Pengaruh pemberian prostaglandin F21 (PGE4 secara intra muscular) dan intra uterin terhadap kecepatan timbulnya birahi serta persentase kebuntingan pada sapi peranakan Frisian Holstein (PFH)
Pengaruh Pemberian Prostaglandin F2a.(PGF2a) secara Intra Muskuler dan Intra Uterin terhadap Kecepat¬an Timbulnya Berahi serta Persentase Kebuntingan pada Sapi Peranakan Frisien Holstein (PFH) (Dibawah bimbing¬an S. Partodihardjo, sebagai Ketua, Nozes R. Toelihere dan S. Djojosoedarmo, sebagai anggota).
Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa-desa Bandarjo, Su-sukan, Sidomulyo, Kalirejo dan Candirejo, Kecamatan Unga-ran, Kabupaten Semarang, selama enam bulan antara Juli sampai dengan Desember 1981.
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahul kecepat-an timbulnya berahi sebagai akibat gertak berahi dengan PGF2a. secara intra muskuler (IM) maupun intra uterin (IU). Selain itu juga diamati terjadinya kebuntingan sesuadah diinseminasi pada waktu berahi sebagai akibat gertak pada sapi-sapi dara, paritas 1-2 (P 1-2) dan pa-ritas 3-4 (P 3-4).
Data dan informasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan pros-taglandin dan pengaruhnya terhadap fertilitas ternak.
Untuk maksud ini digunakan 54 ekor sapi PFH lokal milik petnni peternak yang disusun dalam pola faktorial 3 x 3 dengan rancangan dasar Rancangam Acak Lengkap, dengan ulangan enam. Untuk membedakan frekuensiterjadinya keblultingan pada masing-masing perlakuan di-gunakan uji Ehi-kuadrat.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siklus bera¬hi alami sapi-sapi PFH lokal dara, P1-2 dan P3-4 masing¬masing adalah 20.5+1.98 SE (16 sampai 27),. 20.98+1.09 SE (19 sampai 24) dan 20.55+1.08 SE (19 sampai 24) hari.
Lama berahi alami adalah 17.22+0.74 SE (15 sampai 19) jam dengan 67 persen pada lama berahi 17 sampai 19 jam.
Kebengkakan vulva (V), keadaan lendir (L), perubah¬an tingkahlaku (T) dan ereksi uterus (E) merupakan nilai intensitas berahi, berkisar antara 2, 2, +, 1 sampai
3, 3, +, 3 dengan rata-rata V, 2.3, 2.3 serta kenaik
an suhu vagina 0.91+0.13 SE °O,
Pemberian PGF2a. baik secara IM maupun IU sangat nyata menggertak timbulnya berahi (P<0.01). Waktu ger¬tak ICI dan IU masing-masing adalah 57.83+5.34 SE dan 32.05+7.53 jam (P? 0.05). Waktu gertak IK antara 48 sam¬pai 60 jam adalah 50 persen dari kejadian, sedang untuk IU antara 24 sampai 48 jam adalah 45 persen dan kurang
24 jam adalah 39 persen dari semua kejadian.
Lama berahi sebagai akibat gertak secara INS adalah 19.89+2.10 SE jam dengan kisaran 15 sampai 25 jam, dengan frekuensi kejadian 17 sampai 19 jam: 39 persen, 14 sam¬pai 16 jam: 17 persen dan lebih dari 19 jam: 44 persen. Sedangkan gertak secara IU, lama berahi rata-rata adalah
19.44+1.92 SE jam dengan kisaran 14 sampai 26 jam dan frekuensi 17 sampai 19 jam: 34 persen, 14 sampai 16 jam: 22 persen dan lebih dari 19 jam: 44 persen.
Intensitas berahi sebagai akibat gertak berahi se-cara IM, dinilai dari V, L, T, E berkisar antara 1, 1, +, 2 sampai 3, 3, +, 3 dengan rata-rata V, L: 2.1, 2.-1 serta kenaikan suhu vagina rata-rata 0.86+0.17 SE °C. Gertak berahi secara IU memberikan intensitas berahi de¬ngan kisaran 1, 1, 2 sampai 3, 3, +, 3 dengan rata
rata V, L: 2.0 serta 2.2 dan kenaikan suhu vagina rata-rata 0.82+0.20 °C.
