    Se la narrazione ha un potere performativo, contribuisce cioè a dare forma all’esperienza, le storie di vita - che della narrazione si avvalgono – rappresentano non solo ciò che una vita si lascia dietro di sé come disegno complessivo unitario, ma prefigurazioni emblematiche, insegnamenti che possono guidare il proprio percorso esistenziale, che si possono donare e ricevere. Il potere formativo delle storie di vita consiste infatti nel rivelare il significato di ciò che altrimenti rimarrebbe una sequenza intollerabile di eventi (Arendt), e che può sostenere scelte consapevoli e lungimiranti. Prima che diventasse strumento di ricerca e strategia formativa la pratica delle storie di vita ha caratterizzato le narrazioni domestiche quotidiane con cui le donne hanno dato fisionomia al tempo e riconoscimento alle trame relazionali familiari e informali. Approfittando di questa prospettiva marginale rispetto al pensiero dominante, le donne hanno interrogato la cultura ufficiale tentando “un discorso contro egemonico” (hooks) per decostruire una rappresentazione della soggettività implicitamente oppressiva nella sua univocità (Butler). Collocarsi al margine significa contribuire a produrre una narrazione alternativa, in uno spazio di riconoscimento radicale da cui guardare, immaginare, creare nuovi mondi, più giusti. E non per sé soltanto.If narrative has a performative power, this means that it shapes experience, life stories –which use narration– constitute not only what a life leaves behind itself as an overall unitary design, but also emblematic prefiguration, teachings, that can guide the human subject’s existential path, and they can also be a gift to donate and receive. The formative power of life stories is in fact to reveal the meaning of what would otherwise remain an intolerable sequence of events (Arendt), meaning can support reliable and far-sighted choices. Before becoming a research and training strategy, the life-stories practices characterized every-day domestic narrations with which women have given physiognomy to time and recognition to family and informal relational plots. Taking advantage of this marginal perspective related to dominant thought, women have questioned the official culture attempting a “discourse against hegemony” (hooks) to deconstruct a representation of subjectivity implicitly univocal and oppressive (Butler). Being at the margin means adopting an alternative narrative effort, in a space of radical recognition from which to look, imagine, create new, more just worlds. And not for ourselves only.&nbsp

To solve the existing problems, the author designed a mobile-based version of STT Musi's using waterfall model software development methodology and Unified Modelling Language (UML).     Le parole in carcere patiscono il contesto forse più che in altre situazioni. In particolare, nell’incontro tra detenuti e operatori sociali le parole sono gravate di aspettative e tensioni date dalla compressione dello spazio, dalla mortificazione del corpo e dalla dilatazione del tempo, indicato spesso come tempo ‘sospeso’, che non passa mai. Sono in genere parole rarefatte, per la difficoltà di comprensione linguistica (molti detenuti sono stranieri), per l’impossibilità di preparare e curare gli incontri con tempi e spazi adeguati, per l’assenza di privacy con cui accogliere le parole più dolorose. Questa rarefazione a volte produce chiusura, superficialità, a volte fa emergere l’essenziale, crea spazi per l’autentico. Anche quando le cosiddette ‘attività trattamentali’, con valore (ri)educativo, fanno leva sulle parole – come, ad esempio, i laboratori di narrazione autobiografica – mancano poi le occasioni di verifica, specie nel lungo periodo, cioè manca la possibilità di rilevare come cambia il rapporto con sé stessi e con gli altri, come cambia la capacità di dare forma all’esperienza. Questo è un altro motivo che depotenzia le parole in carcere. E tuttavia è solo dal pensiero divenuto parola che ha inizio una nuova considerazione di sé, in quello spazio in cui possono emergere versioni della propria identità positive accanto a quelle che la detenzione cementa e stigmatizza. Il contributo intende presentare una ricerca qualitativa realizzata con operatori sociali (volontari competenti) nel carcere di S. Vittore, da cui è scaturita una riflessione sul valore delle parole in un contesto così condizionato, dove l’educazione pare in ostaggio a vincoli e limiti, più che animata da operatori impegnati in percorsi rieducativi. Da qui è forse possibile prendere le mosse per schiudere percorsi di rilettura critica e di cambiamento.Words in prison suffer from context perhaps more than in other situations. Particularly in the encounter between inmates and social workers, words are burdened with expectations and tensions given by the compression of space, the mortification of the body and the dilation of time, often referred to as "suspended" time, which never passes. They are usually rarefied words, due to the difficulty of linguistic comprehension (many inmates are foreigners), the impossibility of preparing and curating meetings with adequate time and space, and the absence of privacy with which to accommodate the most painful words. This rarefaction sometimes produces closure, superficiality, sometimes brings out the essential, creates spaces for the authentic. Even when so-called "treatment activities," with (re)educational value, leverage words - such as autobiographical storytelling workshops - there is then a lack of opportunities for verification, especially in the long term, that is, there is a lack of opportunities to detect how the relationship with self and others changes, how the ability to shape experience changes.This is another reason that depotentiates words in prison. And yet it is only from the thought become word that a new consideration of self begins, in that space where positive versions of one's identity can emerge alongside those that imprisonment cements and stigmatizes. The contribution aims to present qualitative research carried out with social workers (competent volunteers) in the S. Vittore prison, from which a reflection on the value of words in such a conditioned context, where education seems to be hostage to constraints and limits, rather than animated by workers committed to reeducational paths, has emerged.
