    Manajemen Pendidikan Entrepreneur dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Wirausaha Santri

    ABSTRACT The realization of the entrepreneurial competence of students at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School can be known by research which includes planning, implementation and evaluation of entrepreneurship education. The research method used was a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods, data collection was carried out using in-depth observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses SWOT analysis. The validity test uses source triangulation and technique triangulation methods. The results showed that the planning for Entrepreneurship Education at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School was outlined in the form of a self-employment learning curriculum, which consisted of theoretical learning planning and practice-based planning. Practical learning is carried out using two methods, namely theory-based learning and practice-based learning. Evaluation of Entrepreneur Education Motivation is carried out in 2 direct ways (learning process) and post-learning. Assessing the evaluation of entrepreneurship education learning using an evaluation model, namely the evaluation of the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The entrepreneurial competence of students at the FATHUL ULUM Islamic Boarding School was formed to have social entrepreneur and corporate entrepreneur competencies. Entrepreneurship education management has implications for students to acquire knowledge, skills, and attitudes and aims for students to have the ability and ability to become beginners in entrepreneurship.  KEYWORDS:  Entrepreneur Education, Management, Competence of Santri.   ABSTRAK Implikasinya terhadap kompetensi wirausaha santri pada Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum dapat dikethui dengan penelitian yang meliputi Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pendidikan entrepreneur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomologis, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi mendalam, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunnakan analisis SWOT. Uji keabsahan menggunakan metode trainggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi teknik. Hasil penilitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan Pendidikan Entrepreneur di Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum dituangkan dalam bentuk kurikulum Pembelajaran entrepreneur, yang terdiri dari perencanaan pembelajaran berbaris teori dan perancanaan berbasis praktek. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dilaksanakan dengan dua metode yaitu pembelajaran berbasis teori dan pembelajaran berbasis praktek. Evaluasi pencapaian Pendidikan Entrepreneur dilakukan melalui 2 cara langsung (proses pembelajaran) dan pasca pembelajaran. Mengkaji evaluasi pembelajaran pendidikan entrepreneur menggunakan model evaluasi yaitu evaluasi model CIPP (Context, Input, Proses, and Product). Kompetensi wirausaha santri di Pondok Pesantren FATHUL ULUM dibentuk untuk memiliki kompetensi social entrepreneur serta corporate entrepreneur. Manajemen pendidikan enterpreneur memberikan implikasi terhadap para santri untuk memperoleh pengetahuan (knowledge), keterampilan (skill), dan sikap (attitude) serta bertujuan agar para santri miliki kemamuan dan kemampuan menjadi pemula dalam berwirausaha.  KATA KUNCI: Pendidikan Entrepreneur, Manajemen, Kompetensi Santri

    The application of the Circ (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) learning model to improve students' reading and writing skills in the yellow kitab subject at Madrasah Al-i'dadiyyah Bahrul Ulum is said to be successful if the activities that are part of the madrasa program can be carried out properly and in accordance with expectations . Based on this, previously at Madrasah Aliyah Al-I'dadiyyah using the sorogan or listening method, so that students' reading and writing skills are still low. In an effort to improve reading and writing skills in the yellow kitab subjects, the teacher applies a cooperative model. This study uses qualitative research. Based on the results of the research that in an effort to apply the Circ learning model to improve reading and writing skills in the yellow kitab subjects, students are more active in learning the yellow book and helping students who are weak in understanding the yellow kitab due to the method used. been around all along. This can be proven by the majority of students who have achieved the KKM score of 80.0 with the Circ learning model.     Character education needs to be discussed again. The terminology is becoming increasingly difficult to articulate, but its realization in the real world is weakening. This research aims to understand some basic concepts of independence practised by several pesantren in Tambak Beras Jombang in facing the onslaught of various modern facilities that challenge the students' independence, including applying several situational adaptation concepts. This research aims to examine the population of female students at Pondok Pesantren An-Nashriyah Tambakberas. The data collection methods include observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and field notes. The data obtained through observation are the results of direct observation of several aspects, such as location, condition of the pesantren, profile of the pesantren, and activities of the pesantren. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting research oriented towards natural phenomena or symptoms, prompting the researcher to investigate due to the rapidly emerging changes in educational phenomena that occur naturally without our awareness. The approach used in this research is a phenomenological approach related to the emergence of character education in general, specifically the independent character education model at An-Nashriyah Islamic Boarding School, which attracted the researcher to conduct this study. After conducting observations and research, the results of the observations show that the students at Pondok Pesantren An-Nashriyaah Tambakberas, numbering 342 people, consisting of 153 male students and 189 female students, are not only supervised by their educators formally but also receive training in speech, MC, Bilal, fiqh practice, and even in their daily aspects, they are provided with iron in each room and self-washing facilities. (bukan laundry). This allows the students to manage their time and personal space better, enabling them to focus on learning and character development in Education

