The name Aek Martua comes from the regional language of one of the tribes in Riau, namely the Mandailing Batak tribe, which means Sorcerer's Water. Based on the background of this research, the formulation of the problem is how is the role of the Rokan Hulu Regency Culture and Tourism Office on the development of the Aek Martua Waterfall tourist attraction and how are the obstacles to implementing the role of the Rokan Hulu Regency Culture and Tourism Office on the development of the Aek Martua Waterfall tourist attraction. In this study, the author uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The inhibiting factors for the role of the Rokan Hulu Regency Culture and Tourism Office in the development of the Aek Martua Waterfall attraction are the low tourism information that can be reached by tourists, the lack of human resources that can capitalize on the potential of culture and tourism, and the low awareness of the local community about the importance of tourism development. No full textPada sistem tenaga listrik selalu dimungkinkan terjadi gangguan yang
bersifat transient maupun bersifat dinamik. Gangguan dinamik ini disebabkan
oleh adanya perubahan beban yang kecil yang menyebabkan terjadj ayunan
(swing) sebelum sistem tersebut kembali mencapai keadaan yang stabil.Perbaikan
kinerja dinamik sistem yang meliputi frekuensi dan tegangan dapat dilakukan
dengan cara menambahkan peralatan umpan balik optimal pada sistem asli.
Konsep yang dipakai adalah kriteria indeks kinerja varian minimal LQR (Linear
Quadratic Regulatian), yaitu dengan mencari penguatan umpan baJik LQR yang
meliputi harga penguatan umpan balik kontroler (K) dan penguatan estimator
optimal (Kr) yang diumpankan melalui sisi turbin dan eksitasi.Dari simulasi
terlihat bahwa pemberian umpan balik optimal LQR pada sisi turbin dan sisi
eksitasi secara bersama-sama menghasilkan perbaikan kinerja dinamik sistem
yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hanya memberikan umpan balik optimal
LQR ke sisi exitasi saja. Namun keduanya telah terbukti dapat mengbasilkan
perbaikan kinerja dinamik sistem pembangkit tenaga listrik tersebut
Formulation and Test of Antidiabetic Effects of Green Round Eggpplant (Solanum xanthocarpum Schrader & Wendland) Fruit Nanoliposome Extract on Male Rats
No full textDrug delivery systems can affect the effects of drugs in the body. One of the
most rapidly used drug delivery systems is the nanoliposome form. This form can
be applied in various drug dosage forms, both modern medicines and natural
medicine in the form of extracts. Green round eggplant (GRE) (Solanum
xanthocarpum Schrader & Wendland) is known to contain quercetin and flavonoids
which act as antidiabetic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. This study aims to
examine the nanoliposome formulation in green round eggplant extract which is the
most active as an antidiabetic.
The study was conducted experimentally on Wistar rats. Standardization
and phytochemical screening were carried out on simplicia and extracts. The extract
was obtained by multilevel maceration method using n-hexane (NHEGRE), ethyl
acetate (EAEGRE), ethanol (EEGRE) and water (WEGRE) as solvents. The
glucose tolerance test was carried out in normal experimental animals, while the
antidiabetic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity test was carried out in rats
with type 2 diabetes mellitus induced by streptozotocin and nicotinamide in 3
stages. First, 6 groups (n=5): negative control (K(-)), positive control
(Glibenclamide (K(+)), extract (NHEGRE; EAEGRE; EEGRE; WEGRE dose of
200 mg/kgbb), treated for 15 days with parameters of blood glucose levels. Second,
optimization of nanoliposome formulations with organoleptic parameters of
particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, particle size morphology,
adsorption efficiency, stability and drug release test. Third, evaluation of the
nanoliposome formulation was carried out on the most active extract treated for 21
days with the parameters of blood glucose levels, insulin levels, pancreatic
histopathology, SOD, MDA and TnF-alpha.
The characteristics of the simplicia and the extract meet the Indonesian
Materia Medika standards. The results showed that in the glucose tolerance test, the
highest percentage decrease of blood glucose levels at 120 minutes was observed
in the group treated with EAEGRE 200 mg/kgbb, which was 60.91% and has not a
significant difference with glibenclamide 0.45 mg/kgbb, which was 60.90%. In the
antidiabetic activity test on the 15th day, the mean percentage decrease of KGD in
each group of rats showed that the group treated with EAEGRE 200 mg/kgbw had
the highest percentage decrease of blood glucose levels, which was 72.47% and has
not a significant difference with glibenclamide 0.45 mg/kgbw, which was 72.38%.
