The role of power and magnetic connection to the active antenna in the suppression of intermittent structures by ion cyclotron resonance heating
The effect of the ion cyclotron resonance heating (ICRH) on the scrape-off layer (SOL) is still an open issue, where, lately it was shown on the ASDEX-Upgrade tokamak that turbulence large-scale structures, known as blobs or avaloids, are suppressed by ICRH (Antar et al 2010 Phys. Rev. Lett. 105 165001). Furthermore, it was shown that the edge localized mode-induced turbulent transport is also reduced significantly. However, the reasons behind this interaction remain unknown. On the Tore Supra tokamak, we confirm that the ICRH suppresses large-scale structures while small-scale structures are enhanced; overall, the turbulence level of fluctuations is reported to drop from about 40percent to 25percent. This confirms that the effects on turbulence are independent of the type of plasma confinement, L-mode on Tore Supra versus H-mode on ASDEX-Upgrade. The dependence on the ICRH power showed that if a threshold existed it would be below 500kW and that above this power, no additional effects on the SOL turbulence are reported. The other study reported in this paper deals with the importance of the magnetic field line connections or, in other words, whether the interaction between ICRH and turbulence is global, affecting the whole plasma, or local, affecting regions that are magnetically connected to the active antenna. We found that the toroidal connection to the active antenna is not critical in the sense that turbulence in regions close to the antenna but not necessarily connected are affected. Pengalaman Keagamaan dan Arti Pentingnya bagi Upaya Memperkokoh Kerukunan Hidup Antar Umat Beragama
Pengalaman keagamaan perlu diketahui dan dipahami oleh setiap umat beragama agar dapat dipergunakan sebagai dasar bagi upaya memperkokoh kerukunan hidup antar umat beragama.
Untuk itu penelitian yang bersifat filosofis dilaksanakan. Cara-cara yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis, sintesis dan penarikan kesimpulan. Semua ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh hasil rumusan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara filosofis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman keagamaan mempunyai keberadaan sendiri dalam bentuk pengalaman yang teratur, jauh dari bentuk perluasan emosi yang belum sempurna dan samar-samar. Pengalaman keagamaan tersebut mempunyai kriteria-kriteria khusu yang mengambarkan hubungan total antara manusia dengan Tuhan dan mengungkapkan diri dalam bentuk pemikiran, perilaku dan persekutuan. Dalam perspektif ini pengalaman keagamaan telah menyediakan kondisi yang kondusif bagi upaya memperkokoh kerukunan hidup antar umat beragama
On the interaction between the ion cyclotron resonance heating and scrape-off layer turbulence via coherent waves
It was reported on the ASDEX-Upgrade tokamak and recently confirmed on the Tore Supra tokamak (Antar 2010 et al Phys. Rev. Lett. 105 165001, Antar 2012 Nucl. Fusion 52 103005) that ion cyclotron resonance heating (ICRH) reduces turbulence in the scrape-off layer (SOL) by strongly affecting the large intermittent structures. In this paper, and for the first time, we show that ICRH, with a frequency at 57MHz, excites waves at frequencies about 1.7MHz as a consequence of parametric decay instability. This is reflected in the power spectra of the ion saturation signals, measured by fixed Langmuir probes acquired at 200MHz, as well as in the cross-correlation between two toroidally distanced probes and in the bicoherence spectra. The velocity and the wavenumber of this perturbation is determined indicating that they may be ion sound waves. Furthermore, it is shown that they are nonlinearly coupled to the turbulent fluctuations leading to the strong modification of the power spectrum and could provide explanations about the decrease in the level of turbulence in the SOL during ICRH. This aspect is reflected in the enhanced three-wave coupling between these waves and turbulence studied by applying the bispectral analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat pembangunan infrastuktur di wilayah pemukiman Samar Kilang, serta bagaimana kebijakan pemerintah terkait ketertinggalan pembangunan infrastruktur di wilayah pemukiman Samar Kilang. Untuk menganalisis permasalahan dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan Teori Kapabilitas Sistem Pollitik menurut Almond dan juga konsep pemekaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak terealisasinya pembangunan infrastruktur jalan di pemukiman Samar kilang di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu: hubungan antar pemerintah belum terjalin secara maksimal, Tidak ada perencanaan yang matang saat musrenbang di lakukan, dan juga akibat dari Kurangnya respon serta tanggung jawab dari pemerintah di dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. dari hal tersebut dapat di tarik kesimpulam bahwa pemekaran kabupaten bener meriah belum berhasil, sehingga diperlukan adanya kebijakan dari pemerintah untuk Memprioritaskan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan Samar Kilang, Meningkatkan alokasi anggaran pembangunan jalan, Meningkatkan kerjasama dengan semua pihak yang terkait, memberikan perhatian yang lebih besar pada pembangunan infrastruktur jalan di pemukiman Samar Kilang dan juga harus menempatkan prioritas kebijakan dan meningkatkan anggaran pembangunan infrastruktur jalan untuk pemukiman Samar Kilang. This underdevelopment can be seen in the road condition of Samar Kilang before and after the regional expansion is still bad. