Costoro, per contro, sono alla ricerca di sistemi atti a far loro recuperare la marginalità perduta in questi anni di crisi. Un matrimonio che s'ha da fare? Meglio di no. A sconsigliarlo è Cecilia Stanghellini, docente d'orticoltura in serra presso l'Università di Wageningen in Olanda, che ha presentato a una recente lettura presso l'Accademia dei Gergofili i risultati di un suo studio sugli effetti sulla produttività delle colture in serra in presenza di pannelli fotovoltaici. «A mio avviso», afferma senza giri di parole Stanghellini, «l'installazione di pannelli fotovoltaici sulle serre dovrebbe essere tenuta come ultima ratio, dopo averne tappezzato tutti i tetti e i terreni disponibili. La produzione d'energia solare con questi pannelli entra infatti inevitabilmente in competizione con quella colturale svolta all'interno delle serre, captando la luce solare. Nella migliore delle ipotesi, il conduttore di serre destinate alla produzione di piante ornamentali a foglia del Sud Italia dovrà mettere in conto una perdita di produzione pari a 12 cent per kWh d'energia solare prodotta. Una perdita certo accettabile, se, per contro, riceve un contributo di 40 cent per ogni kWh d'energia da fonti rinnovabili immessa in rete. Nel caso di coltivazioni orticole da frutto, invece, andranno messe in conto perdite di produzioni di gran lunga superiori, considerato che la captazione della luce da parte dei pannelli fotovoltaici potrebbe compromettere l'allegagione»
I am schizophrenic, believe it or not! A dialogue about the importance of recognition
No full textThe main aim of our article is to discuss the importance of recognition in the psychotherapeutic process. To achieve recognition, patient and clinician should be able to build a space where the patient can find an “ecological niche” in which he can find an “adaptive equilibrium” between the burdensome demands of his psychopathological condition and the external, imposing demands of society. The clinician’s recognition is to a patient the condition of possibility to survive the “oceanic” social currents without integrating too much into them, and in so doing losing all his “non-adaptive” traits, his “pathological” freedom and unique and valuable way to interpret and henceforth live in the world. A schizophrenic person and his psychiatrist discuss the patient’s condition and his way of dealing with it. A dialogue between a “view-from-within” and a sympathetic “view-from-without” whose purpose is to build a circle of reciprocal recognition that allows the patient to come out of isolation and try to construct a fulfilling, even though schizophrenic, life. The concluding remarks will not be a definitive and “closed” examination of the material brought forth by the dialogue, but the opening of a series of questions for further research on this very important and promising theme in the psychotherapy of schizophrenia
Haploidentical Transplantation
No full textHaploidentical hemopoietic cell transplantation (haplo-SCT) is a therapeutic option in patients with acquired severe aplastic anemia (SAA); failure of one course of immune suppressive therapy (IST) with antithymocyte globulin (ATG) and the lack of an HLA-matched related or unrelated donor are accepted criteria for considering haplo-SCT treatment. Prevention of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) in haplo-SCT is provided both by ex vivo T-cell depletion and by extensive drug GvHD prophylaxis after unmanipulated graft. Haploidentical transplant for IST-refractory SAA is a clinical option offered in centers with established experience in haplo-SCT and should be applied within clinical protocol aimed at maximally preventing graft rejection and GvHD
L’iscrizione fraudolenta al campionato di calcio di una società sportiva e gli interessi tutelati delle relative associazioni di tifosi
No full textE’ noto che per iscriversi al campionato di calcio le società affiliate alla federazione nazionale sono tenute a vari adempimenti, anche di natura contabile, tra i quali quello del deposito di una copia del bilancio di esercizio, il quale deve rispettare certi parametri. L’art. 8 comma 4 del codice di giustizia sportiva punisce, poi, con sanzioni di diversa entità, fino alla esclusione dal campionato di competenza, la società che tenti di ottenere od ottenga l’ammissione alla predetta competizione sportiva attraverso la falsificazione di documenti contabili o amministrativi.
In questo lavoro, si è tentato di stabilire se una associazione di tifosi di calcio sia o meno titolare di una posizione giuridica soggettiva qualificata, tale, cioè, da legittimarla a richiedere agli amministratori di quella società, punita con la retrocessione, il risarcimento del danno non patrimoniale, conseguente, appunto, alla suddetta retrocessione.
Dopo aver esaminato le interpretazioni sull’inerenza dell’avverbio”direttamente”, contenuto nell’art. 2395 c.c., è stata proposta la soluzione positiva, ritenendo ammissibile la fattispecie di responsabilità degli amministratori, prevista dalla predetta norma, con quella disciplinata dall’art. 8 comma 4 del codice di giustizia sportiva, riguardante l’’iscrizione fraudolenta di una società sportiva al campionato di calcio
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
GraphColl: A Methodology for Visualization and Quantification of Semantic Networks in English
No full textThe aim of this paper is to illustrate a methodology used to construct a radial network based on family resemblances or on semantic components that allows one to visualize and measure the relationship between a specific set of words through the use of GraphColl (Brezina et al. 2015). Bagli (2018) successfully used it to visualize the interrelated network of categorial associations in the domain of Taste with the participation of Native Speakers; while Sandford used the tool to visualize the semantic relationships that hold between a set of Manner Of Speaking Verbs in English. In both cases, the authors uploaded the informant responses in a .txt file to the collocation software GraphColl, and then verified the correlation strength of the judged components by considering Mutual Information as a statistical measure. The results illustrated through the software reveal a visually communicative graph that allows us to understand the correlations that are also fully verifiable through various statistical measures
