The interest of millennials in the fashion world has been very developed.. Fashion retail companies are increasingly diverse from domestic brands and abroad. Every companies is vying to find the right strategy so their brands continue to be in demand by consumers from time to time. Zara is a Spanish fashion retailer that is in demand by consumers in the world and Indonesia, this is the reasons for the idea of this research.. This research conducted to identify (1) a picture of the brand image in consumers,, (2) overview of purchasing decisions to consumers, (3) discovering the influence of brand image on purchase decisions on consumers. The method used is convenience sampling technique, by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents. The data analysis method uses a simple linear regression test, as well as using the likert scale as a measurement scale. The results of this research shows that brand image on Zara brand which consist strengthness, uniqueness, and favorable is in the high category. Purchase decision on Zara brand which consist of product choice, brand choice, dealer choice, purchase amount, purchase timing, and purchase method are in the high category. Brand image has a positive influence on purchase decisions. Based on the results of this study, Zara should further improve the quality of service and convenience to consumers so that the Zara brand is increasingly known

    Tuna neritik merupakan spesies like tuna yang terutama dominan tertangkap oleh perikanan pantai (Coastal Fisheries), termasuk small scale fisheries dan perikanan artisanal. Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Nomor 107/2015 Tanggal 28 Agustus 2015 tentang RPP TCT (Rencana Pengelolaan Perikanan Tuna Cakalang dan Tongkol), tongkol (neritic tuna) yang dikelola dalam RPP TCT terdiri dari 4 (empat) jenis tongkol dan 2 (dua) jenis tenggiri (sheer-fish). Samudera Hindia Timur merupakan salah satu perairan produktif bagi kegiatan penangkapan ikan tuna neritik di Indonesia. Produksi perikanan tuna tersebut salah satunya didaratkan di perairan Teluk Palabuhanratu. Peningkatan aktivitas tangkapan ikan tuna neritik di perairan Teluk Palabuhanratu apabila terjadi terus menerus tanpa adanya pengelolaan yang tepat, akan mengakibatkan terjadinya penurunan stok sumberdaya ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa keberlanjutan spesies tuna neritik dengan melakukan analisa produktivitas dan suseptibilitas/productivity and susceptibility analysis (PSA) dan menganalisa peluang dan tantangan pengelolaan perikanan tuna neritik dengan melakukan penilaian berdasarkan indikator pengelolaan perikanan berbasis ekosistem/ecosystem approach to fisheries management (EAFM). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Februari hingga Mei 2016 di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Palabuhanratu. Analisis produktivitas dan suseptibilitas (PSA) dan analisis peluang dan tantangan pengelolaan perikanan tuna neritik dengan melakukan penilaian berdasarkan indikator pengelolaan perikanan berbasis ekosistem (EAFM) dilakukan dengan metode pengukuran langsung, wawancara dan data sekunder. Nilai kerentanan tuna neritik berturut-turut ikan tenggiri 1.25, tongkol krai 1.37, tongkol abu-abu 0.91, tongkol komo 1.49, dan tongkol lisong 1.41. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa saat ini tingkat kerentanan ikan tuna neritik di perairan Teluk Palabuhanratu belum rentan terhadap overfishing karena nilainya masih dibawah nilai kerentanan (1.8). Hasil evaluasi kondisi pengelolaan perikanan tuna neritik di perairan Teluk Palabuhanratu didapatkan nilai rata rata indikator EAFM sebesar 2.0. Hal ini berarti kondisi perikanan tuna neritik di perairan Teluk Palabuhanratu termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Strategi pengelolaan ditentukan untuk indikator sumberdaya ikan, habitat dan ekosistem, teknologi penangkapan ikan, ekonomi, sosial dan kelembagaan.     Elections of 2019 are simultaneous elections. Elections 2019 require candidates to do a number of things to win the elections. Political branding is the common way of legislature candidates. Lilis Nurlia and Eka Widyani Latief are candidates for legislative members in Bekasi City from the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS). Interestingly, Lilis Nurlia used a success team while Eka Widyani Latief did not use a successful team in facing the 2019 election. Lilis Nurlia does her political branding through face-to-face media and social media and carries the name of the party on every occasion. This study aims to look at the political branding of Lilis Nurlia and Eka Widyani Latief in facing the 2019 election in Bekasi City because there are still few studies that discuss political branding, especially in female legislative candidates. This research uses Kapferer political branding theory to analyze the experience of political branding implemented Lilis Nurlia and Eka Widyani Latief. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The author obtained primary data from the results of semi structure in-depth interviews and secondary data from article documents, journals, document archives, and so on. The results of the study obtained that Lilis Nurlia and Eka Widyani Latief were legislative candidates with sequence number 1. Lilis Nurlia does political branding with various activities mainly through tabloids. Lilis Nurlia also uses a group approach to approach the community, while Eka Widyani Latief also carries out various activities, especially gatherings and social relations approached to approach society. Lilis Nurlia and Eka Widyani Latief also introduced themselves and shared the activity on social media.Penelitian ini membahas tentang branding politik dari calon anggota legislatif perempuan dari Partai Islam dengan menganalisis Lilis Nurlia dan Eka Widyani Latief. Lilis Nurlia dan Eka Widyani Latief merupakan calon legislatif di Kota Bekasi dari Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS). Menariknya, Lilis Nurlia menggunakan tim sukses sementara Eka Widyani Latief tidak menggunakan tim sukses dalam menghadapi pemilu 2019. Lilis Nurlia melakukan branding politiknya melalui media tatap muka dan media sosial serta membawa nama partai pada setiap kesempatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat branding politik Lilis Nurlia dan Eka Widyani Latief dalam menghadapi pemilu 2019 di Kota Bekasi dikarenakan masih sedikit penelitian yang membahas mengenai branding politik khususnya calon legislatif perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori branding politik Kapferer untuk menganalisis pengalaman branding politik yang diimplementasikan Lilis Nurlia dan Eka Widyani Latief. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penulis memperoleh data primer dari hasil wawancara mendalam semistruktur dan data sekunder dari dokumen artikel, jurnal, arsip dokumen, dan sebagainya. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Lilis Nurlia dan Eka Widyani Latief merupakan calon legislatif dengan nomor urut 1. Lilis Nurlia melakukan branding politik dengan berbagai kegiatan terutama melalui tabloid. Lilis Nurlia juga menggunakan pendekatan kelompok untuk mendekati masyarakat, sementara Eka Widyani Latief juga melakukan berbagai kegiatan terutama silaturahmi dan pendekatan hubungan sosial untuk mendekati masyarakat.     POSSIBLE USE OF LENGTH-BASED SPAWNING POTENTIAL RATIO FOR SKIPJACK (Katsuwonus pelamis) IN INDONESIA’S ARCHIPELAGIC WATERS