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors that hinder the infrastructure development in Samar Kilang area and now how the government policies affects the underdevelopment of infrastructure in Samar Kilang. Therefore, the resercher used the theory of political system capabilities by Almomd and the concept of expansion in analyzing the problem of this research. The result of this research show that there are several factors that hinder the development of the road infrastructure in Samar Kilang settlement: the relation between goverments have not been well established,underprepared planning when the Development Planning Diliberation (Musrenbang) was conducted and also lacking responsibility from the goverment in prioritizing the road infrasrtucture development in Samar Kilang, increasing budget allocation in road development in Samar Kilang, inceasing budget allocation in road development, enchasing cooperation among all parties involved, pay more attention to road infrastructure development in Samar Kilang and provide policies priority in increasing budget allocation to the road infrastructure development.Keywords: underdevelopment of infrastructure, Samar Kilang
Turbulence during H- and L-mode plasmas in the scrape-off layer of the ASDEX Upgrade tokamak
We present evidence showing that the statistical properties of turbulence in the scrape-off layer (SOL) are not modified in a high-confinement mode (H-mode) inbetween edge-localized modes (ELMs) with respect to a low confinement mode (L-mode). The plasma being in the upper-single null magnetic configuration, the reciprocating probe around the bottom X-point is used to characterize in the same discharge the low and the high-field SOL. In H-mode inbetween ELMs, the average value and the standard deviation of the ion saturation current are found very close to values in L-mode. The normalized standard deviation is found to have the same values as in L-mode independently of the probe position. The probability distribution function is found similar in the two regimes reflecting the fact that the two transport processes, diffusion and convection, are not modified with respect to each other. The power spectra were also found similar, indicating the same distribution of the turbulence intensity among the scales in L- and H-modes. PENYELESAIAN PERSELISIHAN BATAS WILAYAH ANTAR DAERAH
Otonomi daerah adalah perwujudan daripada pemancaran kekuasaan dari pusat kepada daerah, seringkali muncul persoalan-persoalan krusial di daerah, tak terkecuali persoalan batas wilayah antar daerah, cara penentuan batas wilayah haruslah memenuhi aspek yuridis dan teknis di lapangan, ketika ini tidak dapat dipenuhi maka akan timbul perselisihan. Penyelesaian berjenjang oleh Gubernur dan Menteri Dalam Negeri adalah bentuk penyelesaian secara politik pemerintahan dan bersifat final, penyelesaian berjenjang oleh Gubernur dan Menteri Dalam Negeri adalah wujud perbuatan hukum publik atas nama negara, peran Gubernur dan Menteri Dalam Negeri menunjukkan perilaku aktif negara sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam prinsip negara kesejahteraan modern, ternyata bentuk penyelesaian perselisihan batas wilayah antar daerah sebagai bagian dari penyelenggaraan fungsi pemerintahan ditemukan adanya kemandirian organ pemerintah (vrij bevoegdheid, discretionary power atau freies Ermessen), ini dikarenakan peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada memuat norma samar (voge norm), norma terbuka (open norm), atau mengandung pilihan (choice). Dalam ranah ini haruslah dipahami bahwa apa yang dilakukan oleh organ pemerintah berwenang tidak dalam kapasitas sebagai fungsi mengadili ataupun sebagai fungsi legislasi. Penyelesaian perselisihan batas wilayah antar daerah yang ditempuh melewati mekanisme hukum negara melalui lembaga peradilan yang ada telah dipastikan belumlah mengakomodasi bahkan menggapai jaminan kepastian hukum mencegah kesimpangsiuran terhadap konflik norma pada beberapa tingkatan peraturan perundang-undangan bagi penyelesaian perselisihan batas wilayah antar daerah, prinsip kerjasama antar daerah dapat diandalkan untuk menerjemahkan kepastian hukum dan rasa keadilan bagi pemerintahan daerah dalam rangka menata dan mengelola batas wilayahnya mencapai cita-cita otonomi daerah
Implementasi Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis pada Klinik Jejaring Padjadjaran Basmallah Garut
Abstract— Jejaring Padjadjaran Clinic is one of private health service providers located in Garut region of West Java. The author conducted a study about medical record information system that runs today. The system used is still a manual record. Thus, inhibiting the search process of patient medical data and very vulnerable for data security, data in the form of files may be brokers or damaged. So, the author intends to planning a medical record information system that is able to make the search and storage process is safe and make the process more effective medical record effectively. The author uses a system development methodology Warterfal system design using DAD, ERD, Normalization and LRS. Meanwhile, the programming language used is Visual Basic 6.0 with Microsoft Acess database.
