The FORA Framework - A Fuzzy Grassroots Ontology for Online Reputation Management
Online reputation management deals with monitoring and influencing the online record of a person, an organization or a product. The Social Web offers increasingly simple ways to publish and disseminate personal or opinionated information, which can rapidly have a disastrous influence on the online reputation of some of the entities. The author focuses on the Social Web and possibilities of its integration with the Semantic Web as resource for a semi-automated tracking of online reputations using imprecise natural language terms. The inherent structure of natural language supports humans not only in communication but also in the perception of the world. Thereby fuzziness is a promising tool for transforming those human perceptions into computer artifacts. Through fuzzy grassroots ontologies, the Social Semantic Web becomes more naturally and thus can streamline online reputation management. For readers interested in the cross-over field of computer science, information systems, and social sciences, this book is an ideal source for becoming acquainted with the evolving field of fuzzy online reputation management in the Social Semantic Web area.
Edy Rahmayadi Governor of North Sumatra's Leadership Style in Infrastructure Development in North Sumatra for the 2018-2023 Period
Edy Rahmayadi's victory as Governor of North Sumatra 2018-2023 was the
beginning of a number of major tasks such as overcoming the Covid-19 Pandemic
and especially the development and revitalization of North Sumatra's
infrastructure. Edy Rahmayadi, who has a military background, has his own unique
leadership style when leading North Sumatra 2018-2023. The theory that the author
uses is the theory of good governance and political leadership style. This research
aims to describe the factors that influence infrastructure development in North
Sumatra and the relationship between Edy Rahamayadi's leadership style for the
2018-2023 North Sumatra Governor Period on North Sumatra's infrastructure
development. The research method used to answer this research is descriptive
qualitative research method, through literature study, observation and interviews.
The results of this research include: (1) At the beginning of his leadership, Edy
Rahmayadi's leadership style was tough and firm where he did not care about other
people's opinions about him, this disharmonization even occurred with his
subordinates and even his deputy, namely Musa Rajekshah, so it can be said that
Edy's leadership style was authoritarian. ; (2) Edy's character is dynamic, able to
accept opinions from multi-segment communities, and has good thoughts and ideas,
so it can be said that Edy is a transformational leader; (3) Edy Rahmayadi is
considered capable of stabilizing the conditions affected by Covid-19, apart from
that, Edy is a leader who prioritizes dialogue and collaboration, therefore it can be

Pelaksanaan Accounting dan Tax Service di Kantor Konsultan Pajak Edy Gunawan
The internship was conducted at KKP Edy Gunawan and the author was positioned
in tax service. There were some tasks performed during the internship related to
accounting and tax, such as fill in Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP), pay tax to the Bank,
report tax to KPP Pratama Tigaraksa, make recapitulation of PPh Pasal 21, PPh
Pasal 23, PPh Pasal 25, and PPh Pasal 4 (2), scan SSP, make recapitulation of petty
cash, input employees data, input purchases.
There were some problems during the internship. When the author input purchases,
tax invoice number was not visible. When the author input employees data, there
were no complete attachment such as KTP, Kartu Keluarga, and NPWP. When the
author made recapitulation of PPh, the documents were not complete such as Bukti
Penerimaan Surat, Bukti Penerimaan Negara and SSP. The solutions are ask for the
incomplete documents.
The suggestion for KKP Edy Gunawan are the company should be more careful in
checking the completeness of documents that will be required, the company is also
more thorough in checking whether the defective documents
Perubahan Kecepatan Aliran Sungai Akibat Perubahan Pelurusan Sungai
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh permeabilitas tanah (k), tinggi muka air (h), diameter pipa (D), panjang pipa (L), kedalaman pipa (l), dan luas pori (Af) terhadap debit aliran melalui pipa berpori (Q). Selain itu juga bertujuan untuk menentukan formula empirik hasil analisis dimensi debit aliran (Q) yang melalui pipa berpori.Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara membuat eksperimen fisik di laboratorium yang terdiri dari bak penelitian yang terbuat dari pasangan batu bata dan pipa berpori (jumlah pipa berpori seluruhnya 9 buah), yang kemudian diisi dengan pasir dan air pada berbagai macam variasi, kemudian besarnya debit aliran melalui pipa berpori diukur dengan gelas ukur.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa parameter yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap debit (Q) adalah: permeabilitas tanah (k), diameter pipa berpori (D), panjang pipa berpori (L), kedalaman pipa berpori (l), luas pori (Af), dan ketinggian air di atas pipa berpori (h).Q = f (k, Af, L, l, D, h)Adapun formulasi empirik debit yang mewakili hubungan antara Q/k.L.D dengan Af.h/L.D.l adalah sebagai berikut ini.
