قررت مجلة أنساق سحب المقالة المذكورة أعلاه بسبب الكشف مؤخرًا عن سبق نشرها في فترة متزامنة بعنوان مشابه: "دور المعرفة المعجمية في التمكن من اللغة واستعمالها"، الحسن عبد النوري، مجلة اللغة والاتصال، المجلد 13، العدد 21، مارس 2018.
إن تقارب تواريخ نشر المقالتين، مع تطابق المحتوى نصًا، يشير إلى ازدواجية طلب النشر للمجلتين المذكورتين أعلاه، وعدم إخطار مجلة أنساق بذلك.
وحيث إن مجلة أنساق، ودار نشر جامعة قطر تتبعان إجراءات لجنة أخلاقيات النشر (COPE) في معالجة الانتهاكات وسحب المقالات، فقد قامت المجلة بالإجراءات المعتادة في هذه الحالة، وأصدرت قرارها بسحب المقالة المذكورة بسبب النشر المزدوج غير المعلن عنه من المؤلف في حينه؛ عن قصد أو عن غير قصد. علمًا بأن دار نشر جامعة قطر لم تكن آنذاك المسؤول عن النشر في مجلة أنساق.

Ansaq journal, Volume 2, Issue 2, June 2018
Ansaq journal decided to retract the above-mentioned article due to the recent disclosure of a previously published article with a similar title: "The Role of Lexical Knowledge in Language Proficiency and Use," El-Hassane Abedenouri, Journal of Language and Communication, Vol. 13, Issue 21, March 2018.
The closeness of the publication dates of the two articles, with the content and text being identical, indicates the duplication of the publication submission request for the two aforementioned journals, and the failure to notify Ansaq journal about this.
Since Ansaq journal and Qatar University Press follow the Code of Conduct of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), in dealing with misconduct and retracting articles, the journal carried out the prevalent procedures in this case, and issued its decision to retract the aforementioned article due to the unannounced dual publication, intentionally or unintentionally, by the author at the time.
It is worth noting that, at that time, Qatar University Press was not responsible for publishing in Ansaq journal.

