    For a few decades ago, Indonesia has many superheroes characters from comics to television serials. Unfortunately, these characters became forgotten because they can‘t survive in rivalry with global superheroes.,Bima Satria Garuda is one of success television serial among Indonesian superheroes genre. The uniqueness of the characters‘ designs and the creative process lead this title in order to gain the popularity to it target audiences. The marketing of these serials merchandises such as action figures and other toys soon follow the success of the serial. The situations that never be happened with early superheroes characters in Indonesia. This situation can not be separated from the involvement of Ishimori Production from Japanese involved in the development of this series. The problems shown here is why the Japanese home production could make Bima Satria Garuda loveable to his fans (the children), could we create a character designs with same approaches that in the future we don‘t need to submit the designs process to production houses abroad? Using the qualitative methods and literacy studies we try to study the success of Bima Satria Garuda design. With the characters design theories and the formal analysis, this research goal is to find a suitable formula to made an attractive superheroes characters without leave the localities values and our values. Bima Satria Garuda designs resemblance from our local visual elements with Japanese‘s years of experiences in developing their superheroes characters. Through formal analysis, we could find many interesting things that embodied in Bima‘ costume elements. This research also gives alternative solutions in how to develop new visualization for Indonesian superheroes characters by doing studies, and learn some new visual style What happened to Bima Satria Garuda could be learned and used by young artists in future generations to make a new faces of next Indonesian Superheroes.     Bima adalah salah satu tokoh dalam pewayangan Jawa yang disebut dengan Wayang Purwa dengan adaptasi dari cerita Mahabarata dan Ramayana, Bima juga seorang satria yang memiliki sifat jujur, ulet, tidak mudah putus asa. Dalam pewayangan Bima digambarkan beberapa bentuk yang disebut Wanda, bentuk Wanda tersebut bisa dilihat dari perkembangan zamannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjadi bahan referensi bagi peneliti sejenis dan mengetahui wawasan lebih luas mengenai kisah pewayangan salah satunya adalah tokoh Bima. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan proses penelitian riset yang sifatnya deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu menginformasikan pengenalan tokoh Bima dan mengetahui perkembangan zaman Kartasura dan zaman Surakarta dari perbedaan bentuk wayang Bima. Diperoleh melalui sumber beberapa referensi tercetak ataupun elektronik. Diharapkan dengan adanya artikel ini kita dapat lebih mengapresiasikan budaya bangsa terutama kisah pewayangan

Informan\ud penelitian ini adalah delapan orang penduduk asli Lambu dan Sape.\ud Merupakan tokoh masyarakat, tokoh pemuda (mahasiswa), pemerintah\ud daerah, serta pihak-pihak yang terlibar dalam perlawanan FRAT.\ud Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Lambu dan Kecamatan\ud Sape, Kabupaten Bima Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, waktu penelitian\ud yaitu dari bulan Desember 2015 sampai bulan Januari 2016. Metode\ud penelitian dengan wawancara langsung serta arsip/dokumen terkait\ud perlawanan FRAT. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif\ud untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan apa yang melatarbelakangi\ud FRAT melakukan gerakan perlawanan serta Faktor-faktor yang\ud mempengaruhi sehingga gerakan penolakan tambang di Kabupaten Bima\ud Berhasil.\ud Hasil penelitian ini telah menjelaskan bahwa bahwa ada beberapa\ud faktor yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya gerakan perlaawanan yang\ud dilakukan FRAT yaitu kurang dilibatkannya masyarakat dalam perumusan\ud kebijakan, minimnya sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah, serta\ud kebijakan yang tidak tepat sasaran.     UMSurabaya juga telah banyak menghasilkan produk inovasi alat bantu disabilitas karya mahasiswa dan dosen sebagai bentuk kepedulian kepada mereka. Produk inovasi alat bantu disabilitas terbaru yang dibuat UMSurabaya berupa BIMA Tuktuk (Inovasi Kursi Roda dengan Kendali Ketukan untuk Mahasiswa Tuna Daksa berbasis Android). Adapun tujuan pembuatan produk ini adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan akses mobilitas yang menunjang penyandang difabel menuju ke ruang pembelajan, meningkatkan efektifitas penggunaan BIMA Tuktuk karena dapat beroprasi secara otomatis, serta meningkatkan partisipasi para mahasiswa disabilitas atas peningkatan fasilitas yang mereka butuhkan. Produk BIMA Tuktuk ini dibuat menggunakan model inovasi yang dilengkapi dengan sejumlah fitur kenyamanan disabilitas dengan adanya sensor presisi tinggi pada bodi, kamera pengenal gambar, dan teknologi AI (Artificial Intelligence), yang memungkinkan BIMA Tuktuk ini beroperasi tanpa memerlukan kendali manusia. Pengembangan produk BIMA Tuktuk diperuntukkan untuk kelas yang menerima mahasiswa disabilitas. Pembuatan produk inovasi ini sebagai bukti bahwa UMSurabaya dapat menjadi contoh kampus inklusif, baik dalam artian kepedulian dan kebijakan, namun juga dalam rangka pengembangan model inovasi yang tepat guna.     In this research, the author saw in two court judgments which taken out by the District Court (PN) of Raba Bima, number 341/Pid.B/2014/PN.R.bi and the High Court of Mataram (PT), number 20/Pid/2015/PT.Mtr. Both of judgments are strengthen each other, it defendant is in the period of detention during 19 years in prison. However, the  verdict/judgment of Supreme Court Number 815K/Pid/2015 cancelled of two court judgment which it underneath. In this case, the Judge has different view of law as the main point to be consideration to make decision for Abdul Khalik. The construction of law in this case has to be seen and translated by the concept of judgment and legal certainty, because of different decision making by District Court (PN) of Raba Bima, the High Court of Mataram and Supreme Court which is freeing Abdul Khalik from all lawsuits. Based on these situation, it need to deep analysis and critically to get the best judgment as the goal of criminal law which is born by the criminal justice system

