PENGARUH VARIASI BESAR ARUS LISTRIK PADA MESIN EDM TERHADAP KEKASARAN PERMUKAAN BAJA VCN
No full textPada proses pemesinan, kehalusan dan ketelitian ukuran sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap hasil pekerjaan. Jika hasil pekerjaan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, maka pekerjaan tersebut dikatakan baik. Salah satu pemesinan non konvensional yang memenuhi masalah tersebut adalah mesin EDM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh besar arus listrik pada mesin EDM terhadap kekasaran permukaan baja VCN. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada hasil kekasaran permukaan baja VCN. Penelitian ini menggunakan baja VCN dengan ukuran diameter 30 mm x 20 mm sebagai benda kerja yang akan diteliti kekasaran permukaannya dan tembaga dengan ukuran 20 mm x 10 mm sebagai elektroda (tool) dengan kedalaman pengikisan (depth) .5 mm. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan variasi arus 1A, 4A, dan 7A, setiap arus dilakukan 3 kali pengulangan. Kemudian hasil yang diperoleh dari setiap arus dibandingkan untuk mengetahui tingkat kekasaran yang paling halus dan kasar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis yang menggunakan One Way Anova. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menghasilkan data sebagai berikut: (1) arus 1A memiliki nilai rata-rata kekasaran permukaan sebesar 1.475 µm, (2) arus 4A memiliki nilai rata-rata kekasaran permukaan sebesar 3.954 µm, dan (3) arus 7A memiliki nilai rata-rata kekasaran permukaan sebesar 5.919 µm. Dari nilai tersebut bahwa semakin kecil arus yang digunakan maka hasilnya halus dan semakin besar arus yang digunakan maka hasil kekasaran permukaannya kasar.

No full textThis article contains a discussion of the history of the spread of Islam through wayang art that developed in Nusantara. The writing of this article aims to explain the early arrival of Islam to Nusantara, the origin of wayang as a medium for the spread of Islam, to the role of wayang in the spread of Islam. In the preparation of this article, the author uses the literature study method to find and collect various relevant sources. Regarding wayang art, there are various Islamic religious values that can be found from wayang. The use of wayang as a medium for spreading Islam is thought to be inseparable from the initial position of wayang as an artistic performance used to spread religious, philosophical, and ethical teachings to humans. In addition, at that time wayang were also very popular with the public. The role of wayang in the spread of Islam is so important and this cannot be separated from the role of Wali Songo. Among them there are Sunan Giri, Sunan Kalijaga, and Sunan Bonang who preach using modified wayang as their medium. Both in terms of form and wayang stories have been adapted to Islamic teachings. Banks that have existed so far provide loan facilities through applications and internet networks without collateral or guarantees and without complicated conditions. The interest is still affordable, the conditions are also in accordance with Bank Indonesia (BI) regulations and are under the supervision or supervision of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). In addition, there are also large investors, both individually and syndicated and in collaboration with banks that have made a financial technology (fintech) breakthrough in the form of providing online loan facilities or known to the public as "pinjol". This online loan is favored and utilized by people who need money quickly because the conditions are very easy, without collateral or collateral, and directly disbursed to the customer's bank account (borrower). Along with the development of online loans, there are also online loans that are not licensed and operate outside the stipulated provisions or often called illegal online loans. Based on the results of the research, these illegal online loans have mushroomed and operate in violation of criminal provisions and other applicable provisions such as the application of high interest rates, fraud, intimidating collection methods, and dissemination of personal data. If examined closely, the practice of illegal online lending is full of legal violations, especially criminal law, which makes its customers victims. Intimidation and the dissemination of personal data have caused suffering for customers caught up in illegal online loans, even causing someone in Jambi to commit suicide some time ago. This journal will discuss the various criminal offenses that occur in illegal online lending practices and the efforts that can be made to eradicate illegal online lending practices. The author hopes that this Journal can contribute ideas for lawmakers so that in the end a law regulating online loans can be created that provides justice, benefits, and legal certainty for the community, especially users of online loan services