Immigration which is a common phenomenon in the history of France sets a new problem to French society because of its significance, its fast moving pace and the circumstances found in civilization. The author does not pretend to propose a programme whose main lines could vary with time. He shows the intellectual or practical difficulties of "opening doors". This article which is not really indulgent remains optimistic. The immigrant and his foreign friend in spite of their differences think and feel they are "socii" ; the meaning of their social status will be clarified afterwards.L'immigration, phénomène presque coutumier dans l'histoire de France, pose par son ampleur, par son rythme précipité, par les circonstances civilisationnelles, un problème nouveau à la société française. L'auteur ne prétend pas proposer un programme dont les lignes pourraient varier avec le temps. Il montre les difficultés intellectuelles ou pratiques de certaines ouvertures. Écologie de la reproduction de Dendrocygna viduata Linnaeus, 1766 (Dendrocygne veuf) dans la vallée du fleuve Niger
No full textThe study is undertaken on the sites of Ayérou, Kandadji and Kokorou where still a significant population of Dendrocygna viduata remains. The objective of this study is to include/understand the ecology of the reproduction (measurable and no measurable parameter) of widowed Dendrocygne in the valley of the Niger River, in order to capitalize knowledge for a durable ecological management of this species and its habitat. Methodology applied consists initially with the systematic research of the nests on the sites. Then, L be detected nests will be numbered by a numerical code alpha by order of localized detection then using a GPS, the position and various data will be collected such as the number of egg, vegetation observed around the nests (species, height, covering %), the internal and external diameter of the nest. In end, the eggs will be measured individually, length (l) and the width (l) will be measured by using a slide caliper. The volume of eggs (v) will be calculated by using the formula of Hoyt. This like on the three (3) sites, 47 nests are identified including 14 nests with Ayérou, 13 nests with Kandadji and 20 nests with Kokorou. The average external diameter on the whole of nests is of 26.34cm and the diameter interns’ average is of 18.5çm. On the whole, 347 eggs are laid in the whole of the nests with a rate of reproduction is 50% with Ayérou, 46.15% with Kandadji and 45% with Kokorou.
Keywords: Ecology, biology, reproduction, Niger River, dam Kandadji L’étude est menée sur les sites d’Ayérou, Kandadji et Kokorou où subsiste encore une importante population de Dendrocygna viduata. L’objectif de cette étude est de comprendre l’écologie de la reproduction (paramètre mesurable et non mesurable) de Dendrocygne veuf dans la vallée du fleuve Niger, afin de capitaliser les connaissances en vue d’une gestion écologique durable de cette espèce et de son habitat. La méthodologie appliquée consiste d’abord à la recherche systématique des nids sur les sites. Ensuite, les nids détectés seront numérotés par un code alpha numérique par ordre de détection puis localisé à l’aide d’un GPS, la position et diverses données seront collectées telle que : le nombre d’œuf, la végétation observée autour des nids (espèce, hauteur, recouvrement %), le diamètre interne et externe du nid. En fin, Les œufs seront mesurés individuellement, la longueur (L) et la largeur (l) seront mesurées en utilisant un pied à coulisse. Le volume des œufs (V) sera calculé en utilisant la formule de Hoyt. Cet ainsi que sur les trois (3) sites, 47 nids sont identifiés dont 14 nids à Ayérou, 13 nids à Kandadji et 20 nids à Kokorou. Le diamètre externe moyen sur l’ensemble de nids est de 26,34cm et le diamètre interne moyen est de 18,51cm. Au total, 347 œufs sont pondus dans l’ensemble des nids avec un taux de reproduction est de 50% à Ayérou, 46,15% à Kandadji et 45% à Kokorou.

The Effect of Granulation Time of the Pan Granulation on the Characteristics of the Aggregates Containing Dunkirk Sediments
No full textAbstractThe wet granulation process presents complex interactions between equipment variables as well as material properties making the outcome of a granulation process hard to predict. A frequently encountered difficulty is the process control for optimal condition of the granulation. This requirement depends largely on the operator and the desired properties of the final product.In this study, before the fabrication of aggregates by the pan granulation by associating the sediments with a specific hydraulic binder, the ingredients were characterised. Then, the evolution of the aggregate size with the granulation time has been explored. Finally, the physical and mechanical properties of artificial aggregates formulated by the pan granulation were discussed. The results of this study show firstly, that the use of marine sediments dredged from Dunkirk harbour in France in the production of artificial aggregates is a flexible and positive approach. Secondly, that the granulation time is an important parameter that controls the granulation by wet granulation plate
ON THE PRESERVATION OF QUASI-MODULARITY

This notion, which play an important role especially for Galois theories of purely inseparable extensions, was used to characterize purely inseparable extensions of bounded exponent which were tensor products of simple extensions. A natural extension of the denition of modularity is to say that K/k is q-modular (quasi-modular) if K is modular up to nite extension. In subsequent papers M. Chellali and the author have studied various property of q-modular eld extensions, including the questions of q-modularity preservation in case [k : k p ] is nite. This paper grew out of an attempt to nd an analogue results concerning the preservation of q-modularity, without the hypothesis on k but with extra assumptions on K/k. In particular, we investigate existence conditions of lower (resp upper) quasi-modular closures for a given q-nite extension

Aneurysmal cyst of the thumb in young adults: about an exceptional case
No full textThe aneurysmal bone cyst is a benign, locally aggressive tumour. It affects children and young adults with a preference for the long bones and the vertebrae, rarely the hand. Involvement of the thumb is exceptional, the author reports an observation in a young 18-year-old patient, complaining of a painful swelling of the right thumb. The positive diagnosis is evoked on radiography, confirmed by the histology after surgical biopsy.
