna putih merupakan hasil fermentasi ubi jalar madu yang dagingnya berwarna putih kekuningan dan “Berem Tabuhâ€, yaitu air tape bewarna merah tua hasil fermentasi ubi jalar ungu. Penggunaan Sajeng Tabuh sebagai sarana upacara, maka kebutuhan akan Sajeng Tabuh meningkat terus. Oleh karena itu perlu ada sentra-sentra produksi dalam bentuk industri rumah tangga (home industry) sebagai bentuk inovasi dan kreativitas masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dan kearifan lokal serta meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat, sebagai konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan yang popular disebut “Green Economyâ€. Oleh karena itu dalam Kegiatan Bakti Sosial (Baksos) Mahasiswa dan Dosen IKIP PGRI Bali memberikan kegiatan salah satunya berupa: Pelatihan Pembuatan “Sajeng Tabuh†Hasil Fermentasi Ubi Jalar (Ipomoea batatas L.) sebagai Sarana Upakara kepada PKK Kelurahan Sesetan Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan

Kegiatan praktikum mikrobiologi ini merupakan bagian (inklud) dengan mata
kuliah Mikrobiologi Umum bagi mahasiswa yang kuliah di Prodi Pendidikan Biologi
FPMIPA IKIP PGRI Bali, yang dimasukkan dalam kelompok Mata kuliah Keahlian
Berkarya (MKB) dengan kode mata kuliah MKB.
Pentingnya penyediaan literatur sebagai sumber dalam kegiatan praktikum
dipandang perlu untuk menyususun Modul Praktikum Mikrobiologi yang sesuai dengan
silabus maupun jumlah SKS yang tersedia yaitu 1 SKS dari 3 SKS dalam mata kuliah
Mikrobiologi Umum, sehingga tujuan instruksional yang diharapkan dalam pembelajaran
dapat tercapai

Tri Hita Karana (THK) contains the meaning of the three causes of well-being, sourced on the relationship between human harmony with God, with fellow human beings and human beings with the environment. Meaning of the three causes of well-being in the context of global development is applied in the case of sustainable development (sustainable development) that is consistent with the nature to bring positive impact not only for human life but also for the environment.
This being the third cause, for Hindus still held firm as swadharmanya in carrying out the teachings of religion, nation and state. Through the concept of Tri Hita Karana that contained a very deep philosophical and to height in religious life, nation and state, as well as containing the values of the existence of a sense of love and character for someone. Of compassion that gives inspiration to the life of a harmonious, harmony and mutual respect and character, so that there are thoughts and behaviors to maintain its existence, including biodiversity (diversity) of living creatures on this earth. PENGARUH PUPUK TRICHODERMA SP. DENGAN MEDIA TUMBUH BERBEDA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN VEGETATIF TANAMAN CABAI MERAH BESAR (Capsicum Frutescens L.): (THE EFFECTS OF TRICHODERMA SP. FERTILIZER WITH DIFFERENT GROWING MIDIA ON THE VEGETATIVE GROWTH OF CHILI PLANT (Capsicum Frutescens L.)
This research aimed to find out the effects of Trichoderma sp. fertilizers with different growing media on the vegetative growth of chili plants and to find out the best growing media to make it grow optimally.This research was conducted in the Biologi Laboratory at FPMIPA IKIP PGRI Bali from April to June, 2018. The research was done in several growing media; treatmen P0 (without the Trichoderma sp. fertilizer), P1 (Trichoderma sp. fertilizer from taro media), P2 (Trichoderma sp. fertilizer from cassava media), P3 (Trichoderma sp. fertilizer from sweet potato media), P4 (Trichoderma sp. fertilizer from corn media), P5 (Trichoderma sp. fertilizer from potato media). These treatments were repeated four times each. The population in this study were all chili pepper seeds of F1 Megatop variety with a total of 100 plants and a sample of 72 plant that were three weeks old. Each group contained of three chili plants. The data collected in this study were about the height and number of leaves on the chili plants. The data were analyzed using the analysis o variance (ANOVA) with F test and a 5% significance level followed by the LSD test.Based on the analysis, there are several effects of Trichoderma sp. fertilizer with different growing media on the vegetative growth of chili plants. The results showed that treatment P4 (Trichoderma sp. fertilizer from corn media) have the most effective and optimal effects on the chili plants
PENGGUNAAN LARUTAN BIO CAS UNTUK FERMENTASI JERAMI PADI (Oryza sativa L.) SEBAGAI PAKAN TERNAK \ud DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN BIOTEKNOLOGI
This study aims to determine the effect of Bio CAS against the protein content of rice straw as cattle feed. Data to be collected in the form of protein and physical observations of rice straw in the form of observation of texture, color fanbsu after fermentation, the analyzed using analysis variand at a significance level of 5% and 1%. To get the real difference between treatment with BNT and continued with Duncant test.
The results of protein content analysis in the fermentation results obtained 20.61 and on the significance level of 5% was 3.11 and 1% significance degree of 5.06. The highest protein content was in P3 treatment that has concentration of 2%

