This situation can make students lazy and hinder the process of making the thesis of Psychology Study Program Faculty of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, University of Sari Mutiara Indonesia. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. finalists who are compiling the Thesis. In this study, the author distributes questionnaires through Google formular with a sample of 50 people. shows the relationship between Social Support Variables on Anxiety in Writing Thesis. The value of R square (R2) is 0.002 which means 0.2% variance of anxiety in writing thesis in PGSD students at the Final Level of Sari Mutiara Indonesia

Pengaturan tata letak fasilitas produksi merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi
perusahaan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Penulis melakukan penelitian pada PT.
Rumpun Sari Kemuning 1 Karanganyar yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan teh hijau.
Dalam hal ini perusahaan menghasilkan bahan setengah jadi untuk disetorkan pada pabrik
pusat/konsumen.
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui sistem layout dalam proses produksi,
mengetahui efisiensi dan efektifitas layout proses produksi. Selain itu tujuan lain adalah
mengetahui fungsi layout terhadap kelancaran proses produksi pada PT. Rumpun Sari Kemuning
1 Karanganyar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka
dan teknik analisis data.
Dari analisis yang dilakukan penulis pada proses produksi teh hijau di PT. Rumpun Sari
Kemuning 1, menggunakan layout produk atau (layout garis) dapat dikelompokkan menjadi
enam stasiun kerja. A meliputi stasiun kerja pertama, B-C meliputi stasiun kerja ke dua, D-E
meliputi stasiun kerja ke tiga, F-G meliputi stasiun kerja ke empat, H-I meliputi stasiun kerja ke
lima dan terakhir stasiun kerja yang keenam meliputi J. Pada proses produksi di PT. Rumpun
Sari Kemuning 1 dengan menggunakan siklus kerja waktu 96 menit, kapasitas maksimum yang
dapat dicapai perusahaan dengan prosentase penundaan30,55 %, efisiensi produksi 69,45 % dan
efektifitasnya sebesar 100 %, output yang dicapai 5 proses per hari. Sedangkan menggunakan
siklus kerja 126 menit prosentase penundaan 47,08 %, efisiensi produksi 53,92 % dan
efektifitasnya sebesar 80 %, output yang dicapai 4 proses per hari. Dengan demikian dapat
disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan siklus kerja 96 menit akan jauh lebih efektif dan
efisien dari pada menggunakan siklus kerja 126 menit.
Proses produksi yang telah tertata dengan baik, diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan produk
tepat pada waktunya dan dengan biaya yang minimum. Saran penulis dengan melihat hasil
perhitungan dari metode diatas adalah sebaiknya perusahaan menggunakan siklus kerja yang
terkecil agar efektifitas dan efisiensi dapat tercapai dan hendaknya perusahaan selalu memantau
kinerja setiap stasiun kerja agar proses produksinya tetap berjalan dengan lancar.

Sistem tanam polyculture ini lebih kita kenal dengan istilah tumpang sari. Padahal tumpang sari sendiri hanyalah salah satu dari cara tanam sistem polyculture.