    DNA mitokondria (mtDNA) manusia memiliki tingkat polimorfisme yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan DNA inti, terutama pada daerah HVI yang merupakan daerah non coding (D-loop). Penelitian polimorfisme daerah HVI mtDNA manusia Indonesia telah banyak dilakukan, namun penelitian mtDNA pada suku Bima-Dompu Nusa Tenggara Barat masih jarang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variasi mutasi nukleotida daerah HVI mtDNA manusia dari sel folikel akar rambut pada sembilan individu suku Bima-Dompu yang tidak saling memiliki hubungan kekerabatan. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan antara lain lisis terhadap sel folikel akar rambut, amplifikasi fragmen D-loop menggunakan teknik polymerase chain reaction (PCR), deteksi produk PCR menggunakan elektroforesis gel agarosa, sekuensing menggunakan metode dideoksi Sanger, dan analisis hasil sekuensing. Deteksi produk PCR menunjukkan satu pita berukuran 0.9 kb yang merupakan fragmen D-loop. Hasil analisis urutan nukleotida sampel terhadap urutan nukleotida standar Cambridge (rCRS) ditemukan empat jenis mutasi yaitu mutasi transisi, transverse, insersi dan delesi. Terdapat dua mutasi dengan frekuensi tertinggi, yaitu mutasi C16223T dan T16172C yang terjadi pada empat sampel. Selain mutasi tersebut, pada sampel NB23 dan NB31 ditemukan tiga mutasi A16183C, T16189C dan 16193.1C yang menyebabkan rangkaian poli-C dengan jumlah rangkaian 12C. Perbandingan data sampel dengan data mitomap dan data sekunder ditemukan empat mutasi baru, yaitu A16062C, A16074C, A16087.D dan A16155.D. Umumnya belum ditemukan mutasi spesifik pada suku Bima-Dompu, namun mutasi A16062C dan A16074C dapat dijadikan kandidat varian mutasi spesifik karena frekuensi ditemukannya mutasi tersebut lebih tinggi dibandingkan mutasi lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk kepentingan identifikasi individu, sekaligus berkontribusi terhadap penyusunan database mtDNA manusia populasi Indonesia

    Multidimensional crisis had caused Kraton Mataram to be four small kingdoms. They are Kraton Surakarta, Kraton Y ogyakarta, Pura Mangkunegaran and Pura Pakualaman. The kings of Java did not have significant power. Their position was only as symbol, without authority. Politic and economic suffering had pushed them to shift public attention to literature, art, and culture that fill ethics and mysticism. One of the literatures that fill ethic and mysticism is Serat Bima Suci. Serat Bima Suci was created by Yasadipura I in the earlier period of Kraton Surakarta. Historically Serat Bima Suci is still related with kitab Nawaruci that was created by Empu Siwamurti in the end period of Majapahit Kingdom. Kitab Nawaruci is a literature of Javanese mysticism that is influenced by Hinduism doctrine. Serat Rima Suci is a literature of mysticism that has acculturation between Javanism, Hinduism, and Islamism. The harmony of relation between God, human, and world become focal of Serat Bima Suci. The relation between human and God theologically has been said as manunggaling kawula gusti and curiga manjing warangka. The relation among human and world anthropoecologically has been said as mangasah mingising budi, memasuh mafaning bumi, and memayu hayuning bawana that move to formation of }alma sulaksana, insan kamil, sarira bathara, a perfect human that has harmonized life between lahir bat in, jiwa-raga, intellectual-spiritual, and head-heart. The expression of mati sajroning ngaurip in Serat Bima Suci gives persuasive signal to men so that they always eling !an waspada, simple, introspection, to avoid enjoyment of material, to do lara lapa tapa brata and happy although they are sad. The struggle for life in the world according to Serat Bima Suci connect with the effort to understand sangkan paraning dumadi or from and to where this life, that is khusnul khatimah or the happy ending life. The education of perfect human character according to Serat Bima Suci is ordered by doing syariat-tarikat-hakikat-makrifat, sembah raga-sembah ciptasbnbah jiwa-sembah rasa. The four of doctrine are always troubled by human instinct. They are nafsu amarah-lawamah-sufryah, polemos-egocentros-eros. It is only instinct of mutmainah or religious that support the good conduct, so that men get safety in reaching the purpose of their life. There are kama-artha-dharma-moksa, enjoyment-prosperity-law-freedom, that all of them ought to do by examinating the life. There is suffering and difficulty. Some problems of life according to Serat Bima Suci must be solved wisely, effectively, efficiently, su:fistic professional and religious humanistic as personification of Bima that reach degree as satria pinandita, that always do tapa ngrame or do social work religiously. The unity between ilmu-amal, cipta-rasa, karsa-karya is the equilibrium to arrange the better future.
