Pengembangan Media Buku Saku tentang Signal-Signal Wasit Bolavoli pada Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Bolavoli SMA N 3 Kota Malang

Wasit adalah seseorang yang memimpin jalannya pertandingan mulai dari awal hingga berakhirnya suatu pertandingan. Syarat untuk menjadi seorang wasit bolavoli yang terampil dan professional seorang wasit harus memenuhi keriteria sebagai berikut: (1) sehat jasmani dan rohani, (2) memiliki sikap adil dan objektif dalam mengambil keputusan, (3) menguasai peraturan-peraturan perwasitan bolavoli, (4) menguasai isyarat-isyarat/signal-signal perwasitan bolavoli. Isyarat-isyarat/signal-signa lwasit bolavoli merupakan salah satu materi yang akan diterapkan untuk ekstrakurikuler di SMA N 3 Kota Malang guna memperkenalkan materi baru dengan sasaran anak siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Berdasarkan data analisis kebutuhan diketahui bahwa, media yang dipiliholeh siswa-siswi ekstrakurikuler yaitu media pembelajaran tentang signal-signal wasit bolavoliyang dikemas dalam bentuk buku saku. Tujuan dari media buku sakut entang signal-signal perwasitan bolavoli pada kegiatan ekstrakurikulerbolavoli di SMA N 3 Kota Malang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti hanya menggunakan 7 langkah dari 10 langkah yang dikemukakan oleh Borg & Gall untuk pengembangan media buku saku signal wasit sebagai berikut: 1) riset dan pengumpulan informasi dalam melakukan penelitian awal atau analisis kebutuhan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner/angket kepada26siswa-siswi ekstrakurikuler bolavoli SMA N 3 Kota Malang,(2) perencanaan pengembangan produk, (3) pengembangan rancangan produk, (4) persiapan uji coba kelompok kecil, menggunakan 10 subjek, (5) Revisi produk pertama berdasarkan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil, (6) uji coba lapangan (kelompok besar) menggunakan 30 subjek, (7) revisi produk sesuai hasil uji coba kelompok besar. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan terhadap 26 siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bolavoli di SMA N 3 Kota Malang melalui pengisisan angket, ditemukan 76,92% menyatakan kadang mengerti dan kadang tidak mengerti terhadap signal-signal wasit, dan 92,30% ingin belajar menguasai signal-signal perwasitan bolavoli. 100% setuju jika materi signal-signal perwasitan bolavoli diajarkan pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, sedangkan 69,23% menyatakan media cetak merupakan media yang sesuai untuk kegaiatan ekstrakurikuler, 65,38% menyatakan buku kecil atau buku saku penuh warna yang berisi gambar signal-signal perwasitan bolavoli merupakan media yang paling efektif untuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bolavoli. Dari hasil analisis validasi wasit bolavoli diperoleh hasil 100%, ahli media 100% maka produk pengembangan media buku sakut tentang signal-signal wasit bolavoli layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada kegiatan. ektrakurikuler di SMA N 3 Kota Malang. Dari hasil analisis data uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh persentase rata-rata 83,4% dan pada uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh persentase rata-rata 88,4% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media buku saku tentang signal-signal wasit bolavoli pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bolavoli di SMA N 3 Kota Malang sangat jelas dan menarik untukdigunakan sebagai salah satu sumber belajar. Hasil pengembangan ini adalah pengembangan media buku saku tentang signal-signal wasit bolavoli pada kegiatan ektrakurikuler. Hasil pengembangannyayaitu: (1) buku sakuyang dikembangkan merupakan media pembelajaran yang dituangkan pada bahan ajar cetak berukuran 12 cm x 8 cm, yang dicetak pada kerta sart paper 210 dan 150 gram (berlaminasi), (2) buku saku berjumlah 24 lembar, (3) buku saku berisi istilah-istilah perwasitan bolavoli, penjelasan singkat dalam bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia, disertai gambar pada setiap signal wasit sehingga diharapkan membantu siswa dalam pemahaman materi, (4) gambar pemodel dalam buku saku adalah gambar berwarna agar siswa tertarik untuk belajar, (5) buku saku yang dikembangkan dijilid menggunakan ring
Perbedaan Jumlah Eritrosit Antara Darah Segar dan Darah Simpan
