    Penelitian dilakukan atas dasar fakta bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dalam pembelajaran daring masih tergolong rendah. Kesulitan siswa ketika mengekspresikan gagasannya juga memengaruhi self-efficacy dan menghambat perkembangan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model CIRC terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dan self-efficacy siswa ditinjau dari kemampuan awal matematika siswa pada pembelajaran daring. Quasi eksperimental design adalah metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan treatment by level 2x2 posttest only control design. Model CIRC diberikan di kelas eksperimen sedangkan model konvensional diberikan di kelas kontrol. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 128 siswa kelas VIII. Instrumen yang digunakan pada pengumpulan data penelitian yaitu tes kemampuan awal matematika, tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis, dan angket self-efficacy. Teknis analisis data diolah dengan ANAVA dua jalur dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara penerapan model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal matematika siswa pada pembelajaran daring yang memengaruhi kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-efficacy siswa. Hasil temuan selanjutnya menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model CIRC terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran daring, khususnya untuk siswa kategori kemampuan awal matematika tinggi. This research based on the fact that students mathematical communication ability are still low in online learning. The difficulty of students in expressing their ideas obstruct self-efficacy and their development mathematical communication ability. The implementation of this study aims to assure the effect of CIRC learning model on students mathematical communication ability and self-efficacy based on initial mathematics ability. The design of research is quasi-experimental design with treatment by level 2x2 posttest only control design. CIRC model was given to students in eksperimental class while conventional model was given to students in control class. Sample of this research involved 128 student of VIII class. Instrument used in this research consist of test mathematics ability, test mathematical communication ability, and self-efficacy questionnaires. Technique data analysist used is two ways ANOVA and t-test. The results showed that there was an interaction between the application of the learning model and students mathematical abilities in online learning which affects students mathematical communication ability and students self-efficacy. Another result, there was an effect of the CIRC model on students mathematical communication ability and students self-efficacy in online learning, especially for students with high early mathematics ability categories

    The implementation of this study aims to assure the effect of CIRC learning model on students mathematics communication ability based on prior knowledge. The design of reseach is quasi-experimental design with the population is all students in MTsN District of Cakung Academic Year 2020/2021. The research sample chosen by multisage random sampling is students of class VIII-1 MTsN 20 and VIII-2 MTsN 28 as the experiment class and class VIII-2 MTsN 20 and VIII-1MTsN 28 as the control class. Average value mathematics communication ability of the students in experiment class 14.38 and control class 11.35. Based on data interpretation and analysis t-test with a significant value (α) = 0,05, the value is Sig = 0.049, so that Sig < α. With these results it was concluded that there was an effect of the CIRC learning model on the mathematical communication ability of class VIII MTsN students in Cakung Distric
