    Analisis Manajemen Resiko Dengan Penerapan ISO 31000 Pada PT. LangLang Laju Layang

    PT Langlang Laju Layang merupakan perusahaan di Jakarta Utara yang bergerak di bidang kegiatan pengusahaan di pelabuhan seperti usaha kepelabuhan, Mooring dan Crew Boat, angkutan laut dan pelayaran dan juga pelayanan kapal tandu tunda. Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya PT Langlang Laju Layang menggunakan Teknologi Informasi untuk membantu kegiatan utama yang dilakukan, seperti menjadi alat untuk penyimpanan data-data dan juga menjadi alat komunikasi. Namun terdapat beberapa masalah yang dapat mengganggu TI yang digunakan yang berarti menggangu kegiatan utama, seperti koneksi internet terputus, kerusakan alat, terjadinya pemadaman listrik, maka dari itu penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membahas tentang manajemen risiko menggunakan framework ISO 31000 untuk mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi risiko untuk TI yang digunakan PT Langlang Laju Layang. Case Study Research dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu pendekatan yang dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan atau menguraikan data dan fakta yang terjadi di dalam objek studi kasus kedalam bentuk kata-kata. Adapun hasil dari analisis risiko ini berupa analisis kemungkinan risiko, mengelompokkan kemungkinan risiko berdasarkan dampak nya sehingga menghasilkan usulan tindakan risiko terhadap kemungkinan risiko yang terdapat pada PT Langlang Laju Layang, dengan begitu PT Langlang Laju Layang dapat memperlakukan kemungkinan risiko yang ada sesuai dengan prioritas level risikonya dan dapat mencegah serta meminimalisasi sehinga tidak mengganggu aktivitas bisnis. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terdapat empat belas kemungkinan risiko. Tingkat risiko dibagi menjadi empat kategori yaitu Low, Medium, High, dan Extreme dimana masing-masing matriks memiliki jenis risiko yang berbeda

    THE REQUIREMENT OF FLEXURAL REINFORCEMENT AREA BETWEEN SQUARE BEAM AND T BEAM BASED ON THE VARIATION OF STEEL YIELD STRENGHT

    The purpose of this study is to determine the requirement of flexural reinforcement area between square beams and T beams. This study is using a space frame as a model with geometric shapes and symmetric loading. The requirement of flexural reinforcement needs is reviewed on the selfweight of structures, live loads and combined loads with the variations of steel yield strenght (fy) of 300 MPa, 350 MPa and 400 MPa. The result of this study indicate that the calculation of the requirement of the flexural reinforcement area which only takes into account the selfweight of the structure or live load gives the same result for square beams and T beams. However it gives different results for the combination load. The requirement of the flexural reinforcement area for T beam is 4% less than square beam. The analysis result is showing that the higher quality of steel used the needs of the area of reinforcement will reduce. The reduction that occurs for each variation of steel yield strength both on square beams and T beams is about 16.67%

    THE CAPACITY OPTIMIZATION OF BEAM ULTIMATE MOMENT ON PLANE FRAME

    The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of beam length on the ultimate moment occurs especially in plane frame that carries concentrated load and uniform load. This research used a plane frame as a model with calculating upon length of beam from center to center of column and clear length of beam. Concentrated load acting on the beam starting from 2.5 tons with an increase of 25% in two times respectively. Uniform force acts on the beam starting from 1 ton/m with an increase of 12.5% in two times respectively. The result of this research indicates that the plane frame that received concentrated load in level 1, the average reduction of ultimate moment is 6,070 % for live load and 6,811 % for combination load. On level 2, the average reduction of ultimate moment is 4,895 % for live load and 6,252 % for combination load. Plane frame with uniform load in level 1, the average reduction of ultimate moment is 11,458 % for live load and 11,316 % for combination load. On level 2, the average reduction of ultimate moment is 12,181 % for live load and 12,212 % for combination load

