HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENYULUHAN DIIT BM DENGAN KEPATUHAN MENJALANKAN DIIT DM TERKENDALINYA KADAR GULA DARAH PEDERITA DM DIKLINIK GIZI RSUD KRATONKABUPATEN
Get PDFPenyuluhan merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting dalam penanganan DM, dimana melalui peyuluhan ini dapat diberikan pengetahuan mengenai penyakit DM dan penatalaksanaan diitnya. Dengan makin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan penderita DM, maka diharapkan akan makin baik sikap dan perlakunya serta penderita dapat menjalankan hidup sebagaimana layaknya orang sehat. Hasil dari apa yang telah dilakukannya akan terlihat melalui hasil pemeriksaan kadar gula darah di laboratorium yang merupakan evaluasi dari beberapa kali kunjungan mengikuti penyuluhan DM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian penyuluhan dengan perilaku kepatuhan menjalankan diit DM dan pengendalian kadar gula darah penderita DM di klinik gizi RSUD Kraton Kabupaten Pekalongan.
Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian Explanatory Survey, mengunakan pendekatanCross-sectional. Populasinya adalah penderita DM yang berkunjung ke Klinik gizi RSUD Kraton Pekalongan pada bulan Juni s.d Agustus 2003, dengan penentuan sampel secara purposive, sehingga jumlah sampel diperoleh sebanyak 40 respondern. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara dan pencatatan data sekunder. Wawancara dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Untuk kepercayaan 95%.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan umur responden terbanyak pada kelompok umur 65 - 60 tahun, yaitu 13 orang (32,5%), jenis kelamin responden lebih banyak pada jenis kelamin laki-laki(52,5%), tinkat pendididkan responden terbanyak padaSLTA (52,5%), frekuensi penyuluhan tentang diit DM sebagai besar oleh responden dilakukan satu kali (87,5%0, kepatuhan responden sebagaian besar baik (72,5%), kadar gula darah responden cukup berimbang antara responden yang tergolong dalam kondisi tak terkendali (47,5%) dengan yan terkendali (52,5%).Tidak terdapat hubungan antara kepatuhan responden (p=0,894). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara penyuluhan dengan terkendalinya kadar gula darah (P=1,000).Ada hubungan antara kepatuhan menjaqlankan diit DM dengan terkendalinya kadar gula darah responden (P=0,002).
Dari penelitian ini disarankan perlunya: Peningkatan frekuensi penyuluhan bagi penderita DM yang berkunjung ke klinik gizi: Memperbaiki kualitas penyuluhan, tidak hanya mengunakan food model saja tetapi dengan mengunakan takaran nyata makanan yang lebih mudah dimengerti oleh penderita dan meningkatkan motivasi unuk melaksanakan kepatuhan diitnya serta menunjukkan akibatnya bila mereka tidak patuh. Perlu adanya pelatihanan untuk pelaksana penyuluhan di klinik gizi untuk meningkatkan motivasi bagi penderita DM.

PEKALONGANCORRELATION BETWEEN DM DIET EDUCATION WITH THE OBEDIENCE OF DM DIET AND BLOOD-GLUCOSE FROM PATIENT AT NUTRITION CLINIC RSUD KRATON KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN
Education is the most important faktor in DM treatment. From the Education, patient will know more about DM and DM diet treatment. The more the patient had education about DM, hopefully the better treatment they would have done and they could live as a healthy people. The treatment result can beseen from the blood-glukose which had been evaluated many times from their visit to have DM education. The aim of the survey is to know the correlation between giving DM education with obedience of DM diet and blood-glucose control from DM patient at nutrition clinic RSUD Kraton kabupaten Pekalongan.
This survey is a kind of Explanatory Survey with cross-sectional approach. Pekalongan since June to August 2003. With the purposve sampling, 40 respondents were found as sample survey.Analysis has been done by Chi Square test.
The result of this survey show that about 32,5% respondents are 56 - 60 years old, and most of them are men (32,5%). Most of (87,5%) had visited once of the DM diet education event. Most of respondents the obedience are good (72,5%) Blood-glucose of respondents are quite balance between uncontrolled (47,5%) and controlled (52,5%). There is no correlation between giving DM education and obedience of DM diet and blood-glucose cotrol (p=0,002).
Recomendation of the result are: Motivate the respondents of diet education, improve the diet quality of patient, add the motivation learning in the clinical education. There shuld be more training for educator about giving motivation for DM diet treatment.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
