No full textTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja konsultan pengawas proyek pada jalan Tol Ruas Palembang-Simpang Indralaya (PALINDRA). Metode Penelitian berupa jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan latar alami (natural setting) sebagai sumber data langsung mengenai kinerja konsultan pengawas proyek pada jalan Tol Ruas Palembang-Simpang Indralaya (PALINDRA). Dimana berdasarkan pendapat dari Agus Dharma (2003: 355) ada tiga dimensi dalam mengukur kinerja organisasi yaitu: kuantitas, kualitas pekerjaan dan ketepatan waktu. Hasil penelitian adalah kinerja konsultan pengawas proyek pada jalan Tol Ruas Palembang-Simpang Indralaya (PALINDRA). Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja konsultan pengawas proyek dalam hal pada jalan Tol Ruas Palembang-Simpang Indralaya (PALINDRA) masih belum baik dan masih banyak perlu perbaikan, dimana masih kekurangan dana operasional, proggress kemajuan fisik yang mengalami keterlambatan yang tidak sesuai dengan target, recrument sumber daya manusia yang perlu diperbaiki, masih kurangnya pengawasan yang dilakukan

The purpose of this research is to find out more about Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding strategy on YouTube. By using foundations such as personal branding, agenda setting, framing and dramaturgy. The author uses qualitative research techniques. Framing analysis will be replaced by research that focuses on issues related to Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding. Based on the findings of this study, personal branding, framing, and dramaturgy produce personal branding developed by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's management through YouTube social media which has formed a realistic personal branding. Before authors begin filming this, the authors conducted several research methods, such as literature, namely by looking for books related to the movie-making process. Moreover, the authors also conducted an analysis of some of the films made in reference to the character creation as well as analyzing the properties commonly used in a comedy movie.
Film "AGUS" tells about the life of a young person who wanted to try his fortune village in the city. Are then faced with a dilemma, in which he must decide wisely over what happened.
The process of making this film started pre-production process that begins with the design work of ideas and concepts. Writers develop it into a movie by using the techniques of filmmaking in general.

Analisis Kadar Aspal Optimum Pada Lapis Asphalt Concrete Base Course di Pembangunan Jalan Tol Palembang-Simpang Indralaya (Palindra)
No full textAspal sebagai bahan pengikat dalam campuran beraspal pada sistem perkerasan lentur mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap umur pelayanan lapis perkerasan jalan. Kadar aspal dalam suatu campuran aspal menjadi bagian yang sangat penting. Kadar aspal optimum pada campuran aspal harus memenuhi persyaratan Spesifikasi Jalan Tol Indonesia, seperti nilai VIM, VMA, VFB, Flow, dan sebagainya. Pada Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Palelmbang-Simpang Indralaya (Palindra), dilakukan tahapan-tahapan untuk mendapatkan kadar aspal optimum pada lapis Asphalt Concrete Base Course dalam pembuatan proses pembuatan Job Mix Formula (JMF) di Proyek Tol Palindra. Dimulai dari pemeriksaan propertis aspal dan agregat. Setelah didapat gradasi agregat sesuai dengan yang disyaratkan, kemudin dilanjutkan percobaan dengan penentuan kadar aspal mulai dari 4%, 4,5%, 5,0%, 5.5% dan 6%, dari hasil penelitian tersebut diperoleh kadar aspal optimum sebesar 5.25% dengan memperhatikan sifat agregat berukuran 10-20 mm yang berasal dari Ciwandan Banten yang disediakan oleh PT. Diaz, Agregat 20-30 mm, 10-10 mm dan Abu batu yang berasal dari Bojonegara Banten yang disediakan oleh PT. Diaz yang memiliki penyerapan rata-rata sebesar 1,5%. Kadar aspal optimum pada lapis Asphalt Concrete Base Course dalam pembuatan proses pembuatan Job Mix Formula (JMF) di Proyek Tol Palindra diperoleh sebesar 5.25% dengan pengujian karakteristik Marshall pada Kadar Aspal Optimum 5,25% didapat nilai density diperoleh sebesar 2,2813 gr/cc, nilai VMA (Void in Mineral Aggregat) sebesar 14,39%, nilai VFB (Void Filled Bitumen) sebesar 67,77%, nilai VIM (Void In Mix) sebesar 4,64%, Nilai Stabilitas Marshall sebesar 2502,42 kg, nilai Flow (kelelehan) sebesar 4,20 mm dan Marshall Quotient diperoleh sebesar 596,76 kg/m

