Facing Death Honestly: Author-Developed Psychological Support Practice

Трансформация респираторного эпителия в фазу фиброза острого респираторного дистресс-синдрома
АННОТАЦИЯ
Цель. Определение признаков эпителиально-мезенхимальной трансформации (ЭМТ) для установления ее роли в развитии фиброза легких у пациентов с острым респираторным дистресс-синдромом. Метод. Иммуногистохимическое окрашивание гистологических срезов. Результат. В большинстве альвеолоцитов обнаруживается экспрессия маркеров эпителиального иммунофенотипа. Признаки мезенхимальной дифференцировки определяются в единичных альвеолоцитах. Вывод. ЭМТ не играет существенной роли в формировании фиброза респираторного отдела при ОРДС.

ABSTRACT
The epithelial-mesenchimal transition of respiratory epithelium in Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) was goal of investigation. Postmortem immunohistochemical stain of respiratory part histological sections was methods. Result: epithelial immunofenotype of epithelial cells was determinate in more cases. Conclusion. The epitelial-mesenchimal transition does not play main role to lungs fibrosis in ARDS.

REALITY AND MYTH IN VALERY POPOV'S NOVELL "THE MOSQUITO LIVES WHILE HE SINGS"
No full text<p>The article attempts to identify the main features of the poetics of V. Popov's novels written in the first decade of the XXI century. One of the main problems in interpreting these texts is that Valery Popov, the hero of the novels "The Third Breath" (2003), "The Mosquito Lives while He Sings" (2006), "Dancing to Death" (2011), is difficult to distinguish from the author of these works of the writer Valery Popov. The main character of the story "The Mosquito Lives while He Sings" was the writer's father, an outstanding scientist-breeder Georgy Ivanovich Popov (1911–2005). The book tells about the last days of his life. At the same time, the author speaks openly about the most painful circumstances of the father's dying process. It is significant, however, that the sometimes shocking reliability of everyday and physiological details does not contradict the author's attitude to the symbolization and mythologization of an existential event. The article notes that if Valery Popov is a character, despite his status as a writer, completely immersed in the sphere of everyday life, then the world of Popov Sr. borders on a fabulous and mythological space.</p>

the creator. The author turns to the version of the interpretation of Leonardo
da Vinci’s activity, which was proposed by the outstanding French poet and
art critic Paul Valery. This version is not a biographical description of the life of an Italian artist and intellectual, but presents a detailed picture of intellectual life, a generalization of the methods assumed by any discovery, both artistic and natural. The main themes of Valery’s essay are the sources of creativity that give rise to his method and system. For Valery, the method or system of Leonardo da Vinci that he demonstrated are based on the foundations of the criticism and the attitude to the world of natural attitude by Husserl. Accurate estimation of the attenuation coefficient from axial point spread function corrected OCT scans of a single layer phantom
No full textThe attenuation coefficient (AC) is a property related to the microstructure of tissue on a wavelength scale that can be estimated from optical coherence tomography (OCT) data. Since the OCT signal sensitivity is affected by the finite spectrometer/detector resolution called roll-off and the shape of the focused beam in the sample arm, ignoring these effects leads to severely biased estimates of AC. Previously, the signal intensity dependence on these factors has been modeled. In this paper, we study the dependence of the estimated AC on the beam-shape and focus depth experimentally. A method is presented to estimate the axial point spread function model parameters by fitting the OCT signal model for single scattered light to the averaged A-lines of multiple B-scans obtained from a homogeneous single-layer phantom. The estimated model parameters were used to compensate the signal for the axial point spread function and roll-off in order to obtain an accurate estimate of AC. Valery Bryusov's world-modeling universals: the apperceptional base as the tool of world-modeling

Валерія Шевчука «Стежка в траві». Проаналізовано функційну специфіку кожного з
використаних автором онімних класів та визначено їх структурно-семантичні
особливості. З’ясовано роль поетонімів у розвитку сюжету, в побудові мовної та
літературної композиції твору. Звернено увагу на особливості індивідуально-
авторського стилю Валерія Шевчука, що виявлені в системі онімного простору роману
«Стежка в траві». The article reveals the features of peripheral
proper nouns in Valery Shevchuk’s novel «A Path in the Grass». Among the peripheral onyms
the author highlighted theonyms, mifonyms, ideonyms, ergonyms, names of animals and
other onomastic ranks that confer artistic text expressive-stylistic and artistic coloring. The
article analyzes the functional specificity of each of the onymastic classes used by the author
and identifies their structural and semantic features. In the focus of attention is their semantic
loading, their quantitative and qualitative meanings. The article offers perspective vectors of
the problem development aimed at revealing functional role of proper names in the story. The
author states that created by the writer and being used in the text, they form special
onomastic stylistically expressive literary text. The author draws the conclusions as to the
contextual role of onyms, their emotional expressive meaning and comment on their symbolic
function and also the role of occasional onyms in creating individual author’s writing style.
Metaphorization of abstract concepts expresses the inner world of the characters and
enriches the emotional context of the text

