    Kesetaraan gender yang digaungkan oleh para feminis sedikit banyak telah membawa pemikiran perempuan menjadi lebih transformatif. Namun, tidak dapat dipungkiri juga bahwa masyarakat masih menganggap feminis sebagai ideologi yang menentang ajaran agama dan menyalahi kodrat sebagai manusia. Agama dijadikan dukungan legitimasi terhadap perempuan. Alhasil, masih kerapkali ditemui beragam kasus diskriminatif terhadap perempuan, seperti seksis, marginal, subordinasi bahkan kekerasan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa sepanjang sistim patriarkis masih berkuasa di negeri ini, kesetaraan gender tidak akan dapat terwujudkan. Musdah Mulia merupakan seorang intelektualis yang berfokus pada isu HAM dan perempuan. Beliau dikenal sebagai Muslimah yang tangguh karena berani mempertahankan ideologinya tentang kesetaraan dan keadilan gender di tengah cercaan masyarakat. Oleh karena itulah, penulis tertarik mengkaji pemikiran Musdah Mulia terkait kesetaraan gender dalam Islam dan gerakan yang dilakukan Musdah Mulia untuk mempromosikan kesetaraan gender di kalangan perempuan Muslimah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan pemikiran Musdah Mulia tentang kesetaraan gender dalam Islam dilandasi oleh ajaran tauhid. Musdah menggunakan metode penafsiran humanis-feminis dalam memahami ayat-ayat tauhid. Kesetaraan gender menurut Musdah Mulia adalah ketika perempuan dan laki-laki memiliki hak, kesempatan dan keterlibatan yang sama untuk dapat bereksistensi dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan.     This study aims to determine how the role of the work environment in improving employee morale at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra. As is known, the work environment is something that plays a very important role for employees in carrying out work activities. A good work environment will make employees more enthusiastic and motivated at work. The data collection technique carried out by the author is to use questionnaire data through google form. This research was conducted directly at BPKP Sumatera Utara office using the direct interview method with BPKP Sumatera Utara employees. The results of this research show that personnel administration management at BPKP Sumatera Utara is running well. However, there are several things that BPKP Sumatera Utara must do to improve its personnel administration management system.     The purpose of this study was to find out the important role of the secretary in handling incoming and outgoing letters in the filing section of the Medan Legal Aid Institute Office. In general, the secretary has the task of assisting the leadership in the administrative field. Within the Medan Legal Aid Institute itself, in general the secretary has the task of assisting the Head of the Legal Aid Agency in coordinating activities, administering government affairs in preparing activity plans and programs. The method used by the author is a qualitative method, namely research that is descriptive in nature and tends to use theoritical basis analysis which is used as a guide to focus on research in accordance with the facts in the field. The technique used in this research is the interview technique. The results of this study are that the handling of incoming and outgoing mail is still not optimal. This is caused by incomplete equipment and supplies for handling incoming and outgoing mail, such as filling cabinets, folders, and guides.
