No full textCílem diplomové práce je vytvořit integrovaný přístup k celosvětovému obsazování pracovních míst, který rozvíjí různorodé perspektivy v klíčových oblastech globálního obsazování pracovních míst a pomáhá vytvářet spojení mezi různými tématy. V teoretické části se autor pokouší identifikovat modely obsazení pracovních míst, tradiční a alternativní formy globálního personálního obsazení pracovních míst a způsoby vytváření mezinárodního personálu, včetně mezinárodního talentového řízení, interkulturních školení a postavení žen ve vedení nadnárodních korporace. Nejnovější koncepce a aktivity globálního personálu jsou uvedeny v praktické části tohoto výzkumu a jsou diskutovány v souvislosti s nejnovějším vývojem v mezinárodním obchodě, aby pomohly spojit teoretické nálezy s tím, co se v současné době děje v reálné nadnárodní korporaci.This paper aims to create an integrated approach to global staffing, which develop the diverse perspectives on the key areas of global staffing and help to make connections among different topics. In theoretical part the author aims to identify models of staffing the MNE, traditional and alternative forms of global staffing and ways of composing the international staff, including international talent management, cross-cultural training and the position of women in management. The latest concepts and activities of global staffing are presented in the practical part of this paper and are discussed in relation to recent developments in international business, in order to help to relate the theoretical findings to what is currently happening in the real multinational enterprise

No full textEl autor analiza la opinión sobre Felipe V desde 1714 a 1746. Se ponen en evidencia el eco que tuvo la represión borbónica en la opinión de la Corona de Aragón en los años siguientes a la guerra. Después de 1725 destaca la paradójica falta de sintonía de las crónicas de la guerra con Felipe V, las limitaciones del poder del propio rey que se reflejan en la dialéctica con los intelectuales del momento, y la extraña ausencia de elogios al rey Felipe V durante su reinado hasta su muerte que solo suscita pocas glosas necrológicas como el Epítome.The author analyses the opinion about Philip y from 1714 to 1746. It put in evidence the echo that the bourbon repression in the opinion of Crown of Aragon in the following years to the War. After 1725 it emphasizes the paradoxical lack of syntony of chronicles of the War with Philip V, the limitations of the power of the own king that are reflected in the dialectic with the intellectuals of the moment, and the strange lack of praises to king Philip V during its reign until its death that only provokes few gloss obituary like the Epitome

Inclusive growth: Why is it Important for Developing Asia?
No full textAlthough Asian countries attain relatively high growth rates of GDP, many citizens do not seem to benefit from it. To remedy this problem, multilateral development institutions have developed the concept of inclusive growth, defined as growth that allows all members of a society to participate in and contribute to the growth process on an equal basis, regardless of their individual circumstances. The most direct way to achieve inclusive growth in Asia is to bring the objective of full employment of the labor force (i.e., zero involuntary unemployment) to the top of the policy agenda. Specific policies to achieve it are: (i) Redress the neglect of agriculture; (ii) Undertake public investment in basic infrastructure; (iii) Use of industrial policy to accelerate industrialization and structural transformation in general; (iv) Direct fiscal and monetary policies to the achievement of full employment; and (v) Devise Job Guarantee Programs (JGP) to ensure full employment with price stability

Práce reflektuje teoretické rámce exponenciálních organizací a aplikuje je na případ Podnikohospodářské fakulty. Autor zkoumá replikovatelnost teorie do praxe vysoké školy. Práce zkoumá vnější a vnitřní atributy fakulty v kontextu teorie exponenciálních organizací. Práce také shrnuje predikce vývoje univerzitního vzdělávání a integraci technologií v budoucnosti. Autor navrhuje první kroky rozvoje vybraných atributů, které jsou pro fakultu důležité. Na základě několika atributů autor uvádí první řešení, která mohou fakultu posunout dále směrem exponenciálních organizací.he diploma thesis develops a case of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics, Prague. The study summarizes the theory of Exponential Organizations developed by Ismail, Malone, and Geest. The study reflects on the frameworks of Exponential Organizations and applies the frameworks to the Faculty of Business Administration. Author aims to inspect the replicability of the theory in the environment of higher education. The study examines internal and external attributes of Exponential Organizations in the context of the Faculty of Business Administration. The study also analyzes the visions for the future of higher education. Author introduces solutions based on internal and external attributes that are important for the Faculty of Business Administration. Based on these attributes, author presents initial ideas and proposals with a potential of turning the Faculty into an Exponential Organization