Nikolai Evreinov and Edith Craig as Mediums of Modernist Sensibility
Nikolai Evreinov (1870-1953) was a Russian playwright, director, and theorist of the theatre who played a leading part in the modernist movement of Russian theatre. Evreinov's 1911 monodrama The Theatre of the Soul (V kulisakh dushi) was staged by the Crooked Mirror theatre in St Petersburg in 1912. It was also performed in London (1915) and Rome (1929), and inspired Man Ray to create his aerograph The Theatre of the Soul (1917). In this article Alexandra Smith links Evreinov's play to Russian modernist thought shaped by the atmosphere of crisis associated with the Russo-Japanese War and the first Russian Revolution. It demonstrates that Edith Craig's production of Evreinov's play suggests that the philosophy of theatricalization of everyday life might enable modern subjects to overcome the fragmentation of modern society. Craig's use of the montage-like techniques of Evreinov's play prefigures cinematographic experiments of the 1920s and Marinetti's notion of synthetic theatre. Alexandra Smith is a Reader in Russian Studies at the University of Edinburgh and is the author of The Song of the Mockingbird: Pushkin in the Works of Marina Tsvetaeva (1994) and Montaging Pushkin: Pushkin and Visions of Modernity in Russian Twentieth-Century Poetry (2006), as well as numerous articles on Russian literature and culture.</p

KAJIAN HITUNGAN DEBIT ALIRAN MELALUI PIPA BERPORI TERHADAP KAPASITAS: MEDIA POROUS, PORI PIPA, DAN ORIFICE
Water intake through porous pipes for shrimp farming purposes can be done through the water springs, water seepage, and sea water retrieval. This study aims to calculate the discharge capabilites through porous pipe compared with the ability of porous media, pore capacity of the pipe, and the pipe full capacity in the discharge pass.This study was conducted by calculating discharge through a porous pipe based on existing formulas, and then compare it with porous media capacity, pore capacity of the pipe, and full capacity of the pipe in the discharge pass.Findings showed that the greater of the value of the ratio between the size of the pores with wide circumferential pipe when not perforated (Af/A), then the value of the discharge coefficient will be smaller, while the value of discharge (Q) will be even greater. Then the amount of discharge through porous pipes are under the capacity of porous media capacity, pore pipes capacity, and orifice pipe flow capacity. ANALISIS EVALUASI DIMENSI BANGUNAN PELIMPAH BANJIR (SPILLWAY) SITU SIDOMUKTI
The purpose of Sidomukti Situ spillway building was to evaluate the dimensions and the capability of spillway building to discharge flood events with a possible maximum flood (PMF). Evaluation was conducted by calculating the flow through the top point of spillway building by using the formula : Q = m.B.H1,5, where: Q is the flow through of spillway = PMF discharge (m3/dt), B is the width of the spillway body's (m), H is the height of water in the pond = high pressure above the spillway (m), and m is the coefficient of spillway. With the above formula, high pressure above the spillway (H) can be calculated, where the value of B is determined. Wide unity discharge planning was formulated : q = Q/B, where: Q is the flow through the spillway = 50 annual flood disharge (m3/dt) and B is the width of the spillway body's(m).Based on the evaluation results obtained in the high-water elevation above spillway building generated when successive return periode for 5, 25, 50, 100, and 1000 years is 1.43 m, 1.56 m, 1.61 m; 1.64 m and 1.75 m, the length of the pool megrim is 16.22 m, 17.29 m, 17.64 m, 17.94 m and 18.76 m respectively.Keywords:dimension, spillway, small da
PENELUSURAN BANJIR DAN KAPASITAS PELIMPAH SITU LEBAK WANGI, BOGOR JAWA BARAT
Situ Lebak Wangi condition is currently very deplorable due to sedimentation and landfilling by the community. This is being reinforced by the presence of land grabbing to convert into residential or agricultural area. Because of these conditions, Situ Lebak Wangi Design Review was carried out. Flood routing is necessary in order to plan spillway and reservoir capacity. The purpose of the flood routing is to determine the magnitude of the inflow and outflow as well as being stored in the reservoir. The flood discharge values will become the input to the evaluation of spillway, channel, and volume that can be accommodated in the reservoir.Calculation of floodroutingn using The Level Pool Routing Formula: I – Q = , where I is the average inflow (m3/sec) , Q is the average outflow (m3/sec), S is water storage (m3), and T is the time interval (hours). The calculation of hydrograph outflow determined by the equation: . While the spillway calculations using Strickler formula: Q = A.KS.R I , where Q is the discharge (m3/sec), A is the area (m2), KS is the Strickler roughness coefficient, R is the hydraulic radius (m) , and I is the slope of the channel.Based on the flood routing results and count spillway capacity at Lebak Wangi, it can be concluded that the discharge of floods the return period 5-years is 9.30 m3/sec. Once through the reservoir, it will be damped to 3.0 m3/sec. The return period 50-years discharge is 15.8 m3/sec. This discharge will be damped in the reservoir to 5.30 m3/sec. While the upstream spillway capacity is of 5.5 m3/sec, downstream capacity decreases to 3.60 m3/sec at 1.3 m water-level height.Keywords: Flood routing, inflow, outflow, and spillway capacit
