ABSTRAK
Peradilan yang sederhana, cepat, dan biaya ringan merupakan kebutuhan dalam dinamika hukum di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh Mahkamah Agung dalam mewujudkan asas tersebut, memberlakukan PERMA Nomor 2 Tahun 2015 jo PERMA Nomor 4 Tahun 2019 Tentang Tata Cara Penyelesaian Gugatan Sederhana. Pengadilan Negeri Klas IA Padang sebagai salah satu pengadilan tingkat pertama dalam lingkup kewenangan peradilan umum sesuai dengan fungsinya sebagai tempat penegakan hukum dan keadilan dituntut untuk melaksanakan PERMA Nomor 2 Tahun 2015 jo PERMA Nomor 4 Tahun 2019 Tentang Tata Cara Penyelesaian Gugatan Sederhana. Berangkat dari latar belakang, tesis ini diberi judul : Penerapan Gugatan Sederhana (Small Claim Court) dan Implikasinya Terhadap Asas Peradilan Sederhana, Cepat, Dan Biaya Ringan (Studi Di Pengadilan Negeri Padang Klas IA) dengan rumusan masalah : bagaimanakah penerapan Gugatan Sederhana (Small Claim Court) dan implikasi terhadap asas peradilan sederhana, cepat dan biaya ringan di Pengadilan Negeri Padang Klas 1A ?. Dalam menjawab permasalahan, digunakan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis, data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran kepustakaan, dokumen, dan data primer melalui wawancara dengan Wakil Ketua Pengadilan, Hakim, dan Panitera Muda Keperdataan Pengadilan Negeri Padang Klas 1A. Data tersebut diolah menggunakan fasilitas computer, melakukan kegiatan data entry, pengeditan, pentabulasian data atau tabulating, terakhir, akhirnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah penerapan gugatan sederhana di Pengadilan Negeri Padang Klas 1A mengacu pada PERMA Nomor 2 Tahun 2015 jo PERMA Nomor 4 Tahun 2019 Tentang Tata Cara Penyelesaian Gugatan Sederhana. Penerapan gugatan sederhana ini pada gilirannya mengakibatkan tidak semua perkara perdata yang didaftarkan ke Pengadilan Negeri Padang Klas 1A diselesaikan melalui acara pemeriksaan biasa tetapi juga diselesaikan melalui acara pemeriksaan gugatan sederhana. Sementara implikasinya terhadap asas peradilan cepat, singkat, dan biaya ringan di Pengadilan Negeri Padang Klas 1A adalah berkurangnya secara signifikan tumpukan perkara-perkara perdata yang selama ini menjadi beban kerja berat bagi Hakim. Biaya yang dikeluarkan tidak lagi berbiaya besar atau tinggi karena waktu yang digunakan dalam berperkara perdata secara gugatan sederhana tidak memakan waktu lama, yaitu hanya 25 hari dan pemeriksaan perkara tidak rumit, jelas dan tidak berbelit-belit.

ABSTRACT
Simple, fast, and low-cost justice is a necessity in the dynamics of law in Indonesia. One of the efforts made by the Supreme Court in realizing this principle is to enforce PERMA Number 2 of 2015 in conjunction with PERMA Number 4 of 2019 concerning Procedures for Settlement of Simple Lawsuits. The Class IA Padang District Court as one of the first-level courts within the scope of general judicial authority in accordance with its function as a place for law enforcement and justice is required to implement PERMA Number 2 of 2015 in conjunction with PERMA Number 4 of 2019 concerning Procedures for Settlement of Simple Lawsuits. Departing from the background, this thesis is entitled: Application of a Simple Claim (Small Claim Court) and its Implications on the Principles of a Simple, Fast, and Low Cost Justice (Study at the Padang Class IA District Court) with the formulation of the problem: how is the application of a simple lawsuit (Small Claim) Court) and implications for the principle of a simple, fast and low cost trial in the Padang Class 1A District Court?. In answering the problem, a sociological juridical approach is used, secondary data is collected through literature searches, documents, and primary data through interviews with the Deputy Chief Justice, Judge, and Junior Civil Registrar of the Padang Class 1A District Court. The data is processed using computer facilities, carrying out data entry, editing, data tabulating or tabulating activities, finally, qualitatively analyzed. The conclusion obtained is that the application of a simple lawsuit in the Padang Class 1A District Court refers to PERMA Number 2 of 2015 in conjunction with PERMA Number 4 of 2019 concerning Procedures for Settlement of Simple Lawsuits. The application of this simple lawsuit in turn resulted in not all civil cases registered with the Padang Class 1A District Court being resolved through the ordinary examination procedure but also resolved through a simple lawsuit examination procedure. Meanwhile, the implication for the principle of fast, short, and low-cost trial at the Padang Class 1A District Court is a significant reduction in the pile of civil cases that have been a heavy workload for judges. The costs incurred are no longer large or high because the time spent in civil cases in a simple lawsuit does not take long, which is only 25 days and the case examination is not complicated, clear and uncomplicated.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
