    Fokus ovog rada je na regulaciji unutrašnje temperature malenog staklenika. Prvo je na temelju zakona dinamike toplinskih procesa izrađen vjeran matematički model u MATLAB-u. Na tom modelu provedene su simulacije za razne uvjete i parametre koji utječu na temperaturu unutar staklenika. Tako su odabrane komponente od kojih je sustav sastavljen i postavljeni zahtjevi za upravljanje. Nadalje, odabrani su regulatori koji će se koristiti pri upravljanju temepraturom. Na kraju je sve skupa implementirano i povezano u zajedničku mrežu posredstvom OPC servera. Rezultat je funkcionalan sustav upravljanja temperaturom sastavljen od više komponenti koje međusobno mogu komunicirati, na taj način ispunivši moderne standarde kod implementacije ovakvih sustava.This thesis focus is on regulation and control of temperature in small greenhouse. First, simulation model was made in MATLAB based on laws of heat process dynamics. Various simulations with numerous variables were made, all of wich affected air temeprature. In that way, system components were chosen and rules of temperature regulation were made. Furthermore, air temperature controllers were selected. In the end, all system components were implemented and interconnected through OPC server. The result is functional temperature control system made of various components wich can communicate in real time, in that way fulfilling modern industry implementation standards

    Računalne mreže su sustavi povezanih računala i drugih uređaja koji omogućuju komunikaciju, dijeljenje resursa i pristup podatcima. Koriste se unutar poduzeća zbog poboljšanja komunikacije i suradnje između zaposlenika, optimizacije poslovnih procesa i efikasnog dijeljenja resursa. One omogućuju poduzećima da fleksibilno skaliraju svoje IT infrastrukture prema potrebama rasta poslovanja, dodavanjem novih uređaja i proširenjem kapaciteta mreže. Uz pomoć računalnih mreža zaposlenicima je osiguran brz i jednostavan pristup zajedničkim datotekama, programima i uređajima kao što su pisači i skeneri. Mrežni sustavi omogućuju implementaciju sigurnosnih mjera poput „firewalla“, antivirusne zaštite i enkripcije podataka kako bi se zaštitili osjetljivi podatci i mrežna infrastruktura od napada i neovlaštenog pristupa. Ukratko, računalne mreže su ključni dio modernog poslovanja jer omogućuju brzu komunikaciju, dijeljenje resursa i upravljanje informacijama, što doprinosi povećanju produktivnosti i konkurentnosti poduzeća. U završnom radu izgradila se i simulirala mreža unutar poduzeća, pomoću Cisco Packet Tracer-a, koju čine uređaji koji se trenutno nalaze na tržištu. Nakon što se ovaj rad prouči i pročita, svaki bi čitatelj trebao biti upoznat sa radom i važnosti računalnih mreža u nekom poduzeću, kako malom tako i velikom

    Park Maksimir je sagrađen u 19. st., i od tada plijeni pozornost zbog svoje estetike, načina građenja ali i kulturne i ekološke raznolikosti. Svakodnevno, bez obzira na godišnja doba možemo vidjeti različite ljude kako dolaze u park sa različitim interesima, neki dolaze proučavati floru i faunu parka, neki ljudi dolaze zbog rekreacije a neki samo zbog odmora. U sklopu parka Maksimir nalazi se i Zoološki vrt koji rado posjećuju mladi ali i stariji ljudi, kako bi naučili neke nove stvari o životinjskom svijetu. Osim Zoološkog vrta veliku pozornost privlače i maksimirska jezera koja svakom čovjeku izvlači divljenje ili barem uzdah. Iako dosta blizu centra grada, park Maksimir predstavlja zaista jedno kulturno, povijesno i ekološko bogatstvo. No proučavajući malo bolje sam park nije sve tako bajno kako se čini. Premda je park zaštićen, ljudi odlažu smeće na puteljke, bacaju na livade, grmove, pa čak i ju jezera. Proučavajući park i tu ljepotu prirode čovjek veoma lako može uočiti kako postoji određeni stupanj eutrofikacije u jezerima. Pretpostavlja se da dolazi do eutrofikacije zbog prirodnog ali i antropogenog utjecaja. Pitanje je samo koliko to 'onečišćenje' utječe na samu floru i faunu jezera ali i samog parka. Danas postoji nekoliko veoma uspješnih metoda pročišćavanja jezera, tako da sumnjam da će se situacija u jezerima i okolišu pogoršati, dapače očekujem suprotno.Maksimir Park was built in the 19th century, and from that period he's gathering attention because of his esthetic, the way it was built but also because of the cultural and ecological variety. Every day, no matter the season, we can see different people walking in the park with different interests, some of them are coming to explore the flora and fauna, some because of the recreation and some people just want to relax. In the complex of Makismir Park is the ZOO which gathers all kindds of people who want to learn more about the animal world. Except from the ZOO, the lakes of Maksimir also attracts big attention and leaves some people fully surprised and admired. Although Maksimir is near the centre of the city it presents a big cultural, historical and ecological wealth. After carefully studying the park not everything is all that good. Althought the park is protected, every day people throw their garbage on the sidewalks, meadows, bushes and even in the lakes. Examining the park and the beauty of nature, we can very easy see that there is a significant grade of euphrofication in the lakes. The presumption is that the euphrofication is caused by natural and anthropogenic influence. The question is how that 'pollution' affects the flora and fauna of the lakes and the whole park. Today we know a few successful methods of purification the lakes so I don't doubt that the conditions of lakes and the nature will get any worse, infact I expect the opposite

    Tema rada je automatizacija modela skladišta uporabom Siemensovog PLC-a S7-1200 i simuliranja korisničkog sučelja (HMI) pomoću kojeg se upravlja sustavom. Programski jezik korišten za rješavanje ovog problema je SCL. Kod je jednostavan, podijeljen na nekoliko funkcija pisanih pomoću IF i ELSE naredbi te zastavica stanja. Korisničko sučelje je izrađeno pomoću Siemensovog alata WinCC, a težilo se da bude intuitivno i jednostavno. Pomoću sučelja je omogućeno da se stiskanjem tipki upravlja sustavom, bilo u ručnom ili automatskom načinu rada. Cijeli projekt je testiran na stvarnom modelu skladišta te je utvrđeno da funkcionira ispravno.The main task was to automate warehouse model using Siemens's PLC S7-1200 and to simulate HMI whose interface is used for system control. Programming language used for problem solving is SCL. The code is simple, divided in functions written with IF and ELSE statements and condition flags. User interface was created with WinCC tools and the main idea through work process was intuitivity and simplicity. Through user interface, system control in automatic or manual mode is enabled by simply pressing buttons. Project was tested on real warehouse model and the outcome was satisfactory

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
