Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini adalah mengenai Pertanggung
jawaban pidana terhadap pelaku pembunuhan. dan pertimbangan hakim pada
putusan nomor 363/Pid.B/2019/PN.Mdn dalam menjatuhkan putusan tindak pidana
Pembunuhan yang disertai pencurian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan
adalah metode pengumpulan data dengan Library Research (Penelitian
Kepustakaan) yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan sumber bacaan, yakni
Undang-Undang, buku-buku, penelitian ilmiah, artikel ilmiah, media massa, dan
jurnal hukum yang berhubungan dengan materi yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini.
Penelitian lapangan (Field Research) yaitu dengan melakukan penelitian langsung
kelapangan untuk memperoleh data, dalam hal ini peneliti langsung melakukan
penelitian ke Pengadilan Negeri Medan,dengan hal ini penulis meneliti kasus sesuai
dengan judul yang diajukan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pertanggungjawaban terhadap Tindak Pidana
Pembunuhan yang disertai pencurian diputus diatur dalam pasal 338 dan Pasal 362
Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana yang menyatakan bahwa untuk dapat dapat
dilakukan penyidikan, penuntutan, pemeriksaan di sidang pengadilan terhadap
tindak pidana pembunuhan disertai pencurian dibuktikan terlebih dahulu tindak
pidana asalnya. Pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan
pertanggungjawaban tindak pidana pembunuhan disertai pencurian yang
merupakan hasil tindak pidana pencurian pada putusan nomor
636/Pid.B/2019/PN.Mdn yaitu berdasarkan pada pertimbangan-pertimbangan yang
bersifat yuridis dan pertimbangan yang bersifat non yuridis. The crime of murder is regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP). The second
book of Chapter XIX Concerning crimes against life, murder as an act of taking or
taking the lives of others, by way of against the law. The crime of theft is regulated
in Article 362,367 of the Criminal Code. something, which wholly or partly
belongs to another person, with the intention of being illegally owned.
The problem discussed in this thesis is about criminal responsibility for the
perpetrators of murder. and the judge's consideration on decision number
363/Pid.B/2019/PN.Mdn in deciding the crime of murder accompanied by theft.
The method used in writing is the method of collecting data with Library Research,
namely research conducted based on reading sources, namely laws, books,
scientific research, scientific articles, mass media, and legal journals related to the
material covered. discussed in this thesis. Field research (Field Research), namely
by conducting direct field research to obtain data, in this case the researcher directly
conducts research to the Medan District Court, in this case the author examines the
case according to the proposed title.
The result of this research is that liability for the crime of murder
accompanied by theft is decided in Article 338 and Article 362 of the Criminns,
examinations in court against the crime of murder accompanied by theft, it must be
proven first. the original crime. The judge's consideration in imposing a decision on
accountability for the crime of murder accompanied by theft which is the result of
the crime of theft in decision number 636/Pid.B/2019/PN.Mdn is based on juridical
considerations and non-juridical considerations
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Based on these weaknesses, an automatic beverage maker is made by ordering drinks through an Android-based smartphone application connected to the beverage machine through ESP 8266 then processed arduino uno. The motor shield as a control in removing ingredients in the manufacture of drinks and relay module as control motor stirrer, motor pump, solenoid valve and buzzer. Percentage of error for each brewing ratio is bitter coffee with a percentageof an error 4,26 %, sweet coffee with a percentage of an error 3,60 %, milk drinks with an error percentage of 3,60 % and milk coffee with an error percentage of 3,92 %

Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
