    Marketing dynamics and management excellence. The sources of successful internationalization of food processing company from transition economy (Case: MASPEX - Poland)

    The paper presents a case story of the fall and rise of the food industry in Poland's transition economy, illustrated with the example of one of its most successful companies. The author distinguishes three stages of the economic transition of Poland: · stage one, in which the Polish food processing industry collapsed, faced with fierce foreign competition after the implementation of a strategy of liberalization and privatization; · stage two (since late 1990s) when young, dynamic and relatively well- educated Polish entrepreneurs and managers not only started to regain the local market but also begun international expansion, intensifying exports, primarily to EU markets, · stage three, during which the internationalization took the form of FDI in the former neighboring socialist/communist countries.     寺田透(1915-1995)は文芸批評家で、同時にフランス文学者であった。彼は、小林秀雄(1902-1983)の後に現れた批評家であった。彼は小林の強い影響を受けている。この論文では、寺田が、正宗白鳥(1897-1962)の初期小説をどのように評価したかを扱う。寺田は、白鳥論を1947年に発表して、文芸評論家として出発した。この寺田による評論は、白鳥自身に認められた。寺田は、白鳥の初期小説の主人公たちが夢想家であると指摘した。本論文では、その寺田の主張が正しいかどうか、検討した。結論として、寺田の主張がおおむね正しいことが、分かった。Toru Terada(1915-1995) was both a literary critic and a scholar of French literature. He ranked as a critic after Hideo Kobayashi(1902-1983), who greatly influenced Terada. In this article the author dealt with how Toru Terada thought of the early novels of Hakucho Masamune(1897-1962). Terada started his literary career after he published an article on Hakucho in 1947. The article by Terada was recognized as valid by Hakucho himself. In the same article, "Hakucho Masamune," Terada pointed out that the main characters in Hakucho's early novels were dreamers.     The Influences of Sectarian Fanaticism on Descriptions of Other Sects

    WOS: 000391860100006Kitab al-Firaq is an important work belonging Abu Muhammad al -Yemeni. It reflects sectarian perception of Sunni scholars who lived in Yemen in the sixth century AH. But there is not enough information about the author and his work in the sources. But it is known that he has affected some scholars like Saksaki. In addition, influences of political, social and religious structure of Yemen can be seen in Kitab al-Firaq. Ash'arite, Ashabu'l-Hadith, Ismaelite, and Zaidiyyah were the most common sects in Yemen at that time. The social life of the region had been shaped by politics behaving sectarian competition. Hence, written books had ideological contents. Sectarian fanaticism was affecting the descriptions made on opponents. For instance, Abu Muhammad has used exclusionary language about dissident sects. In addition, he has selected the marginal views of sects; moreover, presented some opinions by falsifying and sometimes made generalizations. Therefore, modern researchers should be careful while using his book and similar works of Islamic heresiographical literature about problems such as these

Terada made clear in Shusei's later novels ( and )the agony caused by insatiable lust and also thought that Shusei was a non-intellectual. When he published his article on Shusei Tokuda, Terada himself got divorced and also got remarried -- he himself worried about a relationship with his partner. This article showed a relationship between Terada's sympathy for Shusei Tokuda and his own personal life.     Opinnäytetyössä tutkitaan huilunsoiton erikoisefektejä Toru Takemitsun Voice-huilusoolon avulla. Vähäisen erikoisefekteihin tutustumisen vuoksi tämä on hieno paikka kehittää itseä sekä taitavana muusikkona että monipuolisena opettajana. Työssä perehdytään uuteen notaatioon, erikoisefekteihin ja sitä kautta moderniin musiikkiin soolon avulla. Opinnäytetyö koostuu sekä kirjallisesta työstä että taiteellisesta osuudesta. Työn tarkoituksena on oppia tutkimaan ja tulkitsemaan uudenlaista notaatiota, kehittää modernin huilumusiikin tuntemusta ja osata tuottaa erikoisemmatkin äänet omalla huilulla. Toinen näkökulma on esiintyminen: millä tavoin modernia musiikkia tulee esittää, mitä se itseltä vaatii ja miten siihen tulee suhtautua. Moderni musiikki, etenkin Voice, on monelle maallikolle tuntematonta, jopa outoa tai kummallista. Lavalle noustessa täytyy olla täysin varma tekemisestään ja osaamisestaan, jotta kappaleen voi esittää vakuuttavasti. Aihe valittiin sen perustella, että siitä uskotaan olevan hyötyä sekä opinnäytetyön tekijälle että muille tuleville opettajille. Aiheesta löytyy tutkimustietoa, joten tehtävässä ei tarvitse turvautua vain omiin avuihin. Omat tuntemukset ovat kuitenkin suuressa osassa opinnäytetyössä. Työssä kirjoitetaan harjoituksista päiväkirjamaisesti tunnelmia ja ajatuksia, mitkä asiat askarruttavat ja mitä tulee tehdä päästäkseen itseä tyydyttävään lopputulokseen. Työssä kerrotaan tuntemuksista millaista on soittaa efektiääniä, miten ne saadaan huilusta ulos ja miten niitä aletaan opettelemaan. Opinnäytetyö vastaa kysymykseen ”Mitä on opiskella Voice”.This Bachelor´s thesis focuses on flute´s special effects by making use of Toru Takemitsu´s solo Voice. I am not familiar with all kinds of special effects so this is an excellent opportunity to improve my skills as a brilliant musician and a versatile teacher. In this thesis I get acquainted with new notation, flute´s special effects and modern music by way of this solo. The thesis consists of a textual part and an artistic work. The purpose of this thesis is to learn to study and interpret a new kind of notation, to develop knowledge of modern music and to learn to produce the most exceptional sounds with one´s own flute. The second visual angle of this thesis is performance: how modern music is supposed to be played, what it takes from a performer and how one should take a stance to it. Modern music, especially Voice, is unknown for ordinary people, it might also be a bit strange or odd. When the performer goes on the stage she has to be completely sure what she is doing and performing, so she can pull of a modern solo and convince the audience. The topic was chosen on the ground of its potential usability both for the author of the thesis or any future music teachers. There are a few studies concerning Voice, so I do not have to do it without any help. My own feelings are still in the main point of this thesis. There is a training diary at the end of the thesis where I explain thoughts and feelings while studying Voice. I write what is perplexing me and what I have to do to achieve a satisfying final result. The thesis imparts feelings on what it is like to play effect noises, how they are played and how they are learnt.     対人援助職の養成教育における「実践知」が担う意義

    本論は、対人援助職の養成教育へ「実践知」という視点を導入することの意義の検討を目的とする。一般的に言えば、これまでの養成教育では、状況超越的な専門理論を中心とした指導が行われてきた。その理由は、養成教育の専門理論に対する過大評価にある。そして、本論では、それに対する「実践知」の養成教育への導入がもたらす対人援助職の専門能力の新たな可能性を見極める。まず、「実践知」の起源と概念の整理を試みる。その上で香川秀太が提案した「第三の知」及び秋葉昌樹による「フォーラム・シアター」、藤田徹による「実習指導への戦略的な応用」の整理を進め、「実践知」を前提とした対人援助職の専門能力の開発の有効性を確認する。This discussion aims at considering the significance of introducing the viewpoint of "practice wisdom" in training education for human service. Generally speaking, the conventional training education has focused mainly on expert theories that transcend situations. That was because of the overvaluing of expert theories by training education stakeholders. This discussion will find out a new possibility of the training education paved by the special skill of human service that will become available by the introduction of" practice wisdom" in the training education. Firstly, I will try to organize the origin and concept of "practice wisdom".
