ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN SARANA DAN PRASARANA : Studi Kasus di SMP Tutwuri Handayani Cimahi
Penelitian ini berjudul ”Analisis Kebutuhan Sarana dan Prasarana (Studi Kasus di SMP Tutwuri Handayani Cimahi)”. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana di sekolah yang belum sepenuhnya mengikuti aturan yang berlaku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan tentang ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana di SMP Tutwuri Handayani Cimahi. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hal ini berdasrakan pada kondisi dan konteks masalah yang dikaji, yaitu mengenai gambaran sarana dan prasarana di sekolah dan sejauh mana tingkat ketercapaian standar sarana dan prasarana. Untuk pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh di lapangan dilakukan analisis data untuk mendapatkan temuan penelitian. Keabsahan data diuji dengan kredibilitas data dan konfirmabilitas. Temuan penelitian yaitu kondisi sarana dan prasarana di SMP Tutwuri Handayani yang cukup baik dan sesuai dengan standar sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Namun masih ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran agar digunakan sebaik mungkin. Upaya pemenuhan fasilitas pendidikan sekolah tersebut dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis alternatif pemecahan masalah melalui penilaian kekuatan dan kelemahan setiap alternatif pemecahan. Hasil yang diperlihatkan berdasarkan komponen alternatif pemecahan memperlihatkan bahwa komponen pelibatan dunia usaha dan industri menjadi pilihan pertama untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan keterbatasan sarana prasarana. Penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa proses pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan sekolah dapat dikatakan cukup baik namun belum secara keseluruhan mengikuti aturan yang berlaku dan penulis dapat merekomendasikan pelaksanaan pemenuhan standar sarana dan prasarana di SMP Tutwuri Handayani Cimahi.;--This research entitled " Need Analysis of School Facilities at SMP Tutwuri Handayani". The background of this research is based on the availability of facilities and infrastructure in schools that have not fully followed the applicable rules. The purpose of this study was to describe the availability of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Tutwuri Handayani. The method that will be used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This is based on the conditions and context of the problem being studied, namely regarding the description of facilities and infrastructure at the school and the extent to which the standard of facilities and infrastructure is reached. For data collection, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data obtained in the field were analyzed using data to obtain research findings. The validity of the data was tested with data credibility and confirmation. Research findings are the condition of the facilities and infrastructure at SMP Tutwuri Handayani which is quite good and in accordance with the standards of educational facilities and infrastructure. But there are still some things that must be considered in the use of learning media so that they are used as best as possible. Efforts to fulfill the school education facilities are carried out by analyzing alternative solutions to problems through assessing the strengths and weaknesses of each alternative solution. The results shown based on the alternative components of the solution show that the component of business and industry involvement is the first choice to solve the problem of limited infrastructure. The author can conclude that the process of fulfilling the facilities and infrastructure carried out by the school can be said to be quite good but not yet in full compliance with the applicable rules and the author can recommend the implementation of the standard of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Tutwuri Handayani
CHARLES DICKENS' VIEW OF THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION AS REFLECTED IN HARD TIMES

Of course, the authors include a view of social phenomena that occur in his work. Industrial Revolution is one of the major phenomena that occur in the UK that brings great change to society. Besejarah events portrayed very nicely by Charles Dickens, the novelist who also observers of social reform through his novel Hard Times. This study aims to determine the views of the Charles Dickens Industrial Revolution trough genetic structuralism approach. key words: society, view, phenomena   Abstrak Karya sastra merupakan pandangan seorang pengarang terhadap hidup ini atau ide-ide tertentu tentang kehidupan. Dengan kata lain, penulis adalah bagian dari karyanya. Banyak penulis menganggap lingkungan sangat mungkin untuk dijadikan suatu bahan penulisan karya sastra. Tentu saja, penulis menyertakan pandangan terhadap fenomena sosial yang terjadi di dalam karyanya. Revolusi Industri merupakan salah satu fenomena besar yang terjadi di Inggris yang membawa perubahan besar bagi masyarakatnya. STRATEGI SEKOLAH LUAR BIASA (SLB) E HANDAYANI DALAM PENGEMBANGAN PERILAKU PADA PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN HAMBATAN EMOSI DAN GANGGUAN PERILAKU
Penting untuk menyadari bahwa setiap peserta didik memiliki kebutuhan yang berbeda. Demikian pula dengan peserta didik dengan hambatan emosi dan gangguan perilaku yang memiliki hambatan serta gangguan yang mempengaruhi pada kehidupan sosialnya. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya strategi pengembangan perilaku untuk peserta didik agar peserta didik dapat bersosialisasi dan memiliki kehidupan sosial yang baik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan SLB E Handayani dalam pengembangan perilaku peserta didik dengan hambatan emosi dan gangguan perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dengan metode reduksi data dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan SLB E Handayai dalam menyusun program pengembangan perilaku peserta didik melalui dua cara, yaitu dengan memberikan keteladanan dalam banyak hal seperti cara berpakaian yang rapi dan bersih, datang ke sekolah tepat waktu, dan juga melalui pembelajaran Bina Pribadi Sosial (BPS). Pada program sekolah dalam mengembangkan perilaku peserta didik, sekolah membutuhkan kerja sama dengan pihak yang memiliki kaitan dengan peserta didik ini, misalnya seperti dengan guru kelas, pengasuh asrama, dan juga peksos dari peserta didik tersebut. Kegiatan atau aktivitas peserta didik yang dilakukan dalam upaya untuk mengembangkan perilakunya biasanya berupa upacara apel pagi dan upacara apel sebelum peserta didik kembali ke asrama untuk membentuk disiplin, tata krama, dan rasa tanggung jawab pada peserta didik. Faktor pendukung pada pelaksanaan strategi sekolah dalam pengembangan perilaku peserta didik ini apabila peserta didik kooperatif dalam mengikuti instruksi dan juga menjalankan tugas-tugas yang diberikan. Faktor penghambat pada pelaksanaan strategi sekolah dalam pengembangan perilaku peserta didik ini apabila keluarga dari peserta didik yang tidak mau berkoordinasi untuk memberikan support kepada peserta didik, hal tersebut akan berdampak kepada peserta didik menjadi tidak percaya diri di linkungan Sentra Handayani. Namun SLB E Handayani punya solusi untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut dengan terus memberikan dukungan kepada siswa dan memberi contoh.

