Tujuan dalam laporan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk Merancang Sistem
Informasi Penjualan Distro Black Jack Berbasis Web dengan menggunakan
Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Prototype serta untuk pemodelan
sistemnya menggunakan Unifield Modelling Language (UML), untuk merancang
sistem digunakan alat bantu pemodelan Use Case Diagram, Activity diagram,
Collaboration diagram, Class diagram, Sequence diagram bahasa pemograman
untuk merancang perangkat lunak menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP 5 dan
databasenya menggunakan MySql Server 5.
Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu Penjualan pada
Distro Black Jack dalam melakukan pengolahan data dan informasi. Sistem ini
dapat membantu user yang ingin memesan dan membeli produk Distro Black Jack
tanpa harus berkunjung ke Distro Black Jack
The Study of Risk-Weighted Assets on the Affecting of Loan Exposure Valuation toward Credit Default
Full text linkThe objective of this research is to build a theoretical and an empirical model of Risk-weighted assets in banking industry. This study is very important for the banks because in uncertainty of environment, the banks must prudently when lend the money to the counterparty, so the default risk could be minimized. This study also wanted to investigate and test empirically direct and indirect effects of; first, Exposure Valuation to Credit Default, second, Loan Exposure Valuation to the Risk-weighted assets, third, the Risk-weighted assets to Credit Default at the local bank that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2008 – 2012.The Structural Equation Modeling by Amos Software 21.00 used to analysis data which result have a high goodness of fit, and the test of simultaneous and individual test proved significant with coefficient < 0.05 and the variation of the dependent variable could be explained or estimated by the independent variables with coefficient adjusted R Square > 0.60. The result of analysis shows that; first, Loan Exposure valuation not significantly positive influence to Credit Default, second, Loan Exposure valuation significantly positive influence to Risk-weighted assets, third, the Risk-weighted assets significantly positive influence to Credit Default, So the mediating effect of Risk - weighted assets on the affecting of Loan Exposure valuation toward Credit Default more strength than direct effect of Exposure Valuation to Credit Default.This study recommends about the importance of Valuation Exposure of Loan precisely such as; realized of credit, investment, placement, and to manage or control Risk-weighted assets to obtain a low risk that a low credit default also. Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model teoritis dan model empiris dari Quality Control Kredit Berdasarkan Informasi Aset untuk meningkatkan kinerja, dan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung: Pertama, Quality Control, Kredit Forensik dan Perilaku disfungsional dari Credit Officer , kedua, perilaku disfungsional petugas terhadap Kinerja Kredit. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dan Analisis Jalur menggunakan software Amos 16.00, dan hasil analisis data menunjukkan kebaikan tinggi fit, yang secara bersamaan dan uji individu terbukti signifikan dengan koefisien 0,60 dan Loading faktor tinggi dari masing-masing indikator yang >0,5, sedangkan model membuktikan tes Fit Kendali semua parameter memenuhi kriteria Fit model. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar bank nasional harus membangun kredit yang memadai mengontrol berdasarkan informasi Aset dengan prosedur yang ketat, dan menerapkan forensik kredit pada perilaku debitur melalui pengolahan dan penyaringan data 12 bulan terakhir dan membayar perhatian dan track record perilaku keuangan atau non - keuangan. Selain Prosedur Kredit, bank nasional harus mengelola titik sistem indeks kredit petugas untuk menjaga persepsi bahwa keadilan organisasi untuk mengurangi perilaku disfungsional petugas kredit
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

No full textThis study aims to extend a model research empiric the influence of process selection of employee to employee performance mediated by Competency of employee. Population ini this study are employees at Inspectorate General of Ministry of Religion Affair. The sampel was used in this study are 112 respondents by sensus method. Data analysis was conducted by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 21.0 (Analysis of Moment Structures). The SEM analysis result has fulfilled Goodness of Fit Index Criteria, and has a high loading factor. The result shows that; (1) Process selection of employee has positive and significantly influence on the Competency of employee, (2) Process selection of employee has negative and significantly influence on the employee performance, (3) Competency of employee has positive and significantly influence on the employee performance. Therefore mediated effect of Competency of employee greater than direct effect process selection of employee to employee performance

Self efficacy has asignificant positive effect on work motivation, 5). Motivation of work has a significant positiveeffect on employee performance, so this finding proves that work motivation acts as a perfectmediator of Quality Work of Life with Employee Performance
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
