Short laws for finite groups and residual finiteness growth
No full text We prove that for every n ∈ N n \in \mathbb {N} and δ > 0 \delta >0 there exists a word w n ∈ F 2 w_n \in F_2 of length O ( n 2 / 3 log ( n ) 3 + δ ) O(n^{2/3} \log (n)^{3+\delta }) which is a law for every finite group of order at most n n . This improves upon the main result of Andreas Thom [Israel J. Math. 219 (2017), pp. 469–478] by the second named author. As an application we prove a new lower bound on the residual finiteness growth of non-abelian free groups. </p

Ważny jest proces tworzenia spektakli, zaczynający się od określenia ram i ustalenia relacji między widzem a performerem. Kolektyw kładzie więc nacisk na budowanie więzi, poczucia wspólnotowości, co wymaga od performerów bardzo dużo wysiłku i zaangażowania. W najnowszych projektach performerzy, chociaż nadal badają podobne sytuacje, starają się nie eksploatować tak siebie jako aktorów. Wracają do przedstawień site-specific i miksują oraz remiksują inne formy teatralne. Jak sami twierdzą, w ich projekty wpisana jest porażka, która "jest częścią procesu i jako taka jest absolutnie niezbędna".Gob Squad members Sarah Thom and Simon Will claim that the seven-person collective of performers makes projects concerning solitude. The process of creating the play is important, beginning with defining the framework and establishing the relationship between viewer and performer. The collective thus stresses the building of bonds, and a sense of community, which demands a great deal of exertion and involvement from the performers. In their most recent projects the performers try to exploit themselves less as actors, though they continue to explore similar situations. They have returned to site-specific performances, mixing and remixing other theatrical forms. As they themselves claim, failure is inscribed in their projects, which is a "part of the process, and as such, absolutely necessary"

Sofic groups and diophantine approximation
No full textWe prove the algebraic eigenvalue conjecture of J. Dodziuk, P. Linnell, V. Mathai, T. Schick, and S. Yates (see [2]) for sofic groups. Moreover, we give restrictions on the spectral measure of elements in the integral group ring. Finally, we define integer operators and prove a quantization of the operator norm below 2. The ABF declared the appeal inadmissible, due to the lack of finality of the AGCM's decision (PS 11287 - 18.10.2022) qualifying as an unfair commercial practice the professional's failure to provide subscribers with information about the approaching statute of limitations.
