Perencanaan Bauran Produk dan Bauran Harga Teh Celup Herbal Daun Murbei dan Kayu Secang

Kata Kunci: daun murbei, kayu secang, teh celup, bauran produk dan harga Teh daun murbei dalam kemasan seduh memiliki kandungan polifenol dan kapasitas antioksidan yang tinggi. Penambahan kayu secang yang menjadi sumber warna merah alami dapat memperbaiki warna teh dan dapat menambah kapasitas antioksidan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kandungan polifenol, kapasitas antioksidan, hedonik, mutu hedonik, formula terbaik, bauran produk (kualitas produk, merek dan desain kemasan) dan bauran harga (ukuran dan harga) dengan perlakuan rasio daun murbei dan kayu secang 1,5 : 1, 1 : 0,5 dan 1:1. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari satu perlakuan dengan dua kali pengulangan. Data kandungan polifenol, kapasitas antioksidan, uji hedonik, uji mutu hedonik dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA. Jika terdapat perbedaan maka dilanjutkan dengan post hoc test (Duncan). Data bauran produk (merek dan desain kemasan) dan bauran harga (ukuran dan harga) dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan rasio daun murbei dan kayu secang dengan rasio yang berbeda menyebabkan perbedaan yang signifikan pada polifenol, kapasitas antioksidan, hedonik aroma, hedonik warna, mutu hedonik warna, karakteristik ukuran teh celup herbal daun murbei dan kayu secang. Sedangkan, hedonik rasa, mutu hedonik aroma, mutu hedonik rasa, karakteristik aroma dan karakteristik tampilan tidak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan rancangan bauran produk teh celup herbal daun murbei dan kayu secang dengan perlakuan rasio daun murbei dan kayu secang 1 : 0,5 yang menghasilkan warna coklat muda, aroma sedikit langu, rasa cukup masam, ukuran biasa, serta penggunaan merek dan desain kemasan A, sedangkan rancangan bauran harga yaitu isi (25pcs, 15pcs dan 10 pcs) dan harga B. Keywords: mulberry leaves, sappan wood, tea bag, product mix and price Mulberry leaf tea in brewed packaging contains polyphenol content and high antioxidant capacity. The addition of sappan wood that is a source of natural red color can improve the color of tea and can increase the capacity of antioxidants. The purpose of this research is to know the content of polyphenol, antioxidant capacity, hedonic, hedonic quality, best formula, product mix (product quality, brand and packaging design) and price mix (size and price) with mulberry leaf and wooden ratio 1.5: 1, 1: 0,5 and 1: 1. This research is an experimental research using Completely Randomized Design which consists of one treatment with two repetitions. Polyphenol content data, antioxidant capacity, hedonic test, hedonic quality test were analyzed using ANOVA. If there is a difference then proceed with post hoc test (Duncan). Product mix data (brand and packaging design) and price mix (size and price) were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the mulberry leaf and sappan wood ratio with different ratios caused significant differences in polyphenols, antioxidant capacity, hedonic aroma, color hedonic, color hedonic quality, multivariate herbal mulberry leaf tea and sappan wood. While, hedonic flavors, hedonic aroma quality, taste hedonic quality, aroma characteristics, display characteristics did not show any significant differences. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded the design of the herbal mulberry tea and sappam wood with the treatment ratio of mulberry leaf and sappan wood 1: 0,5 which produce the brown of color, the aroma is a bit grim, the taste is quite sour, the usual size and the use of the brand and packaging design A, while the price mix design is the size (25 pcs, 15 pcs and 10 pcs) and price of B

The Purposes of Tasybih Used in The Novel Sununuwati Kabul by Yasmina Khadra (Rhetoric Analysis)
Balaghah Anaylis has a fundamental goal namely, to convey the beauty of the grammar of language conveyed by the author in prose to convey the intended purpose to the readers especially in the novel Sununuwati Kabul by Yasmina Khadra. The author of the novel Sununuwati Kabul uses the tasybih language style to convey ideas and goals. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative type of research in which this study was more of a description or explanation of existing data for the research method, the researcher used the descriptive analysis method. This method is done by explaining or describing the data, followed by analyzing the data using a predetermined theory. As for the data collection technique، the researcher uses the library research method or library research to explain the data in this study. Penerapan Data Mining untuk Memprediksi Jumlah Produk Terlaris Menggunakan Algoritma Naive Bayes Studi Kasus (Toko Prapti)
Toko Prapti is a small privately owned company that sells basic necessities,. So far, the prapti shop produces sales data every day, but the results obtained show that the prapti shop has not maximized the data so that it becomes a data accumulation. Therefore, the researcher conducted a study on product sales data by utilizing and applying data mining using the nave Bayes classifier algorithm to determine the interest in purchasing goods at the prapti shop. data. In this study, the author uses the waterfall system development method. The author implements this research using a web programming language, namely PHP, using the CodeIgniter framework with MySQl database. The system built with the nave Bayes algorithm includes product sales data, nave calculations of each attribute and reporting. This system produces 4 attributes that greatly affect the results of the classification. The attributes used in this research are the attributes are quarter 1, quarter 2, quarter 3 and quarter 4. Prediction results obtained using the nave Bayes algorithm produce information that can be used by stores to identify the best-selling products purchased by consumers so that it can help prapti shops to find and determine the target market more accurately. Sources of data taken from the previous 1 year with system accuracy using a confusion matrix resulted in 83.3% accuracy, 84.2% precision and 88.9% recall.
