No full textUn alloggio dignitoso, nell’accezione più ampia del termine, in cui è garantita la permanenza nel tempo, è uno dei tasselli di quell’articolato mosaico che ricostruisce nel suo insieme la condizione ideale di cittadinanza attiva, la cui concretizzazione si esplica nella possibilità di esercitare il diritto di ognuno di determinare le condizioni della propria esistenza.Il testo approfondisce le risposte ai problemi correlati alla dimensione abitativa messe in atto dagli attori istituzionali e dal Terzo Settore nella provincia di Firenze, le quali, nel loro – anche fisiologico – presentare difformità nei metodi, nell’organizzazione del servizio, oltre che nella natura e persino negli obiettivi, impediscono di ricondurre le strutture presenti sul territorio analizzato ad un “sistema”. A questo universo variegato sembra comunque possibile ricondurre due caratteristiche trasversali che ne evidenziano, come le facce di una stessa medaglia, da un lato l’estrema importanza all’interno della rete di sostegno alla povertà estrema, e dall’altro tutte le criticità connesse ad una situazione che nella capacità di fornire risposte a situazioni emergenziali trova il suo pregio ed il suo limite
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