    A harvest strategy development for skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis - SKJ) fishery within Indonesia’s archipelagic waters (Indonesian Fisheries Management Areas - FMAs 713-715) has been initiated, which is mandated within its National Tuna, Skipjack and Neritic Tuna Management Plan. Information on the stock status or indicator is needed, since it is one essential component of a harvest strategy. In fact, the lack of catch and effort data from Indonesian fishery, in general, is still an international concern. A method to assess the stock status for data poor fisheries namely Length-based Spawning Potential Ratio (LB-SPR) was developed. This study attempted to investigate a possible use of the LB-SPR to estimate spawning potential ratios of SKJ using length data from Indonesian pole and line fishery collected by the port-based sampling program (a collaborative project between Indonesia and the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC). There is a decreasing trend in the estimated SPR from 2010 to 2015 unless 2014, indicating that impact of fishing on the resources increased over the study period. If the SPR20% is adopted as limit SPR, then the estimated values of SPR less than SPR20% suggested that recruitment overfishing might be occurring. In fact, the results should be considered as preliminary results, as the size data of SKJ from pole and line might not be capturing large SKJ or the nature of SKJ in Archipealgic waters has smaller size in general compare to other region that potentially hampered the asymptotic selectivity assumption within the LB-SPR model underestimating the SPR. Further work is required to gather complete representative of length data of SKJ covering all length classes of the fishery

    THE DEVELOPMENT OF HARVEST STRATEGIES FOR TROPICAL TUNA IN INDONESIA’S ARCHIPELAGIC WATERS

    Significant roles of the fishery in the Indonesia’s archipelagic waters/IAW (FMAs 713, 714 and 715), with proportion of around 60% came from the IAW, and a strong residential behavior for skipjack (SKJ) and yellowfin tuna (YFT) encourage Indonesia to develop harvest strategies for the tropical tuna in the IAW. This is a priority action of the National Tuna Management Plan (NTMP) for tropical and neritic tuna. Fisheries operating in the IAW are mainly small scale commercial vessels. A specific harvest strategy framework that appropriate with the fishery characteristics has been developed. This paper describes the process of harvest strategy (HS) development for the tropical tuna in the Indonesia’s archipelagic waters (FMAs 713, 714 and 715). The HS is developed scientific works (including data collection, analysis/modelling and series technical and consultative stakeholder workshops as well as expert consultancies. Four technical workshops and seven stakeholder workshops have been done between 2015 and 2017. An interim HS (consisted of management objective, limit reference point, monitoring, analysis, harvest control rule and management measure) has been determined and agreed. Continues collaboration and commitment from related stakeholders including Government, fishers, fishing association, NGOs by adopting co-mangement and participatory approach in implementing the agreed harvest strategy, through data collection and sustain supports.The time series of catch and effort data, and size data could be used to monitor the fishery, stok status and its performance.In addition, involvement of relevant international tuna experts through expert consultancies are integrated process with the technical and stakeholder workshops. This HS development process is still on-going and can be refined, as HS development is a cycle process

