Agri-food Trade Specialisation Pattern in the New EU Member States
No full textThe paper analyses development of agri-food trade specialisation pattern in eight EU Member States of the 2004 and 2007 enlargements (NMS) during the period 2000 – 2005. Over the period analysed, the NMS were not able to hold trade positions in the most competitive commodities, but on the other hand, positions of a number of previously uncompetitive commodities improved. No full textRésumé : Rail 2000 et la compatibilité écologique.
Des quatre nouvelles lignes prévues pour le Rail 2000 Vauderens-Villars-sur-Glâne ; Mattstetten-Rothrist ; Zurich-Aéroport-Winterthur et Muttenz-Olten, la partie Muttenz-Olten nous intéresse ici à cause de sa proximité. La nouvelle ligne qui commence à la gare de Muttenz peut être différenciée en trois parties (fig. 1) :
— une partie à deux voies qui passera le tunnel entre Muttenz et Liestal ;
— une partie à quatre voies Liestal-Sissach (dont nouvelles voies se situeront à côté de deux voies déjà existantes) ;
— un nouveau tunnel à deux voies de Sissach à Olten.
On attend d'un test de compatibilité écologique un jugement adéquat sur toute l'entreprise Rail 2000, c'est-à-dire un jugement qui tienne compte de l'aménagement du territoire, de la protection de la nature et du patrimoine national, de la protection des ressources naturelles et finalement de la population locale.
Selon l'avis du gouvernement du canton de Bâle-Campagne, la position à- niveau de la ligne prévue de Muttenz à Sissach ne peut satisfaire les exigences du conseil d'Etat. Le gouvernement du cantion Bâle-Campagne comme on le sait renoncerait à la position basse que si la voie à-niveau mènerait à des mêmes résultats en ce qui concerne les deux problèmes de la protection contre les bruits et de la protection de l'environnement (fig. 2). Les communes concernées, Liestal, Sissach, Luasen et Itingen sont toujours hésitantes devant les propositions des C.F.F.
Au semestre d'été 1989, dans le cadre d'un travail pratiqué sur la région, nous aimerions examiner d'une part le test de compatibilité écologique des C.F.F. et de l'autre les attentes des communes concernées et de leurs habitants. Au centre de nos intérêts seront les habitants. L'appareil expérimental se composera de la confection des cartes thématiques, des enquêtes et de « mental mapping ».Simko Dusan. Dissertatio inauguralis of Serbian poet Laza Kostić: 'De legibus serbicis Stephani Uros Dusan'
No full textOn the basis of the archival material he recently discovered, the author provides the answer to the question he asked in his recently published paper: 'Defense of doctorate by Serbian poet Laza Kostić in Pest in 1866: Dissertatio or Theses?' By analyzing the previously unknown contents of Kostić's doctoral diploma and original records from his doctoral examinations at the Royal University in Pest (1864-1866), the author concludes that Laza Kostić was awarded the title of 'Doctor of General Law', both civil and canonical (doctor universi iuris, utriusque iuris), on the basis of defending the work of a smaller volume 'Theses e(x) scientiis juridicis et politicis', but also by the presentation of dissertatio inauguralis called 'De legibus serbicis Stephani Uros Dusan'. The author believes that this information significantly complements our knowledge of the study of Dušan's legislation in the mid-nineteenth century and enables us to better understand the overall extent of Serbian cultural elite in Hungary at that time

No full textZusammenfassung. — Regionales Zugehörigkeitsgefühl - Der Basler Raum. — Im Rahmen der laufenden Untersuchungen während unserer gemeinsamen Lehrveranstaltungen mit dem Geographischen Institut der Universität Freiburg i.Br. widmeten wir uns auch der Frage der regionalen Identität bei den Studenten der Universität Basel.
Nach dem Zufallsprinzip versandten wir einen fünfseitigen Fragebogen an 300 Studierende ; davon erhielten wir 102 beantwortete Exemplare zurück. Der verwendete Fragebogen enthält 13 Fragen (u.a. Kognitives Erfassen des Regio-Raumes, Selbsteinschätzung, Bewertung der eigenen Lebenssituation). Drei Viertel der Befragten wohnen gerne in der Regio ; 86 % besuchen mehr oder weniger regelmässig das Elsass oder Baden. Dabei sticht bei den Fahrten ins Elsass die Erholungsfunktion ins Auge. Die deutsche Nachbarschaft hingegen ist für einen Drittel der Befragten Ort der Begegnung mit Verwandten und Freunden. Für 68 % wäre das Elsass auch als potentieller Wohnort durchaus vorstellbar für Baden konnten sich allerdings lediglich 39 % erwärmen.
Mit Hilfe des semantischen Differentials versuchten wir die gefühlsmässige Einschätzung der Deutschen, Franzosen und Schweizer herauszufinden. Dieses an sich umstrittene Verfahren stiess bei einem « kritischen » Teil der befragten Studenten (39 %) auf deutlichen Widerstand, was als ein Novum zu werten ist, verglichen mit der Untersuchung von J. Berger (1974). Trotz dem eher negativen Image der Nordwestschweizer ist unter den Befragten ein deutlicher Abbau der Klischeebilder unserer Nachbarn zu verzeichnen !Summary. — Our study deals with the question of the Régional Identity of the students of Basle University. 102 persons were interviewed. Attendance in the Regio is low, however the importance of Alsace as a place to relax was clear.
68 % of those asked considered Alsace to be a potential domicile. Using the Semantic Differential Method, 39 % of the respondents gave no assessment of personal feelings towards the Germans, the French and the Swiss.

No full textThe author describes the rising of the constitutionalism of Serbia in this paper. First he introduces the Slavic peoples and nations. The next chapters contain the history of the development of the uniform Serbian state. The author writes the political biography of the most important Serbian kings like Stefan Nemanja and Stefan Dusan "the Great". Nemanja established the state and the dynasty of the Nemanjics in the 12'h century. The golden age of the kingdom was in the middle of the le century during the rule of Stefan Dusan who became an emperor in 1346. After his death the Serbian Empire fell into pieces. The author pays attention on the legislation, the law and the jurisdiction of the state as well. Finally the Serbian Kingdom was occupied by the Turkish Empire in the 15" century