    This research aimed to determine the cost of roof construction using lightweight steel and wood on construction projects at the University of Palangka Raya year 2017. This study uses secondary data in the form calculation of the Budget Plan (RAB) and the price of wage units and materials that issued by the Government of Palangka Raya. The analyzing unit price based on the Regulation of Minister of Public Works and Public Housing of Republic of Indonesia No 28 / PRT / M / 2016 concerning Guidance of Unit Price Analysis of Work of Public Works Division. The unit price calculation of the wooden roof construction is using saddle roof model with span 6 m, horses use wood 5/10 with slope 300. Light steel isbusing canal profile with height 75 mm, width 35 mm and thick 0,75 mm. Based on the results of analysis and calculation, the roof construction cost which uses wood is Rp. 231,922.36/m2 and the roof construction cost using light steel of Rp. 184.021,98/m2.     ABSTRACTA festival is a cultural event that all cultural communities in the world have. One of the festival's functions is to improve the life energy of the cultural community that organizes it. Layang Lakbok Art and Culture Festival is a festival organized by Lakbok residents, Ciamis Regency, West Java. This festival stems from the spirit of a group of young people who are members of the Pematang Sawah Association to develop the post-harvest celebration of Lakbok residents into a bigger event. This idea and spirit then invite all citizens to be involved in the festival production process. The process of spreading ideas, spirit, and the festival production is carried out using the social capital owned by the youth, in particular, and in general by all citizens. The social capital used covers all aspects that are owned by citizens, starting from kinship relations, friendship, habits, actions, conflict management, arts, culinary, and many others. Thus, Layang Lakbok Art and Culture can be said to be a citizen festival that is owned and produced independently by them. The citizen participation aspect is the key to organizing this festival. This research is an attempt to interpret the practices that the author has alone experienced, together with the residents, to be precise in the production process of the Layang Lakbok Art and Culture Festival. For this reason, the research method used was the action research method where the author is directly involved in the process of procuring the Layang Lakbok Festival. This paper is expected to reveal the various participation done by the residents in organizing Layang Lakbok so that how the Layang Lakbok Festival is developed can be better known. ABSTRAKFestival merupakan sebuah peristiwa budaya, yang dimiliki oleh seluruh komunitas budaya di dunia. Salah satu dari fungsi festival adalah memperbaiki energi kehidupan dari komunitas budaya yang menyelenggarakannya. Layang Lakbok Art and Culture Festival adalah Sebuah festival yang diselenggarakan oleh warga Lakbok, Kabupaten Ciamis, Jawa Barat. Festival ini berangkat dari semangat sekelompok anak-anak muda yang tergabung dalam Paguyuban Pematang Sawah dalam mengemas ulang perayaan pasca panen warga Lakbok menjadi eventyang lebih besar. Ide dan semangat ini kemudian dibagikan kepada seluruh warga untuk ikut terlibat dalam proses produksi festival. Proses penyebaran ide, semangat hingga proses produksi festival dilakukan dengan menggunakan modal sosial yang dimiliki oleh anak-anak muda tersebut pada khususnya dan pada umumnya oleh seluruh warga. Modal sosial yang digunakan mencakup seluruh aspek yang dimiliki oleh warga yaitu mulai dari relasi kekerabatan, pertemanan, kebiasaan, tindakan, manajemen konflik, kesenian, kuliner dan lain sebagainya. Jadi Layang Lakbok Art and Culture merupakan sebuah festival warga, yang dimiliki oleh warga dan diproduksi secara mandiri oleh warga. Aspek partisipasi warga menjadi kunci dalam penyelenggaraan festival ini. Penelitian ini adalah upaya memaknai praktik yang telah dialami sendiri oleh penulis bersama warga dalam proses pewujudan Layang Lakbok Art and Culture Festival. Jadi metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian bertindak, di mana penulis terlibat langsung dalam proses pewujudan Layang Lakbok Festival. Lalu tulisan ini diharapkan dapat meraba lapis-lapis partisipasi warga dalam penyelenggaraan Layang Lakbok sehingga dapat dilihat bagaimana sesungguhnya Layang Lakbok Festival digerakkan.

    CRACKS IN REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM

    Cracks in concrete cannot be prevented but the size of the cracks can be controlled. Cracks that occur in concrete are strongly influenced by the nature and characteristics of the concrete constituent materials, especially cement and water. Cracks can occur in the fresh and hard concrete phases. Cracks that occur in concrete can be grouped into two, non-structural cracks and structural cracks. There are several types of non-structural cracks such as crazing, map cracking, plastic cracking due to shrinkage, plastic cracking due to settlement, cracking due to drying shrinkage, cracking due to temperature changes, cracking due to chemical reactions. Structural cracks can be caused by the effects of vibration, earthquake and loads that work beyond capacity.
