Diante da ampla demanda de profissionais qualificados para atuar na educação inclusiva, faz-se necessário algumas indagações quanto ao ensino da Libras como primeira Língua (L1) - por professores ouvintes à alunos surdos inseridos no ensino fundamental. A presente pesquisa, a priori empírica, trás um repertório de questões e a hipótese da atual realidade nas escolas: nem todos os profissionais têm formação adequada nos padrões básicos para atender alunos surdos. Há pré-requisitos para que realmente ocorra a inclusão tão desejada por todos, ou talvez, por grande parte de profissionais atuantes (BRASIL 1996; 2013). Embora haja dezenas de eixos a serem discutidos, neste trabalho limitou-se à Educação de Surdos. Ao tratar de educação, é necessário que a qualidade do ensino-aprendizado seja minimamente eficiente e garanta ao discente o direito de aprender satisfatoriamente seu idioma. A inquietação diante da temática é: se a educação inclusiva dispõe a necessidade de qualificação para atuar, qual a razão de haver profissionais sem domínio específico na área? Que riscos esta atuação sem habilidades e conhecimentos específicos da Libras podem trazer ao discente surdo? Este profissional que atua tem se empenhado na busca ou está impedido, pelos órgãos da educação, de buscar conhecimento adequado para se (des)envolver na escola? A proposta foi analisar, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas bem como de planilhas virtuais, algumas situações reais em escolas denominadas inclusivas e que atendem alunos surdos. Espera-se com os resultados compilados possibilitar subsídios à formação continuada dos profissionais atuantes.

What is include? What is guarantee? Given the wide demand of qualified professionals to work in inclusive education, it is necessary to inquire about the teaching of Libras as the first language (L1) - by non-deaf teachers to deaf students enrolled in elementary education. The present research, a priori empirical, brings a repertoire of questions and the hypothesis of the current reality in schools: not all professionals have adequate training in the basic standards to attend deaf students. There are prerequisites for truly inclusion to be so desired by all, or perhaps most of the working professionals (BRAZIL 1996, 2013). Although there are dozens of axes to be discussed, in this work it was limited to the Education of the Deaf. When it comes to education, it is necessary that the quality of teaching-learning is minimally efficient and guarantees the student the right to learn their language satisfactorily. The concern with the subject is: if inclusive education provides the need for qualification to act, what is the reason of professionals with no specific domain in the area? What risks does this action without specific skills and knowledge of Libras bring to the deaf student? Has this professional been involved in the search or is it prevented by the education agencies from seeking appropriate knowledge to become involved in the school? The proposal was to analyze, through semi-structured interviews as well as virtual spreadsheets, some real situations in schools called inclusive and that serve deaf students. It is hoped that with the results compiled, it will be possible to provide subsidies for the continued training of the professionals involved
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
