Redenção-CE, 2015O estudo em tela tem como objetivo refletir acerca da manifestação cultural no Maciço de Baturité, em especial Guaramiranga, para além de eventos isolados como shows e apresentação teatrais da cidade, mas também de referências históricas, costumes, condutas, desejos e reflexões. A metodologia utilizada nesse trabalho baseia-se na pesquisa bibliográfica e pesquisa de campo. Como instrumento de coleta de dados
foram realizadas 03 (três) entrevistas semiestruturadas com idealizadores e produtores do “Festival de Jazz e Blues” e com um associado da Associação Amigos da Arte de Guaramiranga - AGUA, bem como observação participante durante o Festival de 2012/2013/2014. Após análise, destaca-se que o Festival surgiu como uma forma de resistência ao carnaval do litoral cearense, cuja cultura local era do mela-mela e música pernambucana e baiana e a ausência de “outras” alternativas àquele modus operandi de carnavais na capital e em outras cidades do Estado. Ao mesmo tempo, percebe-se que a questão de resistência não desponta como a afirmação da cultura afro-americana, possível a partir da escolha do gênero jazz e o blues, reconhecidamente como a música dos negros
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Head ventrally with narrow black stripe, sub-adjacent to juga outer margin, extending from antennal tubercle to bucculae apex. Pronotum with a transversal orange or yellowish stripe, without punctures; anterolateral margins crenulated; posterolateral margins sinuated, without projections (Fig. 2). Humeral angles developed. Male: pygophore dorsoposteriorly opened, genital cup widely exposed; ventral rim of pygophore ventrally projected in a beaklike structure; parameres scythe-like, long, and slender. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Radar da inovação: estudo em uma empresa de eventos localizada em Mossoró/RN
Get PDFMonografiaNão possuiA inovação vem sendo o canal que impulsiona as empresas a novos horizontes e ao mesmo tempo a se manter firme em suas áreas de atuação. Uma das formas para analisar a inovação é por meio de ferramentas de mensuração como o radar da inovação que pode auxiliar as empresas na realização de um autodiagnóstico geral das inovações organizacionais e também na identificação de oportunidades de inovação. Dessa forma a presente pesquisa se propôs a analisar a inovação organizacional em uma empresa do setor de eventos de Mossoró/RN, e especificamente: aplicar o radar da inovação na empresa de eventos estudada; analisar as dimensões propostas pelo radar da inovação; identificar as dimensões de inovação mais ou menos desenvolvidas na empresa de eventos estudada. Classifica-se, metodologicamente, como uma pesquisa aplicada de caráter qualitativa, fundamentada nas pesquisas descritiva e exploratória, que através de um estudo de caso foi possível levantar informações sobre o tema em questão. A coleta de dados foi feita por meio do questionário semiestruturado junto ao gerente da empresa estudada. Os resultados indicam que a empresa por meio da análise das dimensões do radar da inovação, a mesma teve nove dimensões mais desenvolvidas que são: oferta, plataforma, solução, cliente, experiência, valor, cadeia de fornecimento, presença e marca. As demais se mostraram menos desenvolvidas, apesar da importância que apresentam para a empresa. A conclusão indica que a pesquisa alcançou os objetivos propostos geral e específicos, mostrando que o a inovação está presente na empresa estudada trazendo melhorias setoriais e contribuindo para a permanência da organização no mercado, bem como expandindo os serviços prestados pela organização ao interior de estados vizinhos, fazendo com que a empresa cresça se expanda e consequentemente exista uma maior lucratividade em suas receitas.Trabalho não financiado por agência de fomento, ou autofinanciad
