This study uses a normative research type with a statute approach. Types of sources of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The results of this study indicate that the widow in inheriting the abintestato is the same as the position of the child, both are classified into group 1 (one). While in testamentair inheritance the position of a widow (wife) is not the same as that of a child, this is because the child has its own absolute share while the widow (wife) does not have its own absolute rights. Regarding the part that the widow (wife) gets, it lies in the number of statements left by the heir, the more testaments, the less or none at all received by the widow (wife).This study uses a normative research type with a statute approach. Full text linkAkta kuasa menjual berpotensi untuk ikut melibatkan seorang Notaris atau Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) dalam sebuah sengketa hukum. Produk akta kuasa menjual tersebut dapat menjadi dasar pihak yang bersengketa untuk membawa Notaris/PPAT kepada sebuah kasus hukum. Tujuan penelitian ini terdiri dari : 1. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan hukum terhadap akta kuasa jual masih dapat berlandaskan akta pengakuan hutang; 2. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis eksistensi akta kuasa jual atas pengakuan hutang dalam pertimbangan hakim terhadap putusan nomor 41/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Kdi.; 3. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pertanggung jawaban notaris atas akta pengakuan hutang dan kuasa menjual yang dibuatnya.
Metode Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi peneltian deskriptif analitis. Adapun jenis dan sumber data yang dipakai yakni berupa data sekunder . Pengumpulan Data melalui Studi Kepustakaan dan Dokumentasi. Analisis datanya dengan analisis kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian ini terdiri dari:1.Penerapan hukum terhadap akta kuasa jual dalam Putusan Nomor 41/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Kdi masih dapat berlandaskan akta pengakuan hutang karena akta tersebut tidak bersifat mutlak karena secara redaksional surat pengakuan hutang yang dibuat Penggugat dan Tergugat I dan kuasa menjual yang dibuat oleh Notaris Andi Aulia Jusman selaku Tergugat III untuk Penggugat dan Tergugat I tidak nampak kemutlakannya. Sifat mutlak dari kuasa
yang diberikan akan memiliki kekuatan hukum jika secara eksplisit terkandung ungkapan bahwa apa yang dikuasakan penggugat terkandung frasa “tidak dapat
ditarik kembali”.; 2. Eksistensi akta kuasa jual atas pengakuan hutang dalam pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan Nomor 41/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Kdi, merupakan tindakan yang sah dari Notaris Andi Aulia Jusman selaku Tergugat III. Fakta persidangan membuktikan jika isi dari akta di bawah tangan berupa pengakuan
hutang telah diakui sendiri oleh penggugat dalam berkas gugatannya sehingga kesempurnaan akta di bawah tangan sebagai alat bukti telah sempurna. Secara mutatis mutandis akta pengakuan hutang yang menjadi dasar penerbitan akta kuasa menjual oleh Notaris Andi Aulia Jusman selaku Tergugat III adalah sah adanya.; 3. Pertanggungjawaban Notaris Andi Aulia Jusman atas akta pengakuan hutang dan kuasa menjual yang dibuatnya sebagaimana dimuat dalam Putusan No.
41/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Kdi, sudah sesuai prosedur hukum. Putusan hakim yang
menyatakan isi gugatan tidak diterima (Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard) i menjadikan kedudukan hukum Notaris Andi Aulia Jusman kembali sama halnya sebelum adanya gugatan dari penggugat ( Status Quo).

This research was conducted to understand how a well-planned airport management development aligns with existing standards. In this study, the author tested the hypothesis regarding the importance of commanding/charismatic leadership in ensuring the implementation of an airport management system that meets service standards. The research was conducted at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport in Sulawesi, and the results showed a strong correlation between commanding/charismatic leadership and the improvement of quality at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport
Implementación de un manual de funciones específicas del pasante en la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la ANDI
No full textEn el presente documento se exponen los argumentos, el desarrollo y resultados esperados del proceso de implementación del plan de mejora o manual de funciones específicas para pasante. Esto, tras haber realizado la práctica profesional dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia, de ahora en adelante, ANDI. Principal agremiación representante del sector privado de Colombia y reconocida por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo (MinCIT, 2021).
Inicialmente se evidencian los aspectos generales de la ANDI, tales como: Misión, Visión, Valores, ubicación geográfica y estructura organizacional. De esta manera, al brindar una conceptualización de las funciones y composición de esta agremiación, en general, se facilita el entendimiento de los beneficios de la aplicación del proyecto dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz. Sustentando la manera en cómo la contribución al mejoramiento del desempeño del pasante, facilita el aprovechamiento de la visión fresca, disruptiva e intrépida, por la que se caracteriza el talento joven (Confama, 2021), fructuoso en procesos de constante evolución. Además, se expone el procedimiento del proyecto, por medio del planteamiento del objetivo general y los objetivos específicos.
Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones y resultados que traería una primera aplicación de proyecto, junto con una sección de seguimiento de práctica profesional, donde se destacan los logros y experiencia obtenida por el autor durante su pasantía en la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la ANDI.This document presents the arguments, development and expected results of the implementation process of the improvement plan or manual of specific functions for interns. This, after having carried out the professional practice within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry of the National Association of Entrepreneurs of Colombia, from now on, ANDI. Main association representing the private sector in Colombia and recognized by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MinCIT, 2021).
Initially, the general aspects of ANDI are evidenced, such as: Mission, Vision, Values, geographic location and organizational structure. In this way, by providing a conceptualization of the functions and composition of this association, in general, the understanding of the benefits of the application of the project within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry is facilitated. Supporting the way in which the contribution to the improvement of the intern's performance, facilitates the use of the fresh, disruptive and intrepid vision, by which young talent is characterized (Confama, 2021), fruitful in processes of constant evolution. In addition, the procedure of the project is exposed, through the approach of the general objective and the specific objectives.