At the time of collection of blood, donor erythrocytes will experience damaged, every day the viability of erythrocytes continues to decrease due to decreased levels of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate), so that when ATP levels decrease then there is the loss of membrane lipids, the membrane becomes rigid every day, and the shape of the disc becomes spherical (without central polar and small size), this causes potassium to exit and sodium to enter the cell. Then this will affect erythrocytes amount to be transfused. This study aimed to determine the differences in erythrocytes amount between fresh blood and save blood (30 days. The type of research used is Quantitative Observational with Non-probability Sampling technique. The sample used in this study were research subject who were willing to donate blood. Analysis of data using the Wilcoxon formula. Based on the results of the examination, the mean reduction in erythrocyte amount for 30 days at men was 4.624 million/mm3 (9.3%) and at women 3.88 million/mm3 (8.2%), where the decrease was still within the normal limit. Obtained p-value > 0,05 which means there is no significant difference in erythrocytes amount between fresh blood and save blood (30 days).ada saat pengambilan darah donor eritrosit akan mengalami kerusakan, setiap hari viabilitas eritrosit menjadi terus menurun akibat dari penurunan kadar ATP (Adenosin Trifosfat), sehingga apabila kadar ATP menurun maka terjadi kehilangan lipid membran, membran menjadi kaku, dan bentuk dari cakram menjadi sferis (tanpa sentral polar dan ukuran kecil), hal ini menyebabkan kalium keluar dan natrium masuk ke sel. Maka hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap jumlah eritrosit yang akan ditransfusikan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan jumlah eritrosit antara darah segar dan darah simpan (30 hari). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif Observasional dengan teknik Non probability sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu subjek penelitian yang bersedia mendonorkan darahnya. Analisa data menggunakan rumus Wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan, rerata penurunan jumlah eritrosit selama 30 hari pada laki-laki yaitu 4,624 juta/mm3 (9,3%) dan pada perempuan 3,88 juta/mm3 (8,2%), dimana penurunan tersebut masih dalam batas nilai normal. Diperoleh p-value > 0,05 yang artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada jumlah eritrosit antara darah segar dan darah simpan (30 hari)

Perbedaan Hematokrit Darah Segar dan Darah Simpan (30 Hari) DI UTD RSAM Bandar Lampung

The sample used in this study was respondents who were willing to donate their blood at UTD RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung. Analysis of data using the Wilcoxon formula. Results: obtained p value> 0.05 which means there is no significant difference between fresh blood and blood storage (30 days) at UTD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung. Hasil: diperoleh p value >0,05 yang artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara darah segar dengan darah simpan (30 hari) di UTD RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung. Kesimpulan: pengelolaan darah donor dan kualitas darah donor di tempat tersebut dalam keadaan baik sehingga darah donor bias diberikan kepada resipen, tanpa memiliki perubahan komponen yang signifikan
Design, modeling and real-time monitoring of continuous powder mixing processes
Continuous processing is an advantageous alternative for the current methods used in the pharmaceutical manufacturing. Important advantages that it offers include smaller equipment footprint, reduced efforts in the scale-up work, and the potential to utilize already continuous processes to make the entire manufacturing more efficient. In the current pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, powder mixing process is carried out in the batch mode. The necessary methods and guidelines to design an equivalent continuous process are not well established. The work presented in this dissertation focuses on the characterization, design and optimization of a continuous powder mixing process for pharmaceutical powders. A systematic study was performed of the effects of process and design variables, and material properties involved in the continuous powder mixing process. The bulk powder flow behavior was characterized using the residence time distribution (RTD) measurement approach. Impeller speed, material bulk density and impeller design greatly influenced the mean residence time. With increasing impeller speed, mechanical fluidization was observed, which significantly affected axial dispersion