At present, the product- and supplier-oriented practices in the pharmaceutical market of Georgia definitely require a change of direction, and it is necessary to take into account the features of the market, which determine prospects in the direction of safe and rational pharmacotherapy. Pharmaceutical activity should be a patient-oriented and state-regulated field, the main goal of which is to provide the population with effective, safe, affordable and high-quality medicines. For all of this, it is necessary to properly describe the specific features of this field and the recommendations offered by the World Health Organization and the International Pharmaceutical Federation in the regulatory laws. The Symbolism of the Novel's Subtitles in A Biblical-christian Context (Based on Nodar Dumbadze's Novel «the White Banners»)
No full textThe present paper is part of a complex study of the work of Georgian writer Nodar Dumbadze. This time, our aim is to explore one particular aspect of his novel White Flags from a different perspective. Specifically, the novel is structurally divided into chapters, each of which the author has individually titled. These titles are highly expressive and thought-provoking, though at times they may seem vague at first glance. Through our research, we have determined that these titles should be interpreted metaphorically. This reveals that each one emphasizes a biblical-Christian context, which, during the Soviet era—an "age of godlessness"—represents a bold and counter-current move on the part of the writer. Our goal is to clarify the symbolic significance of the novel's chapter titles in order to contribute to a more complete understanding of the work, both for general readers and for scholars interested in Dumbadze's literary legacy

It is natural that the fields, technological processes, etc., are characterized by their specifics and the safety rules should be different for them. In pharmacies, laboratories, training and scientific research laboratories, warehouses, production equipment are subject to daily cleaning. Cabinets in storage rooms should be cleaned as needed, but at least once a week. Wet cleaning of the pharmacy, laboratory/ factory (floor and equipment) before starting work. Only dry cleaning of laboratory / production using disinfectants is not allowed. Waste and rubbish should be collected in special containers with a moving lid and should be removed at least once a day. Hand-washed sinks, toilets and garbage containers should be cleaned, rinsed and disinfected daily. Personnel are required to follow the rules of personal hygiene and industrial sanitation, to carry out the relevant personnel to perform food, smoking, as well as storage of food, tobacco and personal medicines in pharmacies, training and scientific research laboratories and departures. Pharmaceutical establishments do not comply with the hygienic norms of the internal and external environment, physical, chemical and biological factors of the labor process. The facility also does not take into account psychosocial factors related to safety (stress, communication, post-traumatic stress, etc.); Most pharmaceutical establishments (50-60%) do not have a fire board with appropriate equipment, evacuation exit and scheme. The growing resistance of microorganisms to convectional antimicrobial agents is a source of concern to clinical microbiologists all over the world. As a result, efforts are being made to develop antimicrobial agents from local sources for better chemotherapeutic effects. A novel lectin containing protein fractions (AD1 and MP1) are isolated from widespread commercially available edible plants Artemisia dracunculus and Mentha pulegium. The fractions had special agglutinating activity with rabbit trypsin-treated erythrocytes at minimum concentrations of 0.05 mg/ml and 0.017 mg/ml respectively. Furthermore, lectin activity of isolated fractions was confirmed by the inhibition of hemagglutination activities with carbohydrates D-galactose (in the case of Artemisia dracunculus) and Dtrehalose dehydrate (in the case of Mentha pulegium) at minimum concentrations of 0.78 mM and 25 mM respectively. Due to the carbohydrate specificity, lectin containing fraction from Mentha pulegium inhibits growth and development of Actinomyces griseus and Streptomyces albogriseolus subsp. Aragviensis. Many anti-inflammatory medications currently prescribed are of plant origin. So, the biggest challenge is to move from demonstrating the effectiveness of plant extracts to identifying molecules that have the desired effect. Soluble galactosespecific lectin fraction from Artemisia dracunculus has no effect on growth and development of Actinomicetes, while soluble lectin fraction with trehalose binding specificity inhibits growth and development of Actinomyces griseus, and Streptomyces albogriseolus subsp. Aragviensis, but no action was detected in the case of Nocardiopsis dessonvillei. Based on the data only Mentha pulegium soluble lectin influence on spore viability has been studied

No full textThe quality of the provision of medicines to the population depends not only on the number of medicines available in the pharmacy network, but also on the rational use of this range and the peculiarities of the pharmaceutical market. The socially oriented pharmaceutical market targets those segments of the population (disabled, pensioners, children, students, large and disadvantaged families, the chronically ill) who are unable to afford the cost of medicines. The realization of the concept of a socially oriented pharmaceutical market needs to address and resolve many political and economic issues, as the outcome of resolving many issues in a free market economy can be negative. Improper practice of prescribing medications is partly due to the lack of mechanisms for monitoring the side effects of medications and the lack of statistical information about their use. Antioxidants are substances that the human body constantly needs in order to maintain it in a normal state, which means maintaining the necessary balance between free oxidative radicals and antioxidant forces, the role of which is played by antioxidants.Vitamin E increases the body's nonspecific resistance, and by activating the synthesis of cytokines, tocopherol stimulates its own anti-inflammatory activity. The effect of vitamin E is to stimulate the reproduction of immune cells, systems that need to quickly multiply when they meet the source of a possible disease. In the body, this process is called mitogenesis.The pharmacodynamic effects of tocopherol are synergistic when combined with vitamins C and A. Retinol provides formation of immune (protective) cells, lining respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract, serving as a natural barrier to infection. Medicine will enhance possibilities of adaptation of the organism to the changed environment, because, in many cases, it is very difficult to protect the population from the impact of the negative factor (including ionizing radiation, natural disasters, etc.) According the study results “Geomin Forte” can be used during intoxications (used as the best sorbent for food, infectious, occupational intoxications, chronic metals and chronic exposure to radiation). As well as when the functional state of the immune system is impaired and fatigue and as an adjunct for allergic diseases. The mineral zeolite (clinoptilolite), the 500 mg activated clinoptilolite "Geomin Forte" developed by us is characterized by antioxidant action. Unlike the conventional antioxidants, it stimulates the body's endogenous antioxidant system and is a direct-acting oxidoreductive agent. Its activated natural mineral zeolite (clinoptilolite) acts directly on the cell membrane as a surface-active donor of electrons.With its oxidizing effect, "Geomin Forte" is 200 times more than vitamins C and E.
