Dataset in support of the paper 'Recovering shear stiffness degradation curves from classification data with a neural network approach'
This dataset consists of digitised shear stiffness degradation data taken from 23 publications along with eight associated soil classification parameters.
The data was originally produced by a range of laboratory and in-situ testing.
A total of 240 stiffness degradation curves and sets of soil classification parameters are included.
This dataset was extracted from, edited, and reformatted from an earlier dataset collated by Sadik Oztoprak which was analysed in Oztoprak and Bolton (2013) and has been shared with all necessary permissions.
This new dataset has been used for work on recovering shear stiffness degradation curves using Artificial Neural Networks.

Sadik and complex Sadik integral transforms of system of ordinary differential equations
The integral transforms has an essential role to solve the differential and integral equations. In this paper the Sadik and complex Sadik transforms are discussed in detail through an application study for solving initial value problem iincludes the system of ODEs and result explained that Sadik and complex Sadik transforms that closely related.

Pemikiran Agus Hasan Bashori tentang waktu fajar sadik
ABSTRACT:
The appearance of Fajar Sadik until now still causes polemics among experts in formulating the height of the Sun which is used as a reference for the entry of dawn time, since the news emerged that the beginning of the time prevailing in Indonesia was too early or the appearance of Fajar Sadik had not been indicated at an altitude of -20º.Several studies have formulated various criteria, one of the criteria that attracts attention to be studied is the criteria of Agus Hasan Bashori which indicates that the appearance of the new Fajar Sadik can be seen at an altitude of -15º.
Therefore, this study refers to Agus Hasan Bastori's thoughts regarding the time of Fajar Sadik using two formulations of the problem, namely What are the factors that distinguish Agus Hasan Bashori's thoughts about the time of Fajar Sadik with the provisions of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and How is reliable of the data obtained using Agus Hasan Bashori’s methode of Fajar Sadik Observation? This research is a qualitative research with the scope of library research obtained from interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained is then analyzed descriptively.
The results of this study indicate that the difference in criteria between the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Agus Hasan Bashori is caused by several factors both in jurisprudence and Astronomy, while the main cause of the difference between the two is the is brightness of the sky at observation location. The method used by Agus Hasan Bashori to watch Fajar still uses the manual method, namely Musyāhadah (watching Fajar with his eyes) so that Agus Hasan Bashori's method is classified as very simple, but the data obtained using method is reliable to use because this method has been used since the time of the Prophet and until now it has become a reference for astronomers in indicating the appearance of Fajar Sadik
Solutions of differential equations in bicomplex space using Sadik transforms
In this paper, we present the Sadik transform in Bicomplex space and prove that it exists under piecewise continuity and exponential order. To give a thorough knowledge of the defined transform, we examine key characteristics of the Bicomplex Sadik transform, such as linearity, duality, uniqueness, and convolution. This transform’s efficiency is illustrated by solving matrix integral equations and differential equations with it. We also apply the Bicomplex Sadik transform to the time-dependent Schrödinger equation, emphasizing its applicability and promise in quantum mechanics
Women in Top management: Role Models from around the Globe share their Paths to success/ Bettina Al-Sadik-Lowinski.
In English.Ask 110 top female executives from five nations to reflect on their careers and leadership as part of an international scientific study and you will uncover a set of recommendations for women who want to become and remain international business leaders. There is also invaluable advice for corporate managers wanting to recruit skilled women into executive positions. This book is based on the authentic experiences and original words of the interviewees - all of whom are senior female executives - and on the author's analytical insights, all set within a qualitative, scientific framework. In this international research project, the Global Women Career Lab, the author analyzes what motivates these fascinating role models, how they plan their career trajectories, what mechanisms they use to overcome obstacles and what leadership strategies have enabled these women to reach senior management positions. The book offers the reader a remarkable insight into the experiences of women in top business positions in Russia, China, Japan, France and Germany.
