The research put forward by the authors of the Alifa Islamic Kindergarten Foundation did not make a ledger, a trial balance and did not depreciate its fixed assets.     This thesis involves an examination of feminist issues and concerns in the fictions of two contemporary Egyptian women writers: Alifa Rifaat and Nawal el-Saadawi. The main focus will be on illuminating the social, sexual, economical problems that the literary female characters encounter and how they deal with these various forms of oppressions. Examination of these author\u27s lives and works illustrates the complexity of women within the boundaries of the same nation in matters of gender justice and equality. This further, implicitly, illustrates the complexity of Arab women who tend to be viewed as a cohesive whole

    Culture of Silence in Alifa Rifaat's Distant View of a Minaret: Complicity or Complacency?

    This paper examines the culture of silence that seizes female characters in the face of oppression and neglect sustained by the Islamic cultural milieu in which the literary production is set. Using Distant View of a Minaret, the study employs a qualitative approach which involves literary text analysis in an attempt to unveil Alifa Rifaat’s complicity in the culture of silence that pervades the North African clime where the stories are based. Through character analysis and reactions to issues of patriarchy which receive little or no resistance, the paper discovers that Rifaat’s approach to the myriads of women oppressions by men is that of non-confrontational and silence.With the author’s conformitywith the status quo ante, attention is further concentrated on the culture of silence as a disposition unequivocally promoted by the author. The paper concludes that Rifaat’s approach is a far cry from the radical feminist dispositions of West, South, East, and Central African literary zones. The paper affirms that the author is complicit in the docility that defines women’s reactions to their oppression in the novel. It was, therefore, suggested that Rifaat’s non-confrontational approach should be theorized and localized within the context of the Islamic religious socio-cultural setting. So doing, it will serve as a starting point in the goal of defining the nature and character of women liberation not only in Egypt but other Islamic socio-cultural climes North of the Sahara

    Industri tekstil memainkan peran krusial dalam ekonomi nasional, menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam menjaga kualitas produk untuk memenuhi kepuasan konsumen. Cacat produksi, seperti cacat jarang dan cacat slap pada kain, merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kualitas produk tekstil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem inspeksi cacat kain secara otomatis dengan menggunakan metode pemrosesan citra digital dan machine learning. Sistem ini dirancang untuk diintegrasikan pada mesin penggulungan kain sebagai sistem inspeksi awal sebelum kain didistribusikan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi supervised learning untuk klasifikasi citra kain, memanfaatkan perangkat lunak Google Teachable Machine dan algoritma Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) yang diimplementasikan dengan OpenCV. Perangkat keras yang digunakan terdiri dari kamera web Logitech D320 untuk akuisisi gambar dan Raspberry Pi-3B sebagai pengolah citra. Sistem ini diuji untuk mendeteksi tiga kategori kain: kain bagus, cacat jarang, dan cacat slap. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki rata-rata waktu inferensi sebesar 142,47 ms dengan kecepatan rata-rata 6,46 frame per detik (FPS) dan akurasi klasifikasi mencapai 98,48%. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, memperkuat kontrol kualitas di industri tekstil, mengurangi intervensi manual, dan menurunkan potensi kerugian akibat produk cacat.   Abstract The textile industry plays a crucial role in the national economy, facing significant challenges in maintaining product quality to meet consumer satisfaction. Production defects, such as rare defects and slap defects in fabrics, are key factors that affect the quality of textile products. This research aims to develop an automated fabric defect inspection system using digital image processing and machine learning methods. The system is designed to be integrated into fabric winding machines as an initial inspection system before the fabric is distributed. The methods used include supervised learning for fabric image classification, utilizing Google Teachable Machine software and the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm implemented with OpenCV. The hardware used consists of a Logitech D320 webcam for image acquisition and a Raspberry Pi-3B as the image processor. The system was tested to detect three categories of fabric: good fabric, rare defects, and slap defects. The test results showed that the system achieved an average inference time of 142.47 ms with an average speed of 6.46 frames per second (FPS) and a classification accuracy of 98.48%. With the implementation of this system, it is expected to enhance production efficiency, strengthen quality control in the textile industry, reduce manual intervention, and decrease potential losses due to defective products

The hypothesis of this study is thought to CAR, NPL, ROA, LDR company size and ownership managerial significant effect on profit growth in the banking industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018 period either partially or simultaneously. The data required in this research is primary data obtained from the literature of the financial statements of banking companies listed in the Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The data in this study consisted of descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. Results of data analysis in this study it can be concluded that the CAR, NPL, ROA, LDR, size AND managerial ownership have significant effect on earnings growth either partial and simultaneously significant effect

