Collective Improvisation: The Practice and Vision of Ingemar Lindh
Full text linkIngemar Lindh's research on the principles of collective improvisation and performance conceived as process announce an important development in the 20th-century tradition of the actor's work. After early studies with Étienne Decroux and working collaborations with Jerzy Grotowski, Eugenio Barba, and Yves Lebreton, Lindh founded the first laboratory theatre in Sweden in 1971, the Institutet för Scenkonst. His practice of collective improvisation is viewed in light of postdramatic concerns such as its resistance to fixed scores, directorial montage, and choreography as an organizing principle

No full textProblematyka związana z przestępczością w ramach, której dochodzi do wyłudzeniem nienależnego zwrotu podatku VAT, nie jest zjawiskiem nowym. W ramach rozprawy przeprowadzono analizę dogmatyczno-prawną badanej materii, częściowo na tle aktów prawnych o charakterze międzynarodowym, w szczególności jeśli chodzi o UE, a przede wszystkim poddano analizie opinię przedstawicieli praktyki tj. prokuratorów, sędziów, przedstawicieli organów ścigania, w kontekście badanego zagadnienia. Tak przeprowadzona całościowa analiza badanej problematyki pozwoliła przedstawić ją z nowej nieznanej dotychczas perspektywy, nie tylko w odniesieniu do zagadnień merytorycznych, ale przede wszystkim do zagadnień praktycznych. Zwalczanie przestępczości skarbowej jest obecnie priorytetem dla organów ścigania, co wiąże się ze zmianami legislacyjnymi dlatego też w ramach rozprawy analizie poddane zostały zarówno propozycje zmian ustawodawcy jak i już wprowadzone rozwiązania, w tym zmiany związane chociażby z konsolidacją aparatu celno-skarbowego. Głównym celem rozprawy było udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytanie czy dotychczasowe, obecnie stosowane regulacje dotyczące przestępstwa wyłudzenia nienależnego zwrotu podatku od towarów i usług VAT opisane w art. 76 kks., są w obecnym stanie rozwoju ekonomicznego, technologicznego jak i prawnego wystarczające w kontekście zwalczania tego rodzaju przestępczości.The issue of crime in the framework of which there is a fraudulent VAT refund is not a new phenomenon. As part of the dissertation, a dogmatic and legal analysis of the studied matter was carried out, partly on the basis of international legal acts, in particular when it comes to the EU, and above all, the opinion of practitioners, i.e. prosecutors, judges, representatives of law enforcement agencies, was analyzed in the context of the issue under study. Such a comprehensive analysis of the examined issues allowed to present it from a new, hitherto unknown perspective, not only in relation to substantive issues, but above all to practical issues. Fighting fiscal crime is currently a priority for law enforcement agencies, which is related to legislative changes, therefore, during the hearing, both the proposed changes to the legislator and the solutions already introduced, including changes related to, for example, the consolidation of the customs and fiscal apparatus, were analyzed. The main purpose of the hearing was to answer the question whether the current, currently applicable regulations on the crime of extortion of improper VAT refund, described in Art. 76 of the Civil Code, in the present state of economic, technological and legal development, are sufficient in the context of combating this type of crime.Uniwersytet w Białymstoku. No full textThis Bachelor thesis Conversion and Artistic Creation of Magdalena V. deals with the change of artistic expression of the Czech graphic artist Magdalena V., in a close connection to her religious conversion to the Catholic faith. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge of the psychology of religion. It introduces basic definitions and concepts of religion in relation to a religious conversion. In the second part, the author deals with the psychological analysis of Magdalena V.'s typical work through her life, which is supported by numerous photographs. Using the approach of rožnovská school, the author attempts to interpret this artwork on a hypothetical level, focusing on the M.V.'s life and artistic paralel before and after her conversion. The author draws on Magdalena V.'s testimonies about her life which bring light on the intention and context in her art. Related to the author's identification with Magdalena V.'s work, which later became apparent, this paper evolved further into identifying these moments and thus the potential risks inherent in author's own therapeutic work

Magdalena Woloszynska is the first author on ‘The Elongator complex regulates hypocotyl growth in darkness and during photomorphogenesis’, published in Journal of Cell Science. While completing this work, Magdalena was a postdoctoral fellow in the Chromatin and Growth Control group at the VIB-UGent Center for Plant Systems Biology at Ghent University, Belgium. Her research interests include plant molecular biology, epigenetics, transcriptomics, plant physiology and plant mitochondria.</jats:p
