Critical success factors of Public-Private Partnerships in the education sector
No full textPurpose: This paper aims to identify the factors affecting the implementation of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in the education sector. Design/methodology/approach: Based on Scopus and adopting the protocol of Staples and Niazi (2007), this systematic literature review examined 21 articles on PPPs in the education sector. Content analysis is adopted to identify research gaps and provide information on critical issues in the cases. Findings: The findings have identified the critical success factors of PPPs in the education sector in 12 countries, revealing varying degrees of success and implementation challenges. They reflect the importance of clear objectives, effective communication, and robust partnerships between the public and private sectors to achieve success. These insights contribute to an in-depth understanding of PPP implementation in education, which can guide future projects. Originality/value: The critical success factors identified in PPPs implementation in education across various countries may provide a comprehensive worldwide perspective for researchers, practitioners and policymakers. © 2023, Sajida and Bevaola Kusumasari

Masa anak-anak merupakan masa mereka berkembang dan periode penting dimana anak belajar banyak mengenai segala hal. Proses pembelajaran pada anak bisa dimulai dari lingkungan terdekat seperti keluarga dan juga lingkungan sekitar. Pada proses belajar mereka diperkenalkan dengan berbagai macam media belajar seperti, buku, audio visual, dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang menambah keterampilan dan merangsang kreatifitas. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu wadah yang menampung dan mampu meningkatkan daya kreatifitas anak agar berkembang secara positif. Wadah tersebut berupa perpustakaan dan learning centre (Children’s Library & Learning Centre) khusus untuk anak yang memiliki fungsi edukatif yaitu dengan memberikan informasi yang mendidik.
Fasilitas penunjang belajar dan kegiatan anak adalah pemikiran yang masih sangat jarang diperhatikan dan diterapkan di Indonesia, sedangkan di negara maju fasilitas ini sangat berkembang dan menjadi hal penting. Perancangan Children’s Library & Learning Centre ini berada di bandung yang merupakan tempatnya anak kreatif, tetapi fasilitas pendukung kreatifitas untuk anak-anak masih kurang.
Fasilitas ini diharapkan dapat menyenangkan bagi anak sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan minat baca, minat dan bakat pada anak, serta memperoleh pengalaman yang berguna dalam perkembangan pribadi mereka. Perancangan interior Children’s Library & Learning Centre di bandung dengan pendekatan karakteristik perkembangan anak sebagai konsep dan tema “ explor the park” sebagai desian yang akan diterapkan dengan dari segi elemen, warna dan bentuk, kebutuhan ruang yang memenuhi fungsi sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak pada umumnya.

The relationship between leadership behaviour and leadership style towards employee empowerment at one private sector in Malaysia / Sajida Ikram
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between leadership behaviour and leadership style towards employee empowerment in one department of one organization in Malaysia. The conceptual framework of this study is Leadership Behaviour and Leadership Style as independent variables and the dependent variable was Employee Empowerment. The total of 70 supporting staff is participated in this study. Furthermore, in this study survey questionnaire was utilized to obtain data. The research design in this study was convenient sampling technique. The validity of the instruments in this study was valid and reliable because it is established instruments and has been used by many researchers in the discipline of study. Based on the findings, it shows that the frequency implementation of leadership behaviour and leadership style by administrators was both high. Thus, both independent variables in this study were important to empower employee. This research also showed significant correlation between independent variables and dependent variable at .01 significant level. Hence, the researcher concludes that in order to empower employee, leader should possess positive leadership behaviour and leadership style for them to improve their job performance and be more committed to organization

The research focuses on the work of the artist Sajida Al-Mashaikhi in particular, which provides an in-depth study of her artistic orientations and seeks towards enhancing awareness of environmental issues through art, which may be far from other studies, and then determine the importance of research and its need, and confirm the specific research goal by revealing the environmental Demonstration between the constant and variable in the ceramic works of Sajida Al-Mashaikhi. The most important and prominent indicators for analyzing research samples, including that the essence of assets is constant and reality is variable in new textile structures is governed at every moment by the factor of time. The third chapter explained the presentation of research procedures with the research community and its sample, determining the descriptive approach and analyzing the selected research sample with three ceramic models ((Arabic letter, heritage, horses)), The analysis tool is based on observation.
