No full textKarya sastra merupakan karya imajinasi yang lahir bukan atas kekosongan jiwa namun juga atas realitas yang terjadi di sekeliling pengarang. Hal ini tentu tidak lepas dari unsur yang membangun karya sastra tersebut yang meliputi unsur intrinsik, unsur yang membangun karya sastra dari dalam dan unsur ekstrinsik, unsur yang membangun karya sastra dari luar. Ekranisasi adalah pelayar putihan atau pemindahan atau pengangkatan sebuah novel ke dalam film. Dalam proses ekranisasi tentu akan menimbulkan berbagai perubahan. Proses perubahan tersebut misalnya terjadi pada perubahan alat-alat yang dipakai yakni mengubah dunia kata-kata menjadi dunia gambar-gambar yang bergerak secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk Transformasi Novel Ananta Prahadi karya Risa Saraswati menjadi film Ananta karya Rizki Balki. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui penciutan, penambahan, dan perubahan atau variasi yang terdapat pada film Ananata karya Rizki Balki yang diangkat dari novel Ananta Prahadi karya Risa Saraswati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini yaitu kesamaan dan perbedaan berupa unsur intrinsik pada Novel Ananta Prahadi karya Risa Saraswati dan film Ananta karya Rizki Balki.Teknik pengumpulan data yakni membaca, menonton, mencatat, dan menganalisis. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang sudah peneliti lakukan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif bahwa ekranisasi dari novel Ananta Prahadi karya Risa Saraswati dan film Ananta karya Rizki Balki terdapat penciutan pada latar, dan penciutan pada alur. Sedangkan penambahan terdapat pada penambahan tokoh penokohan, dan penambahan pada alur. Dan perubahan atau variasi yang ditemukan terdapat pada perubahan tokoh penokohan, dan perubahan pada alur

Backgrounds: Prevalence of pulmonary infection that caused
by Mycobacterium non tuberculosis increase. Infection which
is caused by Mycobacterium non tuberculosis will have same
signs and symptoms with Tuberculosis infection, so it will
be hard to distinguish by clinical approach. Treatment for
the patient with Mycobacterium non tuberculosis is not
different with Tuberculosis infection. Standard antibiotic
for Tuberculosis therapy is not potent against Mycobacterium
non tuberculosis especially the rapidly growing
mycobacterium.
Objectives: To know Mycobacterium non tuberculosis
sensitivity against doxycycline and rifampicin. To compare
the effect of doxycycline and rifampisin against
Mycobacterium non tuberculosis.
Methods: This study was observational study. The research
subjects were clinical isolate of rapidly growing
mycobacterium, collections of Microbiology Laboratory,
Faculty of Medicine Universitas Gadjah Mada. The Minimal
Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of doxycycline and rifampicin
were examined using macro broth dilution method.
Results: Minimal Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of 7 rapidly
growing mycobacterium isolates against rifampicin, 7
isolates (100%) resistant. MIC of 7 rapidly growing
mycobacterium isolates against doxycycline, 4 isolates
(57,1%) sensitive, 1 isolates (14,2%) intermediate, and 2
isolates (28,6%) resistant.
Conclutions: Rifampicin activity cannot inhibit the growth
of rapidly growing mycobacterium. Doxycycline activity is
more potent compared to rifampicin

No full textBudaya selalu hadir dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Budaya juga hadir dalam buku teks yang dikembangkan untuk memfasilitasi pengajaran dan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Beberapa penelitian telah mencoba untuk menyelidiki konten budaya yang tercakup dalam buku teks bahasa Inggris. Namun, ada kekurangan studi seperti itu dalam konteks Indonesia yang mengeksplorasi tidak hanya jenis konten budaya yang dicakup buku teks tetapi juga budaya yang diwakili oleh konten tersebut. Selain itu, studi tentang konten budaya dalam buku teks jarang menyertakan pendapat penulis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konten budaya dalam sebuah buku teks bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi kasus kualitatif. Buku teks untuk siswa kelas 9 di Indonesia dipilih sebagai sumber data dalam penelitian ini. Selain itu, penulis buku teks yang juga seorang guru bahasa Inggris diwawancarai. Untuk mengetahui jenis konten budaya yang terkandung dalam buku teks, kerangka kerja analisis konten budaya dari Moran (2001) dan Cortazzi dan Jin (1999) digunakan. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa buku teks mengandung semua jenis konten budaya termasuk products, practices, perspectives, communities dan persons. Jumlahnya didominasi oleh cultural products yang terdiri dari benda-benda konkret seperti makanan, pakaian dan tempat-tempat yang dapat ditemukan dalam budaya siswa sendiri, sedangkan jenis konten budaya yang paling sedikit disajikan adalah cultural communities. Konten budaya tersebut disajikan dalam dialog, gambar, tugas, dan bacaan bacaan.
Culture is always present in English language teaching and learning. It also exists in the textbooks developed to facilitate English teaching and learning. Several studies have tried to investigate cultural contents covered in English textbooks. However, there is a lack of such studies in Indonesian context that explore not only the types of cultural contents the textbook covers but also the cultures that those contents represent. Moreover, studies on cultural contents in textbooks rarely include the author’s opinion. Therefore, the present study aims to analyze cultural contents in a textbook. This study employed a qualitative case study research design. A textbook for 9th grade students in Indonesia was chosen as the data source in this study. In addition, the author of the textbook who is also an English teacher was interviewed. To find out the kinds of cultural contents contained in the textbook, a cultural content analysis framework from Moran (2001) and cultural category from Cortazzi and Jin (1999) were used. The findings revealed that the textbook contains all types of cultural contents including products, practices, perspectives, communities and persons. The number is dominated by cultural products consisting of concrete objects such as food, clothes and places that can be found in the students’ own culture, while the least presented type of cultural contents is the community of culture. Those cultural contents are presented in dialogues, pictures, tasks and reading passages

Determining house prices is a crucial aspect of property transactions, especially in major areas like Jabodetabek, where property prices are consistently rising. Prediction is a suitable tool to assist in decision-making for determining house prices. There are numerous methods that can be applied for prediction; the author employs the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method. ANN is known as a highly flexible predictive algorithm capable of accommodating various input features. The results of using the ANN method for predicting house prices in the Jabodetabek area show a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 0.209, Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 0.159, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 4.951

The Purpose of this final report is to fulfill one of the requirements in completing the study at Polytechnic Sriwijaya. This report entitled "Analysis of Internal Control over Salary and Wage System at CV Hoge Honjo. The author obtained the data from the company by using several research methods, such as observation, interview and literature study. The result’s analysis showed that there were some problems that faced by CV Hoge Honjo. First, there was no recording function and the function of making salary and wage. Second, the absence of documents authorized, and the incomplete documents and accounting records. Third, the dual of duties and function done by the accounting function. Accordingly, CV Hoge Honjo should place a special section to monitoring the recording time and manufacturing salary and wages. In addition, the company should have to separate the functions performed by the accounting functions, rather should provide the duty and responsibility also to the administration and finance department

Analysis by the author is the accounting system of credit sales at PT Pandji Media Gemilang. In completing this final report, the authors collected data through observation and interviews. Based on the data obtained by the authors discovered the problem, namely: non-involvement of financial and accounting functions that are responsible for the payment of advertising, the company has not had a client list of documents, proof of cash receipts and billing invoices. Therefore, the authors suggest the company should add accounting functions, and then add a document list of clients, proof of cash receipts and billing invoices, in addition to the company should be added that the clerical concerning the admissions process order advertising, cash receipts, and recording of evidence of cash receipts