The results showed that the ethyl acetate extract had the most potential as an
antidiabetic
Based on the evaluation of the nanoliposome formulation, the chosen or optimum
nanoliposome is the one made with 30 minutes of sonication time. The resulting
nanoliposome is dark green in color, odorless, and has a thick consistency. The pH
test results for F1, F2, and F3 are 5.97±0.06, 6.13±0.06, and 5.97±0.15,
respectively. The particle size results for F1, F2, and F3 are 162.57±6.37 nm,
143.97±0.64 nm, and 154.17±0.51 nm, respectively. The polydispersity index (PI)
results are F1 (0.239±0.02), F2 (0.263±0.07), and F3 (0.273±0.01). The zeta
potential results are F1 (-42.133±0.586), F2 (-25.367±0.404), and F3 (-
53.367±0.115). All nanoliposome formulations are stable during storage at low temperature.
The morphology of the nanoliposomes is spherical and multilamellar. Entrapment
efficiency F1 (89.711 ± 0.873), F2 (92.981 ± 0.347), and F3 (90.670 ± 0.095),
Formula I, II, and III meet the requirements for sustained release and belong to zeroorder
with constant drug release.
The results showed that in the test of decreasing blood glucose levels, the
highest percentage was observed in the group treated with NEAEGRE
(nanoliposome ethyl acetate extract of green round eggplant) at a dose of 100
mg/kgbw (body weight), which was 74.31%. The highest level of insulin was
observed in the NEAEGRE 100 mg/kgbw group (615.223 pg/ml), Histopathology
of the pancreas showed that the group treated with NEAEGRE at a dose of 100
mg/kgbw showed a histopathological picture that approached the normal group,
The SOD level for NEAEGRE at a dose of 100 mg/kgbw was 11.73 ng/ml, The
lowest MDA level was observed in the NEAEGRE 100 mg/kgbw group (4.619
ng/ml) and The lowest level of TNF-α was observed in the NEAEGRE 100
mg/kgbw group (1.213 pg/ml),
Nanoliposomes of ethyl acetate extract of green round eggplant dose of 100
mg/kgbb showed the best antidiabetic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities
characterized by the lowest levels of blood glucose lev, MDA, and TNF-α and the

to increasing competition with other similar companies. With the good and
interesting promotion as well as providing appropriate discount will make
consumer more interesting to take the purchasing decision. The purpose of this
study is to determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of promotion and
discount on car purchasing decision of Toyota Yaris at Auto 2000 Gatot Subroto
Branch Medan, and also to know which variable has the most dominant influence
on purchasing decision or how one variable affects the other variable. Data
analysis method used is descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression
method and hypothesis. The data processed using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The
data used are primary and secondary data. This study uses a sample of 69
respondents.
Through the f-test, the results of this study indicate that the variable
promotion and discount impact positive and significant on purchasing decisions of
Toyota Yaris at Auto 2000 Gatot Subroto Branch Medan. Then through the t-test
can be seen that the variables promotions and discounts positive and significant
impact on purchasing decisions partially of Toyota Yaris at Auto 2000 Gatot
Subroto Branch Medan. Dominant variable affect consumer decisions is variable
discount. Adjusted R Square of 0.452 means 45.2% variable purchasing decisions
can be explained by the independent variables (promotion and rebate), while the

In the title of the paper entitled the main idea in the speech of Martin Luther King I have a dream. The author uses the method of collecting material from books and internet sources. Through this paper the author describes the main idea in the contents of Martin Luther's speech and also some of his wishes for the freedom of Negropeople in America. In Martin Luther King's speech entitled I have a Dream, it refers more to democracy to the freedom of the oppressed and alienated Negroes to have equal equality with the religious elite in education and also work. In his speech there were many dreams that Martin wanted to achieve. Islam menyebut undian dengan nama qur’ah yang berarti upaya memilih sebagian pilihan (alternatif) dari keseluruhan pilihan yang tersedia itu memiliki kemungkinan (probabilitas) yang sama besarnya untuk terpilih. Undian merupakan upaya yang paling mampu menjauhkan unsur keberpihakan dalam memilih dan dapat dilakukan untuk maksud-maksud yang beragam dan luas, bisa untuk maksud perjudian dan bisa pula untuk maksud-maksud yang jauh sama sekali dari perjudian. Dan yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini: bagaimana pendapat Yusuf Qardhawi tentang undian berhadiah dan bagaimana istinbath hukum Yusuf Qardhawi tentang undian berhadiah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yaitu kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan pengumpulan dan penelusuran data-data serta pengolahan (buku-buku, literatur dan bahan pustaka) yang berkaitan dengan topik pembahasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang dan setelah mengadakan penelitian serta penelaahan secara seksama tentang “Analisis Pendapat Yusuf Qardhawi Tentang Undian Berhadiah. Maka penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Mengenai undian berhadiah, Yusuf Qardhawi secara umum mengharamkannya dengan alasan bahwasanya hal tersebut masuk dalam kategori judi atau mendekatinya.