    PENGEMBANGAN BUKU DIGITAL NONTEKS PELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA BERWAWASAN HUKUM BERANCANGAN PENDEKATAN KOMUNIKATIF-INTEGRATIF UNTUK KELAS X SMA Lilis Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong digitalisasi pembelajaran, termasuk pengembangan bahan ajar digital. Selain itu, tantangan yang dihadapi peserta didik, seperti meningkatnya kenakalan remaja, menuntut adanya nilai-nilai hukum yang diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran sehingga bahasa mempunyai peran dalam meminimalisasi kenakalan remaja yang marak terjadi. Berdasarkan wawancara ditemukan bahwa masih banyak peserta didik yang melakukan pelanggaran aturan sekolah. Oleh sebab itu, penulis mengembangkan buku pendamping digital yang berwawasan hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk buku digital nonteks pelajaran bahasa Indonesia berwawasan hukum untuk kelas X SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari empat tahap: define, design, development, dan diseminate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi kelayakan produk dari aspek bahan ajar mendapatkan nilai skor dengan rata-rata 4 pada kategori “layak” dari interval 0-5. Aspek materi dengan nilai skor rata-rata 4,6 pada kategori “sangat layak” dari interval 0-5. Aspek bahasa dengan nilai skor rata-rata 4,4 dengan kategori “sangat layak” dari interval 0-5. Secara keseluruhan diperoleh rata-rata 4,3 dengan kategori “sangat layak” dari interval 0-5. Adapun hasil nilai respons peserta didik dengan rata-rata skor 4,0 dengan kategori “layak” dari interval 0-5 dan hasil nilai respons pendidik dengan rata-rata 4,3 dengan kategori “sangat layak” dari interval 0-5. Bahan ajar ini mendapatkan respons positif dari peserta didik dan pendidik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar digital bahasa Indonesia berwawasan hukum untuk SMA layak digunakan sebagai buku pendamping dalam proses pembelajaran. DEVELOPMENT OF A NON-TEXT BOOK OF DIGITAL LESSONS IN INDONESIAN WITH A LEGAL PERSPECTIVE WITH A COMMUNICATIVE-INTEGRATIVE APPROACH FOR CLASS X SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Lilis Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia ABSTRACT The existence of companion books is still inadequate and challenges in the world of education, such as the increase in juvenile delinquency, require legal values to be integrated in learning so that language has a role in minimizing juvenile delinquency that is rampant. Based on interviews, it was found that there are still many students who violate school rules. Therefore, the author developed a companion book with a legal perspective. This research aims to produce Indonesian digital teaching material products with legal insight for class X SMA. The research method used in this study is research and development (R&D) with the 4D development model consisting of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results showed that the validation of product feasibility from the aspect of teaching materials received an average score of 4 in the “feasible” category from the interval 0-5. The material aspect with an average score of 4.6 in the “very feasible” category from the 0-5 interval. The language aspect with an average score of 4.4 in the “very feasible” category from the 0-5 interval. Overall, an average of 4.3 was obtained in the “very feasible” category from the 0-5 interval. The results of the learner response value with an average score of 4.0 with the category “feasible” from the interval 0-5 and the results of the educator response value with an average of 4.3 with the category “very feasible” from the interval 0-5. This teaching material received a positive response from learners and educators. This shows that Indonesian digital teaching materials with a legal perspective for high school are suitable for use as companion books in the learning process.     CHANGES IN FISHING PATTERN FROM SURFACE TO DEEP LONGLINE FISHING BY THE INDONESIAN VESSELS OPERATING IN THE INDIAN OCEAN

    (P.T. Perikanan Samodra Besar) data are a valuable source, since they are the longest time series of catch and effort data available from the fishery. This paper aimed to interpret the spatial and temporal catch and effort trends to the extent possible and to reconcile apparent changes in targeting practices against the actual catch. Catch and effort data collected by P.T. Perikanan Samodra Besar from its Benoa-based longliners during 1978-1995 were summed to obtain annual catch, effort, and catch per unit of effort trends. To generate spatial distributions of catch and effort, catch and effort data were aggregated by 5-degree squares. The data showed that P.T. Perikanan Samodra Besar vessels commenced deep longlining in 1983, i.e. 56% of the total sets in 1983 using 10 or more hooks between floats. Prior to that, P.T. Perikanan Samodra Besar vessels used 6 hooks between floats,which resulted in a larger amount of yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) as well as overall tuna catch. However, bigeye tuna (Thunnus obsesus) catch per unit of effort only increased from 1992. The increase in big eye tuna catch per unit of effort coincided with a reduced fishing range and concentration within an area where P.T. Perikanan Samodra Besar had not previously experienced high big eye tuna catches, as opposed to focusing their effort on areas where they had historically caught big eye tuna. In the absence of supplementary information, and assuming that the switch to deep longlining in 1983 was done to target big eye tuna, the analysis suggests that the outcome of P.T. Perikanan Samodra Besar fishing activities between 1983 and 1991 were inconsistent with their objectives