    INDONESIA: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembelajaran, dengan fokus perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil strategi guru tahfiẓh dalam peningkatan hafalan dan pembentukan karakter religius siswa SMAN 1 Ngimbang Lamongan. Maraknya program tahfiẓh yang terdapat pada sebuah institusi pendidikan, baik itu di pesantren, madrasah, maupun sekolah umum membuat institusi pendidikan tersebut berbondong-bondong untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik. Dalam konteks ini, sekolah formal tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang hanya mempelajari ilmu umum saja, tetapi juga sebagai institusi yang harus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman dan berkontribusi pada kebutuhan masyarakat, salah satunya dengan membuat program unggulan tahfiẓh al-Qur’an. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan menerapkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian mencakup kepala sekolah, kepala bidang keagamaan/ guru PAI, guru tahfiẓh dan siswa. Untuk pengecekan keabsahan data penulis melakukan pembuatan perencanaan, triangulasi sumber data yang bersumber dari (wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi) dan penyusunan. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu: kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Perencanaan strategi guru tahfiẓh yang telah dilakukan di SMAN 1 Ngimbang Lamongan, diantaranya a. pemilihan metode, b. evaluasi, c. muraja’ah, d. memberikan nasihat, e. menetapkan target hafalan, f. sistem reward dan punishment, dan g. mengadakan kompetisi antar siswa. 2) Pelaksanaan strategi guru tahfiẓh yaitu diawali dengan pembentukan karakter religius yang dilakukan melalui kajian kitab at-tibyan setiap hari sabtu. Selain itu juga melalui kegiatan doa bersama setelah belajar. Sedangkan peningkatan hafalan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode talaqqi musafahah, takrir, dan resitasi. 3) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan dengan berhasil menghafal beberapa juz dalam waktu yang relatif singkat berkat strategi yang diterapkan. Sedangkan pada pembentukan karakter religius ditunjukkan melalui a. religius beliefe, b. religius practice, c. religius feeling, d. religius knowledge, e. religius effect yang tercermin pada perilaku siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang strategi guru tahfiẓh dalam peningkatan hafalan dan pembentukan karakter religius siswa untuk menghasilkan lulusan sekolah umum yang cakap dalam bidang kegamaan khususnya tahfiẓh al-Qur’an. ENGLISH: This study aims to analyze learning strategies, focusing on the planning, implementation, and results of the tahfiẓh teacher's strategies in improving memorization and developing students' religious character at SMAN 1 Ngimbang Lamongan. The rise of tahfiẓh programs in various educational institutions, including Islamic boarding schools, madrasah, and public schools, has prompted these institutions to strive for the best service. In this context, formal schools do not only serve as institutions that teach general knowledge, but also as establishments that must adapt to the times and contribute to the needs of society, one of which is by offering a specialized program in tahfiẓh al-Qur’an. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative analysis approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The research subjects include the school principal, head of the religious department/religion teachers, tahfiẓh teachers, and students. To ensure data validity, the author conducted planning, data triangulation from multiple sources (interviews, observations, and documents), and data organization. Data processing and analysis were carried out in three stages: data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verifying the data. The results of the study show that: 1) The planning of the tahfiẓh teacher's strategy at SMAN 1 Ngimbang Lamongan includes: a) method selection, b) evaluation, c) muraja’ah, d) giving advice, e) setting memorization targets, f) reward and punishment systems, and g) organizing student competitions. 