Social activity is part of the dynamics of society inbuilding and managing a region. Social activities can not be separated from the existing institutionsin the region, the institutional symbolized by the existence of groups (entities) that are capable ofproviding capacity for action on changes and policy making. Penanggungan village is a villagewhose territory is located on the slopes of the mountains, this village belongs to the category ofvillages prone to landslides. The result of correlation analysis showsthat there is a relationship between social condition and Green Open Space (RTH) that is obtainedby significant value 0.000 which means less than 0.005 so that H0 result is rejected H1 accepted, itmeans there is relationship between variable X to Y. Based on result surveys in the field, most ofPenanggungan Village which has 4 hamlets namely Ngembes, Penanggungan, Sendang, andKemendung are entering the green area. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full textKabupaten Sidoarjo Jawa Timur pada tanggal 29 Mei 2006 mempunyai sejarah penting karena peristiwa keluarnya gas dan lumpur panas dengan suhu 100°C yang telah menggenangi beberapa desa di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Semburan lumpur lapindo berada di daerah pemukiman padat penduduk, bahkan di beberapa titik merupakan kawasan perumahan (residence), diperkirakan volume lumpur yang menggenangi lebih dari 27 juta m3. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai tingkat dan pola spasial perkembangan wilayah; dan kebijakan penataan ruang disekitar kawasan bencana lumpur Lapindo. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan terkait pengukuran tingkat perkembangan wilayah menggunakan metode scalling. Langkah selanjutnya Hasil dari penilaian tersebut adalah berbentuk informasi keruangan (spatial information) yang disajikan dalam bentuk peta dan digunakan sebagai acuan dalam kebijakan penataan ruang di kawasan bencana lumpur Lapindo. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian tingkat perkembangan wilayah diketahui bahwa fenomena tingkat perkembangan wilayah tinggi sebagian besar berada pada posisi strategis. Kondisi dilapangan berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan bahwa lokasi-lokasi strategis seperti jalan raya, jalan tol, pasar, pusat pemerintahan, rel kereta api, dan pabrik sebagian besar berada di dekat kawasan bencana lumpur Lapindo. Kebijakan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu membuat produk hukum dalam bentuk perundang-undangan yang dapat mengakomodir peraturan pemerintah, stakeholder, swasta, dan masyarakat korban, diantaranya yaitu membuat keb ijakan yang prosedural terkait pendirian kawasan terbangun khususnya di zone 1 yang posisinya sangat strategis namun secara geografis dekat dengan pusat luapan lumpur Lapindo

Relokasi Pasar Bobou di lakukan sejak dikeluarkannya Surat Keputusan Bupati tentang Pemindahan Lokasi Pasar dan Pembentukan Tim Penataan Lokasi Pasar. Relokasi dilakukan dengan alasan keterbatasan daya tampung pedagang dan dukungan fasilitas serta sarana prasarana yang kurang. Keberlanjutan suatu pasar tradisional dapat dilihat dari harga barang, kualitas pelayanan, lokasi, serta varian produk pada pasar tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberlanjutan pasar bobou bajawa pasca relokasi. Pada Penelitinan ini penulis menggunakan Metode penelitian dengan teknik analisis SWOT dengan Pengumpulan data dilakukan melaluli observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keberlanjutan pasar sulit di terapkan hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu tingkat pendapatan pedagang yang menurun, aksesbilitas seperti angkutan umum yang tidak beroperasi lagi dan jarak lokasi pasar yang jauh dari pusat kota.

Pengaruh pemberian vitamin E (alpha tokoferol) terhadap proliferasi sel otak fetus hamster pada kultur primer

Vitamin E (alpha tokoferol) merupakan antioksidan dan agen faktor pertumbuhan sel termasuk sel otak. Vitamin E diduga mampu melindungi sel otak sehingga dapat berpengaruh pada kelangsungan hidup sel otak fetus hamster. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian vitamin E terhadap proliferasi sel otak fetus Hamster pada kultur primer.
Penilitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental yang menggunakan sampel sel otak fetus hamster umur 2 hari yang dikultur dalam media DMEM yang ditambah FBS 20% dan diinkubasi dalam inkubator CO2 5% suhu 37oC selama 144 jam. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah vitamin E dengan konsentrasi 25 µM, 50 µM, 75 µM, 100 µM dan 125 µM. Data hasil penelitian meliputi konfluenitas, viabilitas abnormalitas kultur primer sel otak fetus hamster yang telah dihitung dan dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA tunggal. Data hasil perhitungan yang berbeda nyata, maka dilakukan uji lanjut dengan BNT 0,05.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian vitamin E berpengaruh terhadap proliferasi sel otak fetus hamster pada kultur primer.

Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol) are antioxidants and agents of cell growth factors including brain cells. Vitamin E is thought to be able to protect brain cells so it can affect the survival of fetal hamster brain cells. This study aims to determine the role of vitamin E on proliferation of primary cultures of fetal hamster brain cells.
Reserch this is an experimental study using a sample of fetal hamster brain cells age of 2 days were cultured in DMEM medium plus 20% FBS and incubated in 5% CO 2 incubator 37 ° C for 6 days. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four replications. The treatments used were vitamin E with a concentration of 25 μM, 50 μM, 75 μM, 100 μM and 125 μM. Research data include accelerating konfluenitas, miningkatkan viability and reduce abnormalities of fetal hamster brain cells that have been calculated analyzed using a single ANAVA. If the calculation results significantly different, then further tested by LSD 0.05.
The results showed that vitamin E affects the proliferation of primary cultures of fetal hamster brain cells

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