No full textEl trabajo analiza la obra de teatro que lleva por título Comedia famosa en que se representa el asedio y bloqueo de Peñíscola, que versa sobre el cerco a esa fortaleza durante la Guerra de Sucesión Española. Como ocurre en otros textos propios de la publicística borbónica, la finalidad adoctrinadora de la obra se concentra en la legitimación de Felipe V mediante la identificación de su causa con la de la Providencia así como en la crítica al archiduque Carlos y sus aliados. Al mismo tiempo, la pieza sirvió de pretexto para la construcción de una hagiografía de su anónimo autor, que con seguridad fue el gobernador de la plaza, don Sancho de Echeverría y Orcolaga.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the propaganda content of the theater
play entitled Famous comedy representing the siege of Peñíscola, which deals
with the siege of that Valencian fortress (December, 1705-May, 1707) during
the Succession War. As in other texts of Bourbon publicistic, the indoctrination
purpose of the work focuses on the legitimacy of Felipe V by identifying its
cause with that of Providence as well as in the criticism of Archduke Carlos and
his allies, in a context of struggle for opinion between the two sides. At the same time, the piece served as a pretext for the construction of a hagiography of his

El legajo contiene: 1) un extracto certificado del registro parroquial de bautismos de Zultepec relativo a Lucas Mariano, hijo legítimo de don Felipe Martínez y doña Ángela Celedonia de Bretos; 2) una certificación clerical que declara que en Metepec, el 24 de abril de 1760, Lucas Mariano Agustín recibió el sacramento de la confirmación, identificando a sus padres y confirmando su condición de españoles y su vecindad en Toluca; 3) una petición de don Felipe Martínez y Pinto Infante y Ávila solicitando copias autenticadas de un privilegio real de armas concedido originalmente a su quinto abuelo, en la que afirma la limpieza de sangre de sí mismo, de su esposa difunta doña Celedonia Ángela de Bretos Rodríguez de Prado y de sus hijos; 4) la transcripción de un privilegio real de armas expedido en Madrid en 1538 por Carlos V y Juana I, por el cual se conceden armas a Juan Infante por sus servicios militares en Cuba y en la Nueva España; 5) cuatro testimonios de cuatro hombres de Toluca que declaran de manera uniforme la nobleza y limpieza de sangre de don Felipe Martínez, enfatizando reiteradamente que ni él, ni su esposa, ni sus descendientes —mencionando expresamente a doña María Anna Bernarda— tuvieron relación alguna con la Inquisición ni con “mala raza”; y 6) una autenticación oficial de autoridades y escribanos reales que afirma la validez jurídica del expediente. The dossier contains: 1) a certified extract from the parish baptismal register of Zultepec concerning Lucas Mariano, legitimate son of Don Felipe Martínez and Doña Ángela Celedonia de Bretos; 2) a clerical certification stating that in Metepec, on April 24, 1760, Lucas Mariano Agustín received the sacrament of confirmation, identifying his parents and confirming their status as Spaniards and their residence in Toluca; 3) a petition by Don Felipe Martínez y Pinto Infante y Ávila requesting authenticated copies of a royal privilege of arms originally granted to his fifth great-grandfather, in which he affirms the cleanliness of blood of himself, his deceased wife Doña Celedonia Ángela de Bretos Rodríguez de Prado, and their children; 4) a transcription of a royal privilege of arms issued in Madrid in 1538 by Carlos V and Juana I, by which arms are granted to Juan Infante for his military service in Cuba and in New Spain; 5) four testimonies by men in Toluca who uniformly attest to Don Felipe Martínez’s noble status and cleanliness of blood, repeatedly emphasizing that neither he, nor his wife, nor their descendants—explicitly naming Doña María Anna Bernarda—had any association with the Inquisition or with “bad race”; and 6) an official authentication by royal authorities and scribes affirming the legal validity of the dossier.