coefficients. Intermediate rotation rates exerted maximum strain on the material, which leads to maximum homogenization. The strain measurements correlated well with the properties of tablets including content uniformity and tablet hardness. Mixing performance was largely dominated by the material properties of the mixture, and the blend uniformity measurement was affected by the sample size analyzed. An experimental protocol was developed to measure the blend uniformity in the in-line mode, and a methodology was further built to quantitatively relate the in-line NIR measurements with the off-line wet chemistry measurements. Considering the shear limitations of the continuous bladed mixer, alternative blending strategies, suitable for blending of cohesive materials were also demonstrated. A combination of a high-shear mixing followed by a low-shear mixing process provided the optimal mixing performance. The predictive understanding of the continuous powder mixing process developed in this dissertation can assist towards the design and development of a fully controlled continuous manufacturing process.Ph. Sentimen Analisis Politik Berita Media Online Dalam Pemilihan Presiden 2019 Menggunakan Metode Support Vector Machine
Penyedia layanan berita dalam menerbitkan berita seharusnya tidak boleh memiliki keberpihakan atau sentimen dalam hal politik untuk menjaga kualitas berita. Semakin dekatnya Pemilu Presiden dan wakil Presiden 2019 membuat gencarnya berita tentang Jokowi-Ma\u27ruf dan Prabowo-Sandi. Permasalahanya adalah bagaimana cara menentukan suatu teks berita memiliki sentimen positif atau negatif kepada salah satu kubu Jokowi-Ma\u27ruf atau Prabowo-Sandi dengan akurasi tinggi. Pada penelitian tugas akhir ini, penulis membuat dua sistem klasifikasi teks berita yang pertama untuk kubu Jokowi-Ma\u27ruf dan kedua untuk kubu Prabowo-Sandi menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine dengan pembobotan menggunakan metode TF-IDF. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pembobotan TF-IDF pada semua kata yang telah dilakukan preprocessing lalu hasil pembobotan diolah menggunakan Support Vector Machine menggunakan tiga kernel yaitu radial basis function, linear, dan polynomial. Dari hasil percobaan pada model Support Vector Machine untuk kubu Jokowi-Maruf, hasil akurasi terbaik diperoleh dari skema data latih 90% dan data uji 10% menggunakan kernel linear dengan akurasi 93.33%. Untuk hasil percobaan model Support Vector Machine kubu Prabowo-Sandi, hasil akurasi terbaik diperoleh dari skema data latih 90% dan data uji 10% menggunakan kernel linear dengan akurasi 83.33%
Stitches: Blending landscape fabric through the golden threads of spatial identity in San Riku coastline, Otsuchi, Iwate, Japan
Disaster prevention and coastal protection of Otsuchi have affected the livelihood and the daily pattern of lifestyle of the regular Otsuchian. This work represents the alternative to a typical top down prefectural level demand for a line based infrastructural solution to disaster prevention and creates the required importance of livelihood, culture and identity of a place over the protection structure. While in the design of such critical areas it is important to place protection of the citizens at a high level, it is also a necessity to understand the situation of each city as different from each other. In this way, the genius loci of a place is founded. Along the San Riku coastline where the tsunami and earthquake hit the hardest due to the landscape features and the proximity to the epicenter the government has set a list of top down governed structures that have impacted the urban fabric of the city, This document looks at one of these towns “Otsuchi” and how alternate solutions based on the historical and landscape features of the district can help create landscapes of livelihood for the citizens. Otsuchi among many other Japanese cities faces the issue of a shrinking population due to a lack of economy, a lack of education in the rural areas and a lack of opportunities. The design document also looks at how Identity crisis in a Rias coastline/ Aditya Athreya Rao/ TU Delft 1 landscape can create a set of cyclical opportunities for the people to develop their town responsibly and sustain-ably as they see fit. Landscape design seeks to provide opportunity to the stakeholders to further create, it provides the platform for this creation and the thesis looks at ideas and solutions on ways this can be done.
