Fernando Sanches-Marcos postulates that historians should erect bridges of understanding between various groups of people and various temporal perspectives. Thus historians could help their contemporaries get used to a peaceful coexistence in a multicultural society. Isso exige colocar a questão da relação entre a História e o testemunho, a recuperação do testemunho na História Oral, e o protagonismo do testemunho na contemporaneidade, chamada Era do testemunho e da História imediata. Programa de Pós-Graduação em Arquitetura e UrbanismoO processo de urbanização das cidades brasileiras ocorre de maneira muito rápida e desordenada, gerando problemas sociais e desequilíbrios ambientais, que comprometem a sobrevivência sustentável do ambiente natural. Neste contexto, esta pesquisa buscou a partir de instrumentos de avaliação da sustentabilidade sócio-ambiental urbana presentes nos projetos certificados ambientalmente, formular parâmetros necessários para um planejamento que considere a qualidade ambiental urbana. De modo complementar, realizamos uma avaliação da qualidade social e ambiental do Complexo Urbano Riviera de São Lourenço no município de Bertioga - São Paulo, aplicando os parâmetros estabelecidos. Com este estudo concluímos que é notória a necessidade de critérios de avaliação da qualidade ambiental para os projetos urbanos brasileiros para melhorar a qualidade de vida do ser humano e para preservar os recursos naturais sem agredir o ambiente natural. The urbanization process in Brazilian cities takes place in a very fast and chaotic way, producing social disorders and environmental instability, compromising environment's sustainability. In this context, and based on social and environmental assessment tools found in environmentally certified projects, this research aims to set parameters for planning that considers the urban environmental quality. In addition, a social and environmental assessment using the established parameters was conducted in the Complexo Urbano Riviera de São Lourenço, at Bertioga city, in São Paulo. This study concludes that the use of evaluation criteria for the environmental quality of urban Brazilian projects is essential to improve human being's quality of life and to preserve natural resources, without causing prejudice to the natural environment

No full textEsse artigo aborda os testemunhos no Evangelho de Marcos recorrendo à Epistemologia do Testemunho, campo de estudos da Teoria do Conhecimento. Apresenta as principais teorias: reducionista e não-reducionista, e as duas dimensões do testemunho: individual e social. A seguir, usa esses conceitos para verificar as qualidades dos testemunhos no Evangelho de Marcos. Como caso exemplar, analisa o testemunho do geraseno.
