No full textLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación entre
autoestima y calidad de vida en los estudiantes del cuarto grado de secundaria de la
Institución Educativa Alejandro Sanchez Arteaga- La Arena – Piura, 2018., cuya
metodología fue de tipo cuantitativo, y nivel descriptivo correlacional, evidenciándose
un diseño no experimental de corte trasversal, la población muestral estuvo
conformado por 150 estudiantes, la técnica empleada fue la encuesta y para la
recolección de datos se utilizó el inventario de forma escolar Stanly Coopersmith
(1967) y el inventario de calidad de vida de Olson y Barnes (1982). De manera que los
resultados arrojaron que el nivel de autoestima en los estudiantes del cuarto grado de
secundaria de la institución educativa “Alejandro Sanchez Arteaga” La Arena- Piura
2018 está ubicándose en un nivel Promedio. Finalmente, en la sub escala escuela se
encuentran un 62% lo cual lo ubica en un nivel moderadamente alto, indicando así que
si existe relación entre la autoestima y calidad de vida en los Estudiantes del cuarto
grado de secundaria de la institución educativa” Alejandro Sanchez Arteaga”. La