It is important to realize that each student has different needs. Likewise, students with emotional and behavioral disorders have obstacles and disorders that affect their social life. Therefore, it is important to develop behavioral strategies in students so that students can socialize and have a good social life. Based on this, the author conducted this research with the aim of finding out the strategies used by SLB E Handayani in developing the behavior of students with emotional barriers and behavioral disorders. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses descriptive data analysis with data reduction and data triangulation methods. The research results show that SLB E Handayai plans to develop a student behavior development program in two ways, namely by providing examples in many ways such as dressing neatly and cleanly, coming to school on time, and also through learning Social Personal Development (BPS). In school programs to develop student behavior, schools require collaboration with parties related to these students, for example class teachers, dormitory caretakers, and also student social workers. Student activities or activities carried out in an effort to develop their behavior usually take the form of a morning roll call ceremony and an attendance ceremony before students return to the dormitory to form discipline, manners and a sense of responsibility in students. The supporting factor for implementing school strategies in developing student behavior is if students are cooperative in following instructions and also carrying out the tasks given. The inhibiting factor in implementing school strategies in developing student behavior is if the student's family does not want to coordinate to provide support to the student, this will have an impact on students becoming less confident in the Handayani Center environment. However, SLB E Handayani has a solution to overcome these inhibiting factors by continuing to provide support to students and setting an example
Enhancing English For Nursing: A Comprehensive Needs Analysis For Effective Communication In Emergency Nursing Study Programs
students enrolled in nursing study programs with a focus on emergency characteristics. The investigation encompasses both target needs and learning needs, emphasizing the specific language requirements in the nursing field. English for Nursing falls under the domain of English for Specific Purposes (ESP), designed to cater to learners' specific language needs, fostering more effective and comprehensive teaching and learning. By aligning English instruction with the demands of the nursing discipline, non-English program students will gain familiarity with English tailored to nursing contexts. The ESP approach aims to address the specific language acquisition challenges faced by learners with distinct objectives. Data collection involves questionnaires administered to 45 students and direct interviews with emergency nursing lecturers. Findings reveal the significance of learning English for improved communication within the context of conversations or practical applications. The identified English materials concentrate on terms relevant to nursing study programs, particularly those associated with emergency characteristics, becoming the focal points of instruction. Additionally, materials focusing on enhancing listening and speaking skills emerge as key priorities in the learning process. The outcomes of this study are anticipated to serve as a valuable reference for the design and development of syllabi, specifically tailored to English for Nursing courses
Application of Design Thinking For The Design of Bogor Batik Tilu Sauyunan Motif
Background: The diversity of batik motif designs is one of the key factors driving public interest in batik. In the batik industry, particularly among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), innovation in creating new batik motifs presents a significant challenge to the sustainability of the business in Indonesia. Therefore, this study focuses on one of the SME batik businesses in Bogor.Purpose: The aim of this study is to explore the mapping process involved in creating the Tilu Sauyunan batik motif, a signature design of Bogor City, at the Handayani Geulis Batik Bogor enterprise.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study employs a qualitative approach using the design thinking method to analyze the problems and solutions in the batik creation process.Findings/Results: The analysis reveals that applying the design thinking method to the creation of the Tilu Sauyunan batik motif successfully establishes a visual identity that encapsulates the cultural essence and identity of Bogor.Conclusion: The design thinking approach demonstrated in this study effectively integrates elements and icons of Bogor into the Tilu Sauyunan batik motif, resulting in an appealing and distinctive visual identity.Originality/Value (State of the Art): Handayani Geulis Batik Bogor is a rapidly growing SME in the Indonesian batik industry. Through the innovative efforts of its owner and support from the Indonesian government, the business has expanded internationally. Positioning the Tilu Sauyunan batik motif as a cultural identity and icon of Bogor has the potential to drive further business growth and recognition.