Intisari — Perkembangan Teknologi informasi berperan penting dalam berjalannya kegiatan operasional. Hal ini menuntut para pengembang aplikasi untuk menciptakan suatu perangkat lunak di dalam komputer agar mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Dibidang pendidikan semakin banyak yang menggunakan teknologi untuk membantu proses kegiatan belajar mengajar, mengelola keuangan, serta data peserta didik. Sistem komputerisasi merupakan salah satu cara dalam pengembangan teknologi yang memungkinkan pengguna dapat bekerja dengan lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat. Dengan terkomputerisasinya sistem yang ada di sekolah, diharapkan dapat memberikan banyak manfaat, diantaranya data lebih sedikit dan aman, karena data dapat tersimpan dalam media penyimpanan, proses pencatatan data langsung bisa di masukkan ke dalam komputer, dan pembuatan laporan akan lebih cepat.

Sistem Absensi Menggunakan Teknologi Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) pada CV. Kereta Laju Kota Tangerang
Abstract— Microcontroller is a hardware in which there are a processor, input and output, RAM, ROM, System Bus, ControlUnit, ShiftRegister and Arithmetic Logic Unit. This microcontroller is able to activate several electronic devices such as LEDs, buzzers, motor, light, and also can communicate with other devices such as the web, mobile and so on. When the author/(researcher) conducted the research on 13 March 2019 to 22 August 2019, the attendance system applied in cv. Kereta laju still uses manual methods, so the author(researcher) feel less efficient and can cause errors and manipulations in recording employee attendance. Then the author(researcher) conducted the second research in 2020 to continue making a more efficient attendance system that can reduce the causes of errors and manipulations in recording employee attendance, using Rfid (Radio Frequency Identification). With the presence of this Rfid attendance system, it can reduce errors in recording employee in vc. Kereta laju. And also as an innovation development by utilizing advances in technology,especially microcontroller.
Intisari— Mikrokontroller merupakan sebuah perangkat keras yang didalamnya terdapat sebuah processor, input danoutput, RAM, ROM, System Bus, Contol Unit, ShiftRegister dan Aritmatic Logic Unit. Mikrokontroller ini mampu mengaktifkanbeberapa perangkat elektronika seperti led, buzzer, motor, lampu.dan juga dapat berkomunikasi dengan device lain sepertiweb, mobile dan lain lain sebagainya. Pada saat penulis melalukan riset 13 maret 2019 sampai 22 agustus 2019, sistemabsensi yang di terapkan pada cv.kereta laju masih menggunakan cara manual, sehingga penulis rasa kurang efisiendan dapat menimbulkan kesalahan dan manipulasi pada pencatatan kehadiran karyawan. Kemudian penulis melakukanriset yang ke dua di tahun 2020 untuk melanjutkan pembuatan sistem absensi yang lebih efisien yang dapat mengurangipenyebab terjadinya kesalahan dan manipulasi pada pencatatan kehadiran karyawan, dengan menggunakan RFID (RadioFrequency Identification). Degan adanya sistem absensi RFID ini dapat mengurangi kesalahan pada pencatatan keahirankaryawan di vc.kereta laju. The Skin Care Product Recommendation System Based on Facial Skin Problems using the Content Based Filtering Method
Di zaman sekarang, bagi sebagian orang kebutuhan perawatan kulit wajah adalah salah satu hal yang penting. Makanya tidak heran jika banyak sekali produk skin care yang beredar di masyarakat. Namun, banyaknya pilihan produk membuat masyarakat sulit memilih produk yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan wajah. Maka dari itu, penulis berinisiatif untuk membuat sistem yang mampu merekomendasikan produk skin care berdasarkan permasalahan kulit wajah. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode content-based filtering dalam membuat sistem rekomendasi tersebut. Sistem rekomendasi ini dibuat tanpa menggunakan data rating, sehingga pendekatan algoritma yang digunakan adalah cosine similarity dan TF-IDF dalam mencari kesamaan fitur. Lalu, output yang pertama muncul akan digunakan oleh mesin sebagai data histori untuk selanjutnya masuk ke tahap content-based filtering. Jadi, user akan mendapatkan rekomendasi sesuai dengan kata kunci yang dipilih dan produk yang memiliki kemiripan.In this day and age, for some people, the need for facial skin care is one of the most important things. So do not be surprised if there are so many skin care products circulating in the community. However, the large number of product choices makes it difficult for people to choose the product that best suits their facial needs. Therefore, the author took the initiative to create a system that is able to recommend skin care products based on facial skin problems. In this study, the author uses the method of contentbased filtering in making the recommendation system. This recommendation system is made without using rating data, so the algorithm approach used is cosine similarity and TF-IDF in finding similarity features. Then, the first output that appears will be used by the machine as historical data to then enter the contentbased filtering stage. So, users will get recommendations according to the selected keywords and similar products
