Analisis Kadar Timbal (Pb) Pada Makanan Jajanan Kaki Lima di Kecamatan Medan Area Tahun 2018
No full textMakanan jajanan kaki lima berupa kue basah yaitu kue dadar gulung merupakan
makanan jajanan kue basah yang paling disukai oleh masyarakat. Posisi tempat
berjualan di pinggir jalan raya dan peralatan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan
kue dadar gulung yang memungkinkan terjadinya penyerapan logam berat timbal
(Pb) dari asap kendaraan bermotor. Hal yang dikhawatirkan dengan adanya
kondisi seperti ini, yakni cemaran timbal pada makanan jajanan kaki lima berupa
kue basah yaitu kue dadar gulung yang jelas sangat membahayakan kesehatan
konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui higiene sanitasi tempat
penjualan dan analisa kadar logam timbal (Pb) pada makanan jajanan kaki lima
berupa kue basah yaitu kue dadar gulung di Sepanjang Jalan A. R. Hakim,
Kecamatan Medan Area tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Metode
pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi dan pengujian
laboratorium dengan metode Spektropometri Serapan Atom (SSA). Sampel yang
diambil untuk penelitian higiene sanitasi tempat penjualan di Sepanjang Jalan A.
R. Hakim, Kecamatan Medan Area sebanyak 8 penjual dan didukung dengan
pemeriksaan keberadaan logam berat timbal (Pb) sebanyak 8 sampel secara total
sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa higiene sanitasi tempat penjualan
tidak memenuhi syarat kesehatan berdasarkan Kepmenkes RI No.
942/Menkes/SK/VII/2003 tentang pedoman persyaratan higiene dan sanitasi
makanan jajanan. Delapan sampel makanan jajanan kaki lima berupa kue basah
yaitu kue dadar gulung memiliki kadar timbal yang berkisar 2,0-2,69 ppm yang
berada diatas batas maksimum cemaran logam berat timbal (Pb) pada makanan
yakni > 2 ppm. Di informasikan kepada masyarakat khususnya masyarakat di
sekitaran Jalan A. R. Hakim, Kecamatan Medan Area agar lebih selektif dalam
memilih makanan jajanan yang sehat seperti kue tidak berlendir, tidak mempunyai
aroma basi atau busuk, tidak memiliki warna kue yang menyolok. Disarankan
agar masyarakat juga lebih memperhatikan dalam memilih makanan jajanan yang
sehat dan aman seperti tidak membeli dan mengkonsumsi makanan/minuman
yang terbuka saat disajikan, dan masukan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan
agar melakukan penyuluhan kepada penjual makanan jajanan tentang higiene
sanitasi makanan jajanan serta melakukan pemantauan rutin kepada penjual
makanan jajanan.Street food like rolled pancake is one of street food cake which people like the
most. The position of its street food of the location at highway side and the tools
used in its making process enable the absorbtion of lead (Pb) as heavy metal from
vehicles smoke. The problem is that the increasing lead pollution in street foods
like rolled pancake can be very dangerous for consumen health. The aim of this
research is to identify hygiene and sanitation of the street food of the location and
lead (Pb) level analysis in street food like rolled pancake along A. R. Hakim
Street, Medan Area Subdistrict year 2018. This is descriptive research. Primary
data collecting method used observation and lab test of Atomic Absorption
Spectropometry (AAS). Sample taken for hygiene and sanitation research street
food of the location along A. R. Hakim Street, Medan Area Subdistrict count 8
sellers and it was supported by lead (Pb) level test counts 8 samples by total
sampling. The results shows that hygiene and sanitation street food of the location
didn’t meet the criteria of health according to Kepmenkes RI No.
942/Menkes/SK/VII/2003 about Guidance on hygiene and sanitation criteria of
street foods. 8 samples of street foods in the form of wet cakes namely rolled
pancake have lead levels from 2,0-2,69 ppm exceeded maxmimum limit of lead
(Pb) pollution on food which is > 2 ppm. Informed to the community, especially
the community around A. R. Hakim Street, Medan Area Subdistrict to be more
selective in choosing healthy street food such as not slimy cakes, not having
stale/rotten aroma, not having a striking cake color. It’s recommended that the
community pay more attention to choosing healthy and safe the street food such
as not buying and consuming food/drinks that are open ehen presented and input
to the Medan City Health Office to conduct counseling to the seller of the street

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