ROLE OF THE VILLAGE HEAD IN THE MANAGEMENT OF VILLAGE OWNED ENTERPRISES (BUMDes) PRATAMA JAYA IN THE VILLAGE OF SADAR JAYA THE SIAK KECIL SUB DISTRICT OF BENGKALIS ABSTRACT By FITRI HANDAYANI This study aims to determine the role of the village head in the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) Pratama Jaya in Sadar Jaya village, Siak Kecil district, Bengkalis district, and to find out what factors influence the role of village heads in managing village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) Pratama Jaya. in Sadar Jaya Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with data collection using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Then produce descriptive data in the form of written words, spoken words of people and behavior that can be observed by the author and then make conclusions. The results of this study can provide an overview of how the Role of the Village Head in the Management of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Pratama Jaya in Sadar Jaya Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. The informants consisted of the BUMDes Director, BUMDes Supervisor, and the Head of the Savings and Loans Business Unit. Meanwhile, the key informant is the village head. The results of the study can be seen from the research conducted by the author that the pioneering work carried out by the Village Head in the Management of Village Owned Enterprises has not played a role because it can be seen that the indicators implemented are only partially. Actually, the duties and obligations have been explained in the standard operating procedure, but there are several factors that hinder the implementation of BUMDes management. One of the inhibiting factors is the lack of time given by the Village Head in managing BUMDes which has resulted in not carrying out all the duties and obligations of the Village Head as Commissioner of the Pratama Jaya Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) and there is a lack of communication between the village head and BUMDes members

The research that the author conducted aims to determine the moral intelligence of students at the State Elementary School 1 Benteng Ciamis, to determine the efforts of teachers to develop the moral intelligence of students at the State Elementary School 1 Benteng Ciamis, to find out the obstacles in developing the moral intelligence of students at the State Elementary School 1 Benteng Ciamis. The research method used in writing is a qualitative approach. Qualitative research (Qualitative research) is a study aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually and in groups. The collection technique carried out by the author is observation, interviews, documentation.
The results show that education is an effort to improve the quality of the young generation of a nation that can bring positive changes in the functions and goals of individuals to national. In line with the purpose of implementing education, it is not only to give birth to an expert in a particular field, but education is strived to make everyone have good character and behavior so that he always places himself in an environment of society, nation and state in accordance with existing rules and norms (Utami et al., 2017).This research was conducted at SDN 1 Benteng for grade VI students on January 6- 20 January 2020. The data collected in this study was from a student's moral intelligence questionnaire, and student learning outcomes in the form of test scores in April of the 2019/2020 school year in five subjects. The students' main subjects are PKN, Indonesian Language, Mathematics, Science and Social Sciences. Research results that have been obtained by researchers are described in detail for each variable. The discussion of variables is carried out using qualitative data, meaning that the processed data is in the form of numbers or scores which are then interpreted qualitatively. Variable data that will be described in this study are (1) variable data A, namely moral intelligence and (2) variable data B, namely learning outcomes.

Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Halus Anak Melalui Penggunaan Alat Permainan Edukatif Pada Kelompok B Tk Alhidayah Talise Palu Utara
ABSTRAK Permasalahan utama pada penelitian ini yaitu kurangnya kemampuan motorik halus anak pada kelompok B TK Alhidayah Talese. Penelitian dilaksanakan di TK Alhidayah Talise Palu Utara, melibatkan 15 orang anak terdiri atas 8 orang anak laki-laki dan 7 orang anak perempuan yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Di mana pada setiap siklus dilaksanakan tiga kali pertemuan di kelas dan setiap siklus terdiri empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik obsevasi, dan pemberian tugas kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dari data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan sebelum tindakan pengamatan motorik halus anak dalam membuat macam-macam bentuk dari kertas kategori SB 6,66%, B 13,33%, C 26,66%, dan K 53,33%, kemudian motorik halus anak membuat macam-macam bentuk dari plastisin dengan kategori SB 0%, B 13,33%, C 20%, K 66,66%, dan pengamatan menyusun balok menjadi suatu bangunan dengan kategori SB 6,66%, B 6,66%, C 13,33%, K 73,33%. Setelah dilakukan tindakan maka hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui alat permainan edukuatif dapat meningkatkan motorik halus anak, terbukti ada peningkatan motorik halus anak dari siklus I ke siklus II yang diamati dalam membuat macam-macam bentuk dari kertas kategori sangat baik dan baik dari 53,33% menjadi 79,99% (26,66%), peningkatan motorik halus anak dalam membuat macam-macam bentuk dari plastisin kategori sangat baik dan baik dari 46,66% menjadi 80% (33,34%), kemudian yang terakhir pengamatan anak dalam menyusun balok mejadi suatu bangunan kategori sangat baik dan baik dari 53,33% menjadi 86,66% (33,33%). Secara umum terjadi peningkatan dari semua kemampuan yang diukur. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menerapkan alat permainan edukatif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak di TK Alhidayah Talise Palu Utara.