2) The implementation of the tahfiẓh teacher's strategy begins with the formation of religious character through weekly studies of the book At-Tibyan every Saturday. Additionally, religious activities are carried out through group prayers after classes. Meanwhile, memorization improvement is done using the talaqqi musafahah method, repetition (takrir), and recitation. 3) The results show that most students have made significant progress by memorizing several Juz of the Qur’an in a relatively short time thanks to the strategies applied. The development of religious character is shown through: a) religious belief, b) religious practice, c) religious feeling, d) religious knowledge, and e) religious effect, which is reflected in the students' behavior. This research is expected to provide valuable insights into the strategies used by tahfiẓh teachers to improve memorization and develop religious character in students, ultimately producing graduates of public schools who are proficient in religious matters, especially in tahfiẓh al-Qur’an. ARABIC: تهدف هذه الرسالة إلى تحليل استراتيجية تعليمية، مع التركيز على تخطيط وتنفيذ ونتائج استراتيجية معلمي التحفيظ في تحسين الحفظ وتكوين الشخصية الدينية لطلاب المدرسة الثانوية العامة الحكومية 1 عينمبانج لامونجان. إن ظهور برامج التحفيظ في مؤسسة تعليمية، سواء كان ذلك في المعاهد أو المدارس الدينية أو المدارس العامة، يجعل هذه المؤسسات التعليمية تتدفق لتقديم أفضل خدمة. في هذا السياق، لا تعمل المدارس الرسمية كمؤسسات تعليمية تدرس العلوم العامة فقط، بل تعمل أيضا كمؤسسات يجب أن تتكيف مع العصر وتساهم في تلبية احتياجات المجتمع، ومن بينها إنشاء برنامج رائد "تحفيظ القرآن". المنهج المستخدم في هذا البحث هو منهج تحليلي نوعي وصفي . تم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلة المتعمقة والملاحظة على المشاركين ودراسة الوثائق. شملت موضوعات البحث مدير المدرسة ورئيس الشؤون الدينية / معلمي التربية الإسلامية ومعلمي التحفيظ والطلاب. للتحقق من صحة البيانات، وضعت الباحثة خطة، وتثليث مصادر البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من (المقابلة والملاحظة والوثائق) وتجميعها. تمت معالجة البيانات وتحليلها من خلال ثلاث مراحل، وهي: تكثيف البيانات، وعرضهاوالاستنتاج أو التحقق منها. أظهرت نتائج الرسالة أن 1) التخطيط الاستراتيجي لمعلمي التحفيظ الذي تم تنفيذه في المدرسة الثانوية العامة الحكومية 1 عينمبانج لامونجان، بما في ذلك أ. اختيار الطريقة، ب. التقييم، ج. المراجعة، د. تقديم النصيحة / الشرح، ه. توفير أهداف الحفظ، و. تنفيذ أنظمة الثواب والعقاب، و ز. إقامة المسابقات بين الطلاب. 2) تنفيذ استراتيجية معلمي التحفيظ بتكوين الشخصية الدينية التي تتم من خلال دراسة كتاب التبيان كل يوم السبت. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يتم تكوين الشخصية الدينية للطلاب من خلال أنشطة الدعاء الجماعي بعد الدراسة. وفي الوقت نفسه، يتم تحسين الحفظ باستخدام طريقة "تلقي"، مصافحة، تكرار وإعادة التلاوة. 3) أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معظم الطلاب أظهروا تقدما ملحوظا في حفظهم بعد المشاركة في برنامج التحفيظ المنظم والمنفذ بشكل جيد. تمكن العديد من الطلاب من حفظ بعض الأجزاء القرآنية في وقت قصير نسبيا بفضل الاستراتيجية المطبقة. وفي الوقت نفسه، يظهر تكوين الشخصية الدينية من خلال أ. المعتقد الديني، ب. الممارسة الدينية، ج. الشعور الديني، د. المعرفة الدينية، ه. التأثير الديني الذي ينعكس في سلوك الطالب. من المتوقع أن تقدم هذه الرسالة نظرة متعمقة على استراتيجية معلمي التحفيظ في تحسين الحفظ وتكوين الشخصية الدينية للطلاب لإنتاج خريجي مدارس حكومية القادرين في مجال الدين، وخاصة تحفيظ القرآن

