Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hukum dalam menentukan legal standing pihak perkara Nomor 201/Pdt.G/2014/ PN.Plg dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan hukum dalam penetapan legal standing dalam perkara Nomor 201/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Plg dilihat dari asas kepastian hukum dan keadilan.
Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan Pendektan analistis (analytical approach). Metode pengumpulan bahan hukum dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan dan analisis bahan hukum menggunakan analisis deksriptif kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Berdasarkan pasal 4 ayat (2) Perjanjian Pengalihan Keagenan ini merupakan satu-satunya perjanjian antara Agen dan IATA-BSP yang berkaitan dengan Pengelolaan Keagenan, yang menggantikan semua Perjanjian Keagenan yang ada sebelumnya. Bahwa dengan timbulnya hubungan hukum yang baru maka Penggugat tidak memiliki Legal Standing (Kedudukan hukum) untuk mengajukan gugatan terhadap Tergugat. 2) Berdasarkan analisa penulis terkait dasar hukum penetapan legal standing dalam perkara putusan Nomor 201/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Plg dilihat dari aspek keadilan dan kepastian hukum bahwa Putusan hakim yang memeriksa perkara ini sebenarnya mengandung unsur keadilan namun demikian penekanannya lebih pada kepastian hukum. Pemenuhan unsur keadilan terutama keadilan formal dalam perkara ini tidak lain bahwa karena Penggugat hanya mempersoalkan perkara wanprestasi yang dilakukan oleh tergugat dan ingin meminta majelis hakim untuk mengabulkan gugatannya tanpa mempertimbangkan Bukti T-01 (Agency Agreement antara Penggugat dan Turut Tergugat tanggal 1 Nopember 2003 jo Bukti T—02 (Terjemahan Agency Agreement antara Tergugat dan Turut Tergugat tanggal 1 Nopember 2003) yang merupakan dasar perikatan dan pelaksanaan perjanjian keagenan. Tinjauan dasar hukum dalam penetapan legal standing dalam perkara ini, menurut penilaian penulis lebih condong pada unsur pemenuhan kepastian hukum bukan berarti tidak memperhatikan keadilan. Pada dasarnya putusan majelis hakim ini telah memperhatikan adanya unsur lain tersebut yakni kepastian hukum, keadilan, namun demikian penekanannya lebih ke arah kepastian hukum

This study aims to determine legal considerations in determining the legal standing of case number 201 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PN.Plg and to find out the legal review in determining legal standing in case Number 201 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PN.Plg viewed from principle of legal certainty and justice.
The research method in this study is normative juridical. The approach used in this study is the statutory approach and the analytic approach. The method of gathering legal materials in this research was carried out with a literature study and analysis of legal materials using qualitative descriptive analysis.
The results show that 1) Based on article 4 paragraph (2) this Agency Transfer Agreement is the only agreement between the Agent and IATA-BSP relating to Agency Management, which supersedes all existing Agency Agreements. That with the emergence of a new legal relationship, the Plaintiff does not have a Legal Standing to file a lawsuit against the Defendant. 2) Based on the author's analysis related to the legal basis for determining legal standing in case judgment Number 201 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PN.Plg viewed from the aspect of justice and legal certainty that the Judge's decision examining this case actually contains elements of justice but the emphasis is more on certainty law. Fulfillment of the element of justice, especially formal justice in this case is none other than because the Plaintiff only questioned the default case by the defendant and wanted to ask the panel of judges to accede to their lawsuit without considering Evidence T-01 (Agency Agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on November 1, 2003 jo Evidence of the Defendant) T-02 (Agency Agreement Translation between Defendant and Co-Defendant dated November 1, 2003) which is the basis for binding and implementing agency agreements. A review of the legal basis in determining the legal standing in this case, according to the author's assessment is more inclined to the element of legal certainty fulfillment does not mean not pay attention to justice Basically the verdict of the panel of judges has paid attention to the existence of these other elements namely legal certainty, justice, however the emphasis is more on legal certainty
Model Perumusan Kebijakan Penanganan Stunting di Kota Padang Panjang
Full text linkPenelitian terkait model perumusan kebijakan dalam masalah penurunan stunting perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan kebijakan yang diambil efektif, berkelanjutan, dan dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam jangka panjang bagi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis model perumusan kebijakan stunting di Kota Padang Panjang serta menjelaskan variabel yang menentukan dalam mengatasi stunting tersebut. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis inkremental yang oleh Charles E Linbow. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. penggunaan teori inkremental membantu pemerintah kota membuat penyesuaian kecil dalam kebijakan dan program penanganan stunting secara bertahap. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan, penting untuk menangani masalah stunting yang kompleks. Kebijakan dapat diadopsi dari yang sudah ada dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan lokal yang spesifik setiap tahunnya. Pendekatan inkremental memungkinkan identifikasi dan evaluasi kebijakan tahunan, serta memberikan rekomendasi berbasis bukti untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan di masa depan., sehingga membantu pemerintah kota menangani stunting dengan lebih responsif dan adaptif terhadap perubahan dan kebutuhan lokal. Dengan demikian, teori inkremental menyediakan kerangka kerja praktis dan relevan dalam perumusan kebijakan penanganan stunting di Kota Padang Panjang, memungkinkan perbaikan berkelanjutan dan optimalisasi kebijakan yang ada. Pendekatan ini juga memungkinkan pengelolaan risiko yang lebih baik dengan mengevaluasi dampak perubahan sebelum mengambil langkah berikutnya

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan filosofi "Adat Basandi Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah" mempengaruhi kehidupan sosial, budaya, dan agama masyarakat Minangkabau, serta bagaimana konflik antara hukum adat dan syariat Islam dapat diselesaikan. Pertanyaan penelitiannya mencakup: Bagaimana filosofi ABS-SBK diimplementasikan dalam praktik sehari-hari? Apa saja tantangan dan peluang dalam menyelaraskan adat dan syariat Islam di Minangkabau? Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis filosofi "Adat Basandi Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah" (ABS-SBK) dan implikasinya dalam konteks sosial, budaya, dan agama masyarakat Minangkabau. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi kepustakaan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Berdasarkan analisis, ditemukan bahwa filosofi "Adat Basandi Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah" berdasarkan sejarah, evolusi, dan dampak membawa pengaruh dalam kehidupan sosial, budaya, dan agama masyarakat Minangkabau. ABS-SBK sebagai kerangka kehidupan sosial yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai Islam dengan adat istiadat setempat. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam pemahaman dan implementasi filosofi ABS-SBK, terutama dalam konteks pemerintahan daerah Sumatera Barat, seperti adanya konflik yang membutuhkan upaya dan usaha dari masyarakat Minangkabau untuk menanggulanginya. Secara keseluruhan, filosofi ABS-SBK dapat menjaga tradisi Islam, memperkuat karakter masyarakat Minangkabau, serta menjaga harmoni dalam masyarakat yang beragam.
Abstract
This research aimed to analyze the philosophy of "Adat Basandi Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah" (ABS-SBK) and its implications in the social, cultural, and religious context of Minangkabau society. The analysis was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review related to the research topic. Based on the analysis, it was found that the philosophy of "Adat Basandi Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah" based on history, evolution, and impact has influenced the social, cultural, and religious life of the Minangkabau community. ABS-SBK serves as a social framework that integrates Islamic values with local customs. However, there are challenges in understanding and implementing the ABS-SBK philosophy, especially in the context of local government in West Sumatra, such as conflicts requiring efforts from the Minangkabau community to address them. Overall, the ABS-SBK philosophy can preserve Islamic traditions, strengthen the character of the Minangkabau community, and maintain harmony in diverse societies
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