The aim of the research is to recognize the activities of sembung delan (
S.
indicus
L.) extract to
P. infestans
. In laboratory, the test was done by growing colony of
fungi on petridish containing PDA media an
d rough extract of sembung delan with
concentration of 0% to 5%. While field test with the same contretation of rough extract of
sembung delan was done by using group random design. The parameters observed were
the intensity of
P. infestans
attack, total
tubers and weight of potato tubers produced.
Result of
In
-
vitro
research, showed obtained that the inhibiting power of sembung delan
extract at the concentration of 1% to 5% are significant (P<0.05) compared to controlled
group. The highest inhibiting po
wer occurs at the concentration of 4% to 5%, with
inhibiting power percentage of 100% until the eighth day of incubation period. While in
the field, intensity of attack for the age of plant prior 61day after cultivation shows
significant difference (P<
0.05) between the treatment of sembung delan extract with
control. However, there is no significant difference after the plantation is over 61 days
after cultivation. The average intensity of attack for the treatment with concentration of
3%, 4%, and 5%
for the plants having the age of 58 days after cultivation, i s only up to
50% compared with control. The level of attack is more than 50% for the same age of
the plants. When treated with concentration of 2% extract. Total tubers produced between

ol group and treated group does not show significant differences (P>0.05) but there
is significant difference (P<0.05) on the weight of tuber produced. The average increase
of tuber weight is between 31.9% to 46%

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas fungisida ekstrak sembung delan (S. indicus L.) terhadap P. infestans. Dalam skala laboratorium pengujian dilakukan dengan menumbuhkan koloni jamur di dalam cawan petri yang mengandung media PDA dan ekstrak kasar sembung delan dengan konsentrasi 0% sampai 5%. Sedangkan uji lapangan dengan konsentrasi yang sama formulasi ekstrak kasar sembung delan dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK), dengan parameter yang diamati adalah intensitas serangan P. infestans, jumlah umbi dan berat umbi kentang yang dihasilkannya. Hasil penelitian secara In - vitro diperoleh, daya hambat ektrak kasar sembung delan pada konsentrasi 1% sampai 5% menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan (P0,05), tetapi terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (P<0,05) pada berat umbi yang dihasilkan. Rata –rata terjadi peningkatan persentase berat umbi berkisar antara 31,9% sampai 46%
Penggunaan Larutan Bio CAS untuk Meningkatkan Kandungan Protein dan Menurunkan Kandungan Serat Kasar Jerami Padi melalui proses fermentasi
This research aims to find out the effects of using Bio CAS solvent on the protein
content and the reduction of crude fiber content through fermentation process. The collected
data were the protein content and the crude fiber, also physical observation of the rice straw
assessed by 20 respondents on the colors, textures and smell. The data were treated using the
analysis of variance (ANAVA) by performing the F test at the significance level of 5% and 1%.
The Duncant test would be performed if there happen to be any significant differences between
the treatments. The most optimal result of the fermented protein content was in P3 treatment at
the concentration of 2% with the value of 6,0571%. The lowest crude fiber content occured in
the treatment with a concentration of 2% (P3) with a value of 24,2873% and the P3 treatment
also had a weak texture, the color of the rice straw was brownish yellow and smelled of acid
like the smell of tape