    Abstract Erik’s oppression is the main focus of this study in Gaston Leroux’s novel entitled The Phantom of the Opera. This study applies descriptive analysis method. The main data is taken from the novel written by Gaston Leroux entitled The Phantom of the Opera. This thesis is purposed to analyze how the depiction of Erik’s oppression, also give the analysis of the factors and also the impacts of Erik’s oppression, that is already stated in the statement of the problem. Oppression is arbitrary thing that someone do to the minorities who does not have power to against it. The concept of oppression, refers to the unjust use of power. This study applies the concept of oppression and the theory of power and oppression by several expert, such Peg O’Connor and Elizabeth D.Hutchison. The theories and concept are well applied to reveal the statement of the problem. The analysis points out that Erik has pictured the image of oppression which dominate in this novel. Erik with his power dominate and oppress the others by giving some rules in Paris Opera, such the manager have to pay some money to him. It is because Erik with his great expertise feels has a higher power than others. This oppression made people surround him depressed and made them submissive by his power. However oppression can definitely lead to something that is not fair. Supervision and control themselves may be also avoid that action. Key Words : oppression, power Abstrak Penindasan Erik adalah fokus utama dari studi ini dalam novel Gaston Leroux berjudul The Phantom of the Opera. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Data utama diambil dari novel yang ditulis oleh Gaston Leroux berjudul The Phantom of the Opera. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana gambaran dari penindasan Erik, serta memberikan analisis mengenai faktor dan dampak dari penindasan Erik, yang telah disebutkan dalam rumusan masalah. Penindasan adalah tindakan sewenang-wenang yang seseorang lakukan kepada minoritas atau seseorang yang tidak memiliki kekuatan untuk melawan. Konsep dari penindasan, mengacu pada ketidakadilan dari penggunaan suatu kekuasaan. Skripsi ini menggunakan konsep penindasan dan teori kekuasaan dan penindasan oleh beberapa ahli, seperti Peg O’Connor dan Elizabeth D.Hutchison. Teori dan konsep diterapkan dengan baik untuk mengungkapkan permasalahan yang ada. Analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa Erik telah digambarkan sebagai citra penindasan yang mendominasi dalam novel ini. Hal ini disebabkan karena Erik dengan kemampuannya yang luar biasa, merasa memiliki kuasa yang lebih tinggi daripada yang lain. Hal ini membuat orang-orang di sekitarnya tertekan dan membuat mereka tunduk dalam kekuatannya. Bagaimanapun penindasan pasti mengarah pada sesuatu yang tidak adil. Pengawasan dan pengontrolan mungkin bisa menghindarkan dari tindakan tersebut. Kata Kunci: penindasan, kekuasaan INTRODUCTION The Phantom of the Opera is a classic epic literary work. It starts from the author, Gaston Leroux. Before Gaston Leroux died, there's even a nine films were made based on the adaptation of his novels. Because of his merit in the field of journalism, Gaston Leroux has earned a legion nobility. 1907 is an important year for Gaston Leroux, the year where he quit being journalist and his book Le mystere de la chambre jaune success in the market. Then the next year also promote his continuation sequels. Gaston Leroux regarded as the successor of Alexandre Dumas, and known as the king of fiction writers. The phantom of the opera is a classic work that has often been adapted into many work such film, since it was first published in 1910 in France. Probably from the many adaptation versions of The Phantom of the Opera, which is considered closest to the original version Leroux's novel itself is a Hollywood adaptation, starring by Lon Chaney and directed by Rupert Julian in 1925. In 1907, Gaston had published Le Mystere de la chambre jaune , which was a great success and was praised by Agatha Christie. The most famous novel was Le Fantome de l' Opera that has been translated into various languages and the movies was made. Andrew Lloyd Weber pick that story in a musical drama in 1986. The Phantom of the Opera has been translated in English, Norwegian, Czech, Hebrew, German, Denmark, and Japan. Has been noted that approximately 18 million people have watched the drama works of Andrew Lloyd Weber's, and the following sequel is 'Love Never Dies'. This novel has been repeatedly adapted to the various series on television, radio, and stage plays. Has been noted that there are about twenty-five versions of the movies. Many authors who write the sequel of this story based on this text. Even the story of the Phantom of the Opera is available and can be downloaded from playstore and is also available in the windows store. It is proved that this novel is an epic literary work and deserve to be the pride of the world heritage. Phantom of the Opera no longer owned by the French, but it has become the world's cultural heritage. This story is about the great misfortune which can come to someone when they are different from everyone else, and when that person is not accepted for who they are. When people do not look into the heart but look at appearances only, they quickly misjudge that person. This is what happens to Erik, in spite of his enormous musical talent, his skillfulness as a magician, architect, and inventor; he cannot join the human race because of his terrible face. He wants nothing more than acceptance, especially acceptance from a woman. He wants a wife and a normal life in a normal house like other people. He will never have these things and he knows it.     Development of Pop-up Book Illustrations as Educational Media for Child Reproductive Health

    The incidence of sexual crimes against children and the prevalence of health-risk behaviors resulting from a lack of reproductive health education media have been identified from an early age as problems that must be followed up immediately. Instilling conception from an early age in children regarding reproductive health education, which is still taboo in most Indonesian societies, is an indication of research achievements that are relevant to be applied in social sciences and humanity. This research aims to test the feasibility of the pop-up book with the title “Yours” (Reproductive Health Education Book) for the age group of children over 6 years. The research method applied in this study is the research and development (R&D) method with the 4D flow (define, design, development, and dissemination). The pop-up book product with the title Pop Up Yours is a product created by the author and has never been tested for feasibility before. The results showed that the Pop Up Book “Yours” can be a medium for reproductive health education in children with the results of testing on 30 children(n=30) aged 9 years, an increase in knowledge of 93.3% was observed. Based on the results of the feasibility test, it can be seen that the “Yours” Pop Up Book is suitable for use by groups of children over 6 years old with the important concern of using this pop-up book under parental guidance.
