Diocese de Viana – Maranhão: disputas de poder nos bispados de Dom Hélio Campos e Dom Adalberto Paulo da Silva
Get PDFO estudo objetivou analisar as relações Igreja/ Estado, a partir das práticas dos bispos Dom Francisco Hélio Campos (1969-1975) e Dom Adalberto Paulo da Silva (1975- 1995) na Diocese de Viana, entendendo que ambos carregaram em seus valores e práticas religiosas elementos de reiteração e/ou conflitos com essas orientações institucionais e disputas políticas que marcam o posicionamento da igreja no período da ditadura. Assim, com a intenção de abarcar a atuação dos dois bispos, fez-se o recorte temporal de 1969 a 1985. Em termos específicos, a pesquisa averiguou as visões dos bispos Dom Hélio Campos e Dom Adalberto Paulo da Silva sobre Igreja/ doutrina e seu papel, descrevendo a atuação e posicionamentos políticos e religiosos dos bispos na Diocese de Viana; analisou-se as visões dos religiosos sobre a política do país. No campo metodológico utilizou-se a pesquisa documental a partir de arquivos disponíveis no campo empírico - o Arquivo Público Estadual do Maranhão, onde encontrou-se documentações acerca da atuação do clero de Viana. Foram pesquisados, sobretudo, os arquivos da Delegacia de Ordem Política e Social do Maranhão (DOPS-MA). Além dos arquivos da DOPS, outro campo pesquisado foi a Comissão Pastoral da Terra (CPT). Fez-se também entrevistas com 10 agentes ligados diretamente ou indiretamente com os trabalhos dos bispos. Percebeu-se como se construiu reconhecimento de cada bispo tanto na diocese de Viana como no Estado através de práticas de poder.</jats:p

Previous issue date: 2007Resumo: Esta pesquisa foi desenvolvida sob o tema a leitura de fotografia e a produção escrita do gênero discursivo a crônica. Este trabalho surgiu a partir da observação das dificuldades do aluno do ensino médio de escola pública em produzir o texto escrito em sala de aula. Sabedor de que esse tipo de atividade que envolve a leitura de fotografia e a produção escrita não é uma prática constante nas escolas da rede pública para os alunos do ensino médio, embora haja divulgação e espaço para que as propostas dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais - os PCN de Linguagens, Códigos e suas Tecnologias- possam ser aplicadas, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo principal colocar em prática um modelo de atividade com base na interação voltado para a leitura de fotografia que propicie ao aluno do ensino médio condições adequadas para produzir textos em aula de língua portuguesa. Outro objetivo da pesquisa é estimular o aluno a perceber, através da leitura de fotografia, que o seu texto pode ser produzido a partir de situações vividas por ele e realimentadas pelos elementos contidos na imagem. Este trabalho articula-se através de duas linguagens, ou seja, a linguagem não-verbal e a linguagem verbal, da fotografia e da crônica, respectivamente. Levando em conta que a foto e a crônica se utilizam de diferentes linguagens, foram analisados três trabalhos dos alunos do ensino médio da rede pública do estado de São Paulo. Cabe ressaltar que esta pesquisa está ciente da idéia de que a fotografia ainda não é vista pelos jovens, principalmente aqueles que cursam o ensino médio, alvo da minha pesquisa, como um gênero que possui uma linguagem rica de significados e que deve ser lida e interpretada, pois em uma fotografia haverá histórias diversas que precisam ser compreendidas pelos seus leitores. Para analisar a fotografia e a crônica dos alunos da primeira série do ensino médio, foram utilizadas a teoria do punctum - o punctum funciona como um elemento motivador que desperta o leitor de fotografia para um dado importante na imagem e que é relevante para a sua escrita -, as categorias dos componentes hierárquicos e a fase de interpretação. Embora a fotografia e a crônica sejam gêneros distintos, o trabalho realizado com os alunos nos mostra que na produção escrita do gênero discursivo crônica utilizando o gênero fotografia como base da construção temática, as diferentes linguagens neles contidas apresentam uma regularidade no que se refere a um momento sócio-histórico retratado por ambos, de acordo com a visão de mundo do locutor. Esta pesquisa procura dar uma resposta aos interesses da escola em trabalhar atividades planejadas com o aluno do ensino médio para o desenvolvimento de suas capacidades em produzir o texto na língua materna através da leitura de fotografia em sala de aula. Nessa perspectiva, com base na teoria que sustentou esta pesquisa, acredita-se que o uso de fotografia em trabalhos de produção escrita de crônica pode propiciar melhoria ao aluno do ensino médio no campo da leitura e da produção escrita, além de oferecer possibilidades para que ele se transforme em uma pessoa atuante e com discernimento a respeito da realidade que o cerca.Abstract: This research was developed under the theme the picture reading and the written production of the discursive gender the chronicle. This work appeared starting from the observation of the student's of the medium teaching of public school difficulties in producing the text written at classroom. Informed that that activity type that involves the picture reading and the production writing is not a constant practice in the schools of the public net for the students of the medium teaching, although there are popularization and space so that the proposals of the Parameters National Curriculares - PCN of Languages, Codes and their Technologies - they can be applied, this research has as main objective to put in practice a model of activity interacion gone back to the picture reading that propitiates the student of the teaching medium appropriate conditions to produce texts in class of Portuguese language. Another objective of the research is to stimulate the student to notice, through the picture reading, that his/her text can be produced starting from situations lived by him and re-alimentade by the elements contained in the image. This work pronounces through two languages, in other words, the no-verbal language and the verbal language, of the picture and of the chronicle, respectively. Taking into account that the picture and the chronicle are used of different languages, the students' of the medium teaching of the public net of the state of São Paulo three works were analyzed. It fits to emphasize that this research is aware of the idea that the picture still is not seen by the youths, mainly those that study the medium teaching, objective of my research, as a gender that possesses a rich language of meanings and that it should be read and interpreted, therefore in a picture there will be several histories that you/they need to be understood by their readers. To analyze the picture andthe students' of the first series of the medium teaching chronicle, they were used the theory of the punctum - the punctum works as an element motivator that wakes up the picture reader for an important die in the image and that it is relevant for his/her writing -, the categories of the hierarchical components and the interpretation phase. Although the picture and the chronicle are different goods, the work accomplished with the students in the display that in the written production of the chronic discursive gender using the gender picture as base of the thematic construction, the different languages in them contained they present a regularity in what refers toa partner-historical moment portrayed by both, in agreement with the vision of world of the announcer. This research search to give an answer to the interests of the school in working activities drifted with the student of the medium teaching for the development of their capacities in producing the text in the maternal language through the picture reading in classroom. In that perspective, with base in the theory that sustained this research, it is believed that the picture use in works of written production of chronicle can propitiate improvement to the student of the medium teaching in the field of the reading and of the written production, besides offering possibilities so that he becomes an active person and with discernment regarding the reality that surrounds him/it

Get PDFThis article analyses the prospects opened up in the social field by the negotiation on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) between the European Union (EU) and United States (US), with reference to labour law and social sustainability. Trade integration between the two partners should lead to an inter-normative approach, incorporating Fundamental Social Rights into the Treaty. The author proposes the inclusion of a chapter dedicated to compliance with labour rights, containing a social clause inspired by Article 20 of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), in accordance with the negotiation directives. The social clause should include references to the ILO Core Labour Standards, individual and collective labour rights, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and the regulation in a social perspective of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)
