    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner dan kolaboratif terhadap loyalitas pengunjung, dengan study kasus pada inovasi pengelolaan wisata Pantai Lon Malang. Kepeminpinan visioner dan kolaboratif dinilai penting dalam mendorong perkembangan destinasi wisata melalui inovasi pengelolaan, pelayanan yang berkualitas, serta pengalaman yang memuaskan bagi pengunjung. Penenlitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada 100 pengunjung wisata Pantai Lon Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa baik kepemimpinan visioner maupun kolaboratif memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan siginifikan terhadap peningkatan loyalitas pengunjung. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahawa kepemimpinan yang befokus pada visi jangka Panjang dan kerja sama atau kolaborasi yang baik mampu menciptakan pengalaman positif bagi pengunjung, sehingga meningkatkan keinginan mereka untuk berkunjung Kembali dan merekomnedasikan destinasi tersebut kepada teman, keluarga, maupun orang yang mencari rekomendasi tempat untuk dikunjungi

    Desa Klampar, Kecamatan Proppo, Kabupaten Pamekasan, dikenal sebagai sentra pengrajin batik di Pulau Madura. Tantangan globalisasi dan persaingan pasar mengharuskan pengrajin batik untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan inovasi agar tetap kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan terhadap produktivitas dan kreativitas pengrajin batik di Desa Klampar. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional digunakan untuk mengukur hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 27 pengrajin batik yang telah mengikuti pelatihan dalam satu tahun terakhir, dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-5, dan analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel pengembangan (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kreativitas (Y), sementara pelatihan (X1) dan produktivitas (X3) tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan. Namun, secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kreativitas pengrajin batik. Uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa model regresi memenuhi syarat validitas, dengan data yang berdistribusi normal, tidak terdapat multikolinearitas, serta varians residual yang homogen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pelatihan dan pengembangan yang tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas, tetapi juga mendorong kreativitas dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang program pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan untuk industri batik di Desa Klampar

    THE INFLUENCE OF CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF HANDMADE BATIK CRAFTSMEN IN KLAMPAR VILLAGE, PAMEKASAN REGENCY

    In this study, the focus is on exploring the extent to which imagination and innovation influence the performance of batik craftsmen in Klampar Village, Pamekasan Regency. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach with the application of multiple linear regression analysis. A total of 27 batik craftsmen were randomly selected to become respondents. The research findings revealed that both individually and together, creativity and innovation have a significant positive impact on the work performance of craftsmen. Specifically, creativity contributes 0.599, while innovation contributes more, namely 0.643. With a determination coefficient value of 55.9%, it can be seen that variations in craftsman performance can be substantially explained by these two variables. These findings emphasize the importance of developing creativity and innovation in increasing the productivity and competitiveness of batik craftsmen. This study recommends training, technological support, and strengthening marketing networks to support the sustainability of the Klampar Village batik industry

    Klampar Village, Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency, is known as the center of batik craftsmen on Madura Island. The challenges of globalization and market competition require batik craftsmen to improve their skills and innovation in order to remain competitive. This study aims to analyze the effect of employee training and development on the productivity and creativity of batik craftsmen in Klampar Village. A quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational method is used to measure the relationship between these variables. The research sample consisted of 27 batik craftsmen who had undergone training in the past year, selected using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5, and data analysis used multiple regression with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results of the study showed that partially, the development variable (X2) had a significant effect on creativity (Y), while training (X1) and productivity (X3) did not have a significant effect. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables contributed significantly to increasing the creativity of batik craftsmen. The classical assumption test showed that the regression model met the validity requirements, with normally distributed data, no multicollinearity, and homogeneous residual variance. These findings emphasize the importance of training and development strategies that not only increase productivity but also encourage creativity in facing market dynamics.     This study aims to analyze the impact of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at Lon Malang Tourism Beach in Sampang Regency, Madura Island. In the competitive tourism industry, OCB is important to improve service quality and visitor experience. The method used is a quantitative method with primary data collection from 38 employees through questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that effective transformational leadership can motivate employees to go beyond their formal duties, while a positive organizational culture produces a work atmosphere that supports active engagement.     This study aims to determine the role of participative leadership style and organizational climate on job satisfaction at Wisata Pantai Lon Malang, Sampang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach method with non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling, which involves the entire population of 38 employees at Wisata Pantai Lon Malang. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires to the workers. Data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test (T test and F test), and determination coefficient test. The results of the analysis show that participative leadership style and organisational climate have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, so it is hoped that this research can provide insight for management in increasing employee job satisfaction and creating a better work environment

    Employees in the beach tourism industry in Lon Malang, Sampang Regency will be the focus of this study, which aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and work environment on their employee productivity. This study looks at how transformative leader style and work environment affect productivity in the tourism industry. Information was collected from a survey given to all staff members of Lon Malang beach tourism. Saturated sampling was the technique used to collect data in this study; 38 participants were all Lon beach tourism workers. Both primary hypothesis testing and classical hypothesis testing were used in the data analysis of this study. To fully understand the interaction between the variables under investigation, the data was subjected to multiple linear regression analysis. The anticipated findings of this study will show that transformational leadership style and work environment have a significant and positive impact on employee performance at Lon Beach Malan

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