Abstract
Islam calls the lottery with the name qur\u27ah which means that the effort to choose some of the options (alternatives) from the total available options has the same probability (probability) of being selected. Lottery is an effort that is most capable of removing the element of partisanship in choosing and can be carried out for various and broad purposes, it can be for gambling purposes and it can also be for purposes that are far from gambling. And the problem in this research: what is Yusuf Qardhawi\u27s opinion about the lottery and how is Yusuf Qardhawi\u27s legal istinbath about the lottery. This type of research uses library research, namely research activities carried out by collecting and searching data and processing (books, literature and library materials) related to the topic of discussion. Based on the results of research on and after conducting research and careful study of "Analysis of Yusuf Qardhawi\u27s Opinions About Lucky Draws. So the author can draw the following conclusions: Regarding the lottery with prizes, Yusuf Qardhawi generally forbids it on the grounds that it is included in the category of gambling or approaching it.

Religiousity and Psychological Well-Being of the Parmalim Community
No full textParmalim is a belief in the Mulajadi Debate of Na Bolon, and this doctrine has existed since ancient times. As adherents of religious beliefs, parmalim adherents often receive different treatment from the society. The study aims to understand and describe the influence of religiousity on the psychological well-being of the Parmalin community in North Sumatra. This research uses quantitative research methods. Sampling techniques in this study are non-random sampling with purposive sampling techniques. The research sample consisted of 78 people from the Parmalim Community in North Sumatra who had adhered to the Parmalim belief system for at least 11 years. Data collection was directly to the participants at Parmalim’s place of worship in Medan, and by online. Data analysis using a double linear regression test with the help of SPSS for Windows 17 The method of data collection using a psychological scale is the scale of Religiousness and the psychological well-being scale. The psychological scale used is the Religiosity scale and the Psychological Well-Being scale. In this study, religiosity was measured using The Centrality of Religiosity Scale-15 (CRS-15) while Psychological well-being used The Scales of Psychological Well-being. The results of this study found that there was a positive influence of religion on psychological well-being among Parmalim believers, the contribution is 25.9%. Religiosity in the Parmalim Community is in the high category (85.9%). Psychological well-being in supporters of parmalim beliefs is mostly in the high category of 68%, where individuals with high psychological wellness are able to be warm in relationships with others, have empathy, have a purpose in life and understand the principle of giving and receiving in a relationship.Parmalim merupakan sebuah aliran kepercayaan terhadap Debata Mulajadi Na Bolon dan ajaran ini sudah ada sejak dahulu kala. Sebagai penganut aliran kepercayaan, para penganut parmalim seringkali mendapatkan perlakuan yang berbeda dari lingkungan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh religiusitas terhadap Psychological Well-Being Komunitas Parmalin di Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non random sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 78 orang dari Komunitas Parmalim di Sumatera Utara yang telah menganut aliran kepercayaan Parmalim minimal 11 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung di 2 rumah ibadat Parmalim di Medan dan melalui online. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda bantuan SPSS for Windows 17. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi, Skala psikologi yang digunakan adalah skala Religiusitas dan skala Psychological Well-Being. Dalam penelitian ini Religiusitas diukur menggunakan The Centrality of Religiosity Scale-15 (CRS-15) sementara Psychological well-being menggunakan skala The Scales of Psychological Well-being. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif religiusitas terhadap psychological well -being pada penganut kepercayaan parmalim yaitu sebesar 25.9%. Religiusitas pada Komunitas Parmalim berada pada kategori tinggi (85.9 %). Psychological well-being pada penganut kepercayaan parmalim kebanyakan berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu 68%, dimana individu dengan psychological well-being tinggi mampu bersikap hangat dalam berhubungan dengan orang lain, memiliki empati, memiliki tujuan hidup dan memahami prinsip memberi dan menerima di dalam suatu hubungan
Internalization of Pakpak Writing Characters for Daily Disclosure
No full textThe existence of the Pakpak language among the families and communities of Pakpak migrants from time to time is further eroded by the incomprehension of its 'writing and pronunciation.' As an initiative to defend his vision against the scour of civilization, for the sake of preserving the culture and habits of these ethnic linguistic characters, the author searches for and finds Pakpak's original writings to get character letters that explain how to express them in everyday language. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, data collection through literature study, observation, online interviews, and document analysis. The purpose of this research is to a) internalize the characters of Pakpak's writing for the love of his identity; and b) can be socialized as an alternative in the process of learning written characters and tribal languages for the sake of awakening local wisdom based on aesthetics and ethics.