    THE INFLUENCE OF SCIENTIFIC APPROACH TO FIQIH LEARNING ON STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES

    The aims of this study were to find out whether there was an effect of the scientific approach on fiqh learning on students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning outcomes at MA Al-Bairuny Sambong Dukuh. This study uses a quantitative research approach with the type of experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class XI MA Al-Bairuny Sambong Dukuh which consisted of two classes. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling used 2 classes, namely class XI IPS 1 as the control class and class XI IPS 2 as the experimental class. The data collection method in this study used the test, questionnaire, documentation, and observation methods, while the data analysis technique in this study used the T-test. The results showed, (1) There was an effect of the scientific approach on fiqh learning on cognitive learning outcomes as indicated by Sig level value. 0.000 < 0.05, (2) There is an effect of the scientific approach on learning fiqh on affective learning outcomes indicated by the value of the Sig level. 0.000 < 0.05, and (3) There is an effect of the scientific approach on learning fiqh on psychomotor learning outcomes as indicated by the value of the Sig level. 0.000 < 0.05. This research will become a reference for measuring the effectiveness of the scientific approach presented by educational practitioners on various student abilities

    Efforts to Improve The Learning Outcomes of Islamic Education Through The Cooperative Imprisonment Model of Students Teams Achievement Division (STAD)

    This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade X students through the cooperative learning model of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) in Islamic Religious Education subjects at high school Negeri 1 Jombang. This study uses qualitative research with the research subjects of Islamic Religious Education teachers and grade X students. Prior to the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative model, the learning model applied by teachers using lecture methods resulted in students being less active in learning, lack of interaction between students, and less conducive classroom atmosphere. With this problem, the learning results obtained are less than maximum. To improve the learning outcomes of students teachers make efforts in the hope that the learning results obtained maximum results. Based on the results of the study, it is known that in an effort to improve the learning outcomes of grade X students in Islamic Religious Education subjects there is an increase in learning outcomes with the number of students 33 research results obtained with an average of 70.0 with a pre percentage of 33.33% increased to 84.01% with an average of 84. In the implementation of the cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) teachers apply 3 stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. To find out the results of students' learning is done through pretest and posttest assessment. Based on the results of the study, showed that the model is very effective to improve student learning outcomes through the right Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model in Islamic Religious Education subjects because students are easy to accept learning, active in learning, cooperation between student

    Peran Kepemimpinan Kyai dalam Pembentukan Jiwa Kemandirian dan Entrepreneurship Santri

    Kiai leadership is a topic that has received a lot of attention from Islamic boarding school observers, because it is one of the factors that determine development. Kiai has the responsibility to not only lead and motivate, but also compose, manage and develop the entrepreneurship curriculum. This research aims to 1) To describe the role of kyai leadership in forming the spirit of independence and entrepreneurship in students. 2) To find out the obstacles and support in forming the spirit of independence and entrepreneurship in students. The location of this research was carried out at the As-Salma Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang Islamic boarding school. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this research are (1) data reduction; (2) display/presentation of data; (3) draw conclusions and then verify them. The results of this research show that the kiai of the As-Salma Islamic boarding school implemented strategies to shape the students' mental independence and familiarize them with attitudes that can help them master various fields and be able to compete in the future. This can be seen in the students who are trained to have a disciplined attitude and manage their time well, including waking up and praying together. And students are also given a platform for them develop their talents

    Man is God's most perfect being and God commands that man use his intellect to think about what is in the universe.&nbsp;Then in relation to education in Indonesia, there needs to be a model model used by educators in the learning process, One of which is to apply problem based learning that is problem-based learning.&nbsp;The purpose of this research is to find out 1) how the learning activities of grade XI High School 1 JOMBANG 2)the results of learning class XI High School 1 JOMBANG 3)activities and results of learning pai students grade XI High School 1 JOMBANG through the learning model problem based learning.&nbsp;Problem based learning is a method of learning by confronting students on real-world problems.&nbsp;PBL is a progressive active learning and unstructured problem-centered learning approach that is used as a starting point in the learning process.&nbsp;In this study, researchers used three methods in carrying out the study, namely by observation methods, interviews and documentation.&nbsp;From the results of research that has been done has been found a number of data both from teachers and students about pai learning in grade XI at High School 1 JOMBANG which basically responds well and states that this problem-based learning is very helpful for students in class is evidenced by the creativity and response of students during the learning process and can improve learning outcomes in the form of assignment value in islamic religious education subjects than before the implementation of m&nbsp;odel learning problem based learning

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kesantunan berbahasa dalam lingkungan santri pondok pesantren Yanabiul Qur’an Kecamatan Jombang kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan ini adalah termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dan dalam mengumpulkan data, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisisnya, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa data-data tertulis atau lisan dari orang dan perilaku yang diamati sehingga dalam hal ini penulis berupaya mengadakan penelitian yang bersifat sebenarnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa santri telah memiliki kemampuan berbahasa santun yang memadai.
