Transesterification of Vegetables oil using Sub-and Supercritical Methanol
No full textA benign process, non catalytic transesterification in sub and supercritical methanol method was used to prepare biodiesel from vegetables oil. The experiment was carried out in batch type reactor (8.8 ml capacity, stainless steel, AKICO, JAPAN) by changing the reaction condition such as reaction temperature (from 210°C in subcritical condition to 290°C in supercritical state in ranges of 20°C), molar ratio oil to methanol (1:12-1:42) and time of reaction (10-90 min). The fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) content was analyzed by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (GC-FID). Such analysis can be used to determine the biodiesel yield of the transesterification. The results showed that the yield of biodiesel increases gradually with the increasing of reaction time at subcritical state (210-230oC). However, it was drastically increased at the supercritical state (270-290oC). Similarly with the influence of molar ratio oil-methanol, yield biodiesel sharply increased with increasing ratio molar of oil-methanol up to 1:24. The maximum yield 86 and 88% were achieved for soybean oil and palm oil, respectively, at 290oC, 90 min of reaction time and molar ratio of oil to methanol 1:24

No full textWell-being isn’t simply a lack of illness. It includes various factors affecting an individual’s bodily, mental, and social fitness. Pollard and Davidson outline health as “a country of a hit overall performance throughout the existence path integrating bodily, cognitive and social-emotional function”. Practicing mindfulness helps with managing strain and depression. This study considers mindfulness as be a powerful device for dealing with intellectual and bodily fitness issues, in addition to commonly enhancing our overall performance, relationships, and well-being.

Upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan sikap peduli sosial pada siswa MTs Mambaul U’lum Gedangan Kabupaten Malang

Skripsi ini membahas tentang upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan sikap peduli sosial. Di era sekarang ini penanaman sikap peduli sosial pada anak-anak merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Dengan ditanamkan sikap peduli sosial, siswa akan lebih peduli dengan keadaan dan kondisi yang ada di sekitarnya, akan lebih peka dan menjunjung tinggi semangat bergotong royong untuk membantu sesama. Sikap peduli sosial tidak hanya membantu ketika ada bencana tetapi peka terhadap kondisi disekitarnya.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk : (1) mendeskripsikan upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan sikap peduli sosial pada siswa MTs Mambaul U’lum Gedangan Kabupaten Malang, (2) untuk mendeskripsikan kendala kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan sikap peduli sosial pada siswa MTs Mambaul U’lum Gedangan dan bagaimana solusi yang dilakukan.
Untuk mencapai tujuan diatas, digunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian study kasus. Instrument kunci adalah peneliti sendiri, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepala MTs Mambaul Ulum Gedangan Kab.Malang telah berhasil dalam upaya maningkatkan Sikap Peduli Sosial. Keberhasilan ini dapat dilihat dari terlaksananya kegiatan-kegiatan yang sudah tersusun. (1) Upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan Sikap Peduli Sosial yaitu melalui : pendidikan di dalam kelas pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, kegiatan amal jariyah, bakti sosial, takziah, ekstrakurikuler pramuka, zakat idul fitri dan bagi-bagi kue waktu PHBI (Peringatan Hari Besar Islam). (2) kendala yang dihadapi diantaranya adalah faktor dalam diri siswa, faktor ekonomi keluarga, faktor pemerintah (Kecamatan). Sedangkan solusi yang digunakan untuk menghadapi kendala-kendala tersebut adalah menghimbau kepada seluruh siswa agar senantiasa hidup hemat dan mengingatkanya agar selalu menyisihkan uangnya untuk beramal, meningkatkan kegiatan bakti sosial, beusaha mandiri dan tidak bergantung pada pemerintah (Kecamatan).
ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the principal efforts in improving social care attitude. In this era implantation of social care attitude in children is very important. With embedded social care attitude, students will be more concerned with the circumstances and conditions in the surrounding areas, will be more sensitive and uphold the spirit work together to help others . Social care attitude not only helps when there is a disaster, but is sensitive to the surrounding conditions .
The purpose of this study was to : ( 1 ) describe the principal efforts in improving the care of social attitudes in students MTs Mambaul U'lum Gedangan Malang , ( 2 ) to describe the principal obstacle in improving the care of social attitudes in students MTs Mambaul U'lum Gedangan and how the solution is carried out .
To achieve the above objectives , the study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study research . Key instrument is the researcher 's own , and data collection techniques used are observation, interview techniques and engineering documentation . Data were analyzed by means of reducing the data , present the data and draw conclusions .
The results of this study indicate that the head of MTs Mambaul Gedangan Kab.Malang Uloom has succeeded in an attempt maningkatkan Attitudes Social Care . This success can be seen from the implementation of the activities that have been arranged . ( 1 ) Principal Efforts to improve the attitude of the Social Care through: education in the classroom in the Aqeedah subjects Morals and Social Sciences , perpetual charity events , social events , sympathy , extracurricular scout , Eid charity and to divide the cake of time PHBI ( Great Day of Islam ) .
( 2) the constraints faced by them is a factor in the student , family economic factors , government factors ( sub-district ) . While the solution used to deal with these constraints is appealed to the students to always live frugally and mengingatkanya to always set aside money for a charity , improving social activities , Endeavor independent and not rely on government ( the District )