No full textСьогодні українське суспільство переживає складний етап свого формування й розвитку. Події Революції Гідності, анексія Криму, військова агресія Росії на Сході України дозволяє говорити про нові визвольні змагання, під час яких на кону постає, власне, незалежність та державність України як самостійного утворення.
Дискурс «військової» літератури та журналістики представлений різноманітними жанровими формами. Такі автори, як Борис Гуменюк, Валерій Ананьєв, Валерій Макеєв та інші, увійшли до вітчизняної літератури в критичний період існування української державності, відтак, у їх творчості відбиті «больові точки», помилки й протиріччя своєї епохи, а самі літератори постають «істинними тлумачами свого часу».
На відміну від інших Валерій Макеєв, автор збірки «100 днів полону, або позивний 911», ні фаховий військовий, ні професійний письменник і він не був безпосереднім учасником військових дій. Валерій Макеєв – журналіст, який потрапив у полон до проросійських бойовиків під час однієї з волонтерських поїздок до зони військового конфлікту, результатом чого й стало написання книги про пережите там. У ній описано травматичний досвід перебування в полоні, поєднаний з індивідуально-інтимними рефлексіями та фактографічним матеріалом, зібраним під час полону.Сегодня украинское общество переживает сложный этап своего формирования и развития. События Революции Достоинства, аннексия Крыма, военная агрессия России на Востоке Украины позволяет говорить о новом освободительном движение, во время которого на кону стоит, собственно, независимость и государственность Украины как самостоятельного образования.
Дискурс «военной» литературы и журналистики представлен разнообразными жанровыми формами. Такие авторы, как Борис Гуменюк, Валерий Ананьев, Валерий Макеев и другие, вошли в отечественную литературу в критический период существования украинской государственности, поэтому, в их творчестве отражены «болевые точки», ошибки и противоречия своей эпохи, а сами литераторы возникают «истинными толкователями своего времени".
В отличие от других Валерий Макеев, автор сборника «100 дней плена, или позывной 911», ни профессиональный военный, ни профессиональный писатель и он не был непосредственным участником военных действий. Валерий Макеев – журналист, который попал в плен к пророссийским боевиков во время одной из волонтерских поездок в зону военного конфликта, результатом чего и стало написание книги о пережитом там. В ней описано травматический опыт пребывания в плену, совмещенный с индивидуально-интимными рефлексиями и фактографическим материалом, собранным во время плена.Today, Ukrainian society is going through a difficult phase of its formation and development. The discourse of "military literature" is represented by various genre forms. Authors such as Boris Gumenyuk, Valery Ananiev, Valery Makeev entered the national literature during the critical period of the existence of Ukrainian statehood».
In contrast, Valery Ananiev, Valery Makeev, author of the collection 100 Days of Captivity, or Call 911, is not a professional soldier. Nor is he a professional writer, as named earlier by Borys Humeniuk. Moreover, he was not a direct participant in hostilities. Valery Makeev is a journalist who was captured by pro-Russian fighters during a volunteer trip to a zone of military conflict, which resulted in writing a book about his experiences there. In the book under analysis Valery Makeev describes the traumatic experience of being held captive, combining individually-intimate reflections with factual material collected during captivity

THE INFLUENCE OF ADDITIONS ON THE COMBATING STRESS IN SERVICEMEN

abstract
Regardless of the type of armed conflict (armed incidents, antiterrorist operations, military operations, wars, etc.) and time of its passing, servicemen in these zones are constantly in a stressful condition. The constant impact of military operations stressful factors entails the emergence of pronounced negative mental states in many servicemen. Combating stress (CS), adaptive capabilities of servicemen, psychosocial characteristics of individuals predispose to addictive behavior. In the work presented the author examined various scientific outlooks as to the influence of addictions on CS peculiarities among servicemen, taking part in armed conflicts. It has been revealed that the features of the basic life support systems functioning in servicemen under combat conditions are subjects to significant changes in the state of health, up to pathological.
The author's primary focus is on the prognostication of the probable mental disorders, the degree of CS influence on the formation of addictions among servicemen and identification of their main markers. The content analysis of the present time existing research articles allowed the author to conclude that against the background of the CS impact risk of emergence and the process of forming additions acquires an accelerated character. This indicates the need to develop an effective system of primary and secondary prevention of the occurrence of the negative phenomena mentioned among servicemen.