No full textProvinsi Sumatera Selatan dikenal memiliki kekayaan alam yang sangat berlimpah, seperti pasir, agregat dan teras, dimana apabila dipadukan dengan semen yang berfungsi sebagai perekat akan menjadi bahan dasar alami yang cocok digunakan sebagai campuran beton mutu tinggi, yang banyak ditemukan dan relatif murah sebagai bahan dasar pembentuk beton. Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mendapatkan sifat karakteristik dari material pembentuk beton mutu tinggi yang nantinya merupakan dasar untuk komposisi job mix formula beton type Fc’50 (Kelas AA) yang merupakan komposisi beton penyusun girder untuk jembatan-jembatan di Tol Palembang Indralaya (Palindra) yang sedang dilaksanakan pembangunan tahun 2016 dan 2017 ini. Setelah komposisi campuran beton mutu tinggi diperoleh, selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian terhadap nilai kuat tekan beton mutu tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan menghasilkan grafik hubungan antara variasi umur beton terhadap nilai kuat tekan beton. Tren menunjukkan bahwa semakin lama umur beton mutu tinggi terjadi peningkatan kuat tekan beton, dimana kuat tekan maksimum terjadi pada umur beton 1, 3, 7, 21 dan 28 hari. Hasil penelitian dimana benda uji umur 1 hari dengan nilai kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 27,11 Mpa berarti telah mencapai 54,22%, benda uji umur 3 hari dengan nilai kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 40,09 Mpa berarti telah mencapai 80,18%, benda uji umur 7 hari dengan nilai kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 45,35 Mpa berarti telah mencapai 90,70%, benda uji umur 21 hari dengan nilai kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 56,07 Mpa berarti telah mencapai 112,15% dan benda uji umur 28 hari dengan nilai kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 65,77 Mpa berarti telah mencapai 131,54

No full textThe Cupid, also known as Amor Vincit Omnia, painted by Caravaggio in the first half of 1602 for Vincenzo Giustiniani in Rome, is one of the best-known paintings by the Lombard painter, but also one of the most investigated and iconographically debated. Art historians have proposed different readings of this work, from those they consider the objects surrounding Amor symbols that refer to the arts of the quadrivium, but incompletely; others that make it generically included among the emblematic paintings or connect it to the patron whose intellectual and military qualities it would exalt; still others connect it to the Trionfi of Petrarch or to the poetry of the same period, or give it a soteric value linked to the reformed Catholic doctrines; finally, some identify a homoerotic matrix linked to the author or even to the client's environment. In this article, starting from some readings already advanced by critics over time, a reading closely linked to classical poetry is proposed, considering Merisi's painting the pictura of an emblem, to which a precise lemma would be connected, identified in the well-known couplet by Marzio Milesi and a broader epigramma, instead identified in a well-known Latin elegiac passage, which the observers of the time could have easily identified. A reading that would also present a profound moral value directly linked to the Catholic doctrine that distinguishes antecedent concupiscence from consequent concupiscence

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai karakteristik Marshall Test pada pemakaian abu serabut kelapa yang didapatkan dari limbah serabut kelapa di Desa Jejawi Kecamatan Jejawi sebagai filler pengganti pada campuran aspal AC WC. Tujuan khusus pada penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh abu serabut kelapa sebagai filler pengganti pada campuran aspal AC WC dengan variasi 0 %, 1 %, 2 %, 3 %. Pelaksanaan penelitian seperti pembuatan benda uji, perawatan dan pengujian benda uji dilakukan pada laboratorium AMP PT. HKA. Aspal Beton UP (Unit Produksi) Musi 2 Palembang. Penelitian yang akan diuji pada campuran Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course, adalah Marshall Test dengan variasi abu serabut kelapa sebagai pengganti filler.