Persentase terjadinya kebuntingan pada semua paritas tanpa gertak maupun dengan gertak berahi III dan IU ben-turut-turut adalah 50, 61 dan 50 persen (P)0.05). Se-dangkan pada messing-messing paritas dara, P1-2 dan P3-4 dengan dan tanpa gertak berahi, memberikan persentase kebuntingan 50, 56 dan 61 persen (P;>0.05)

Sejak dicanangkannya wisata seni menjadi industri wisata yang perlu digalakkan , maka untuk persiapan menyambut tamu yang diharapkan akan datang dan tinggal lebih lama di Yogyakarta ini, maka banyak dibangun hotel-hotel atau rumah penginapan di mana-mana, dengan tujuan agar bisa menampung kedatangan para wisatawan. A Family Cluster of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Infection with Different Clinical Manifestations
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) had been declared as a global pandemic by WHO. During the pandemic, a suspicion of COVID-19 infection could be found on patients presented with clinical symptoms of COVID-19. However, several new clinical symptoms of COVID-19 had also been reported recently. This caused difficulties to identify COVID-19 based on the clinical symptoms only. Real-Time Reverse Transcriptase-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) was absolutely needed to determine the correct diagnosis. We report a family cluster of COVID-19 with different clinical manifestations to show a potential COVID-19 transmission in person who has no symptoms initially but may develop symptoms later as the incubation period varies from 5-14 days. This asymptomatic person remains potential to transmit the virus. This report describes the epidemiological, clinical, radiological, laboratory findings, and different clinical manifestation of a family cluster of COVID-19 case in Indonesia. CHARACTERISTIC OF EXPANSIVE CLAY SOIL (Case research at Bugel Village, Godong Subdistrict, Purwodadi Regency, Central Java Province)
Almost all civil constructions were built on the ground. However, not all soil types can be used for construction due to the load supporting capacity of the soil and the soil deformation that occurs for each different soil type. One type of soil that has many problems on its supporting capacity is expansive clay soil. It is a type of soil that has a mineral content that easily absorbs water in wet conditions and also release water easily in dry conditions so that is soil can swell and shrink in a relatively short time. The purpose of this research is to know expansive soil characteristic in Bugel Village, Godong District, Purwodadi Regency, Central Java Province covering physical and mechanical properties. Based on laboratory tests, the soil in Bugel Village has Waverage = 60.90%. From result of atterberg limit test obtained result LL = 90,75%; PL = 24.138%; SL = 23.759%; And PI = 66.612%. According to Raman with a PI of 66.612% already shows the soil is expansive ground. For Gravity Specific the results is 2,782, indicating the soil contains Montmorillonite minerals that have high passivity properties. The AASTHO classification of soil is incorporated into groups A-7-6 whereas for USCS classification is incorporated into CH zones and for English classification is entered into the zone between CV and CE. Of the three classifications can be drawn the clay soil area has a high plasticity value. For standard compaction test result, the characteristic value for maximum γunsat = 1,389 gr / cm2, γsat maximum = 1.78 gr / cm2, Woptimum = 31,46%, and n = 58,92%. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Dealing With Issues in Construction in the Coastal Area of Soft Clay: Solution, Strategy & Implementation
In this condition, cities with coastal area have soft clay soil. The main problem is that the soft clay soil has bee n suffering from great settlement due to consolidation that makes the buildings around become instable, it causes the landfill is done on the soft soil. Suppose the consolidation happens naturally as it is, it will run in a relatively longer time, years or even decades. In order to be stable, it needs longer time, as consequence, the soil is not able to be used for building to which it will give damage in term of time and finance. It is why engineering is needed to fasten the consolidation process in order to make the soft clays soil able to be used efficiently. One of particular methods to fasten the consolidation process is building vertical drain. There are many ways and materials that can be used to set up vertical drain, among which are making small holes through drilling then filling it up with porous materials such as sand and gravel stone or coir. Nowadays, new method has already been available to fasten the consolidation process by geosynthetic. It is Prevabicated Vertical Drain made of polymer material. The use of geosynthetic for vertical drain can fasten the consolidation process significantly. The speed process of consolidation depends on the types of soil and model of the vertical drain as well as the distance among holes. Vertical drain can only accelerate the settlement due to consolidation, but it does not minimize it. Abstract. Male, 26 years old ran into a doctor with a complaint that a kind of fluid came out from the right side of the thoracic drain hole. The fluid had turbid yellowish brown that came out continuously. This condition happened for about one year. From the chest radiograph PA/on the right lateral, hemithorax homogeneous veil in the lower right, AFB positive (+ +), culture of empyerna fluid obtained Acinetobacter spp, seramoeba with semi-quantitative test produced a positive result. The "window fistel" or "open drainage" as "drainage" was perfomed with pus that diluted by putting into the PZ solution and instilated with antibiotics and the installation of "colostomy bag" as a container of fluid which will flowed out.

“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
