    Strategi Pengembangan Obyek Wisata Goa Tengkorak Batu Kajang sebagai Atraksi Pariwisata

     This study aims to identify internal and external factors that support and hold up the development of attractions in Goa Tengkorak. This Study also aims to describe a strategy for tourism development Goa Tengkorak by using SWOT analysis. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative method.The results showed thatthe supporting factor in developing Goa Tengkorak is the human skull in the cavewhich is a unique attraction and this location near another tourist attraction have chance to be sustainable tourism. On the other side, the inhibitors factor in developing Goa Tengkorak is there is no expert team of who conduct regular maintenance of the skulls in the cave and the weakness of regulation to managing Goa Tengkorak. Referring to these factors, a suitable development strategy for the Goa Tengkorak is to re-organize the "Bontang" tradition, maximizing promotion by utilizing technology, utilizing natural resources and arts to produce souvenirs of Goa Tengkorak. Keywords: Development Strategy, Goa Attraction, SWOT analysisABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari segi internal dan eksternal dalam pengembangan objek wisata Goa Tengkorak dan mendeskripsikan strategi bagi pengembangan dalam wisata Goa Tengkorak dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendukung dalam mengembangkan objek wisata Goa Tengkorak adalah atraksi wisata yang unik yaitu tengkorak manusia yang ada didalam goa dan lokasi objek wisata yang berdekatan dengan objek wisata lain berpeluang menjadi objek wisata yang berkelanjutan. Disisi lain, faktor penghambat dalam mengembangkan objek wisata Goa Tengkorak yaitu belum ada tim ahli yang melakukan perawatan secara berkala terhadap tengkorak-tengkorak yang ada didalam goa dan lemahnya regulasi dalam mengelola objek wisata tersebut. Mengacu pada faktor-faktor tersebutstrategi pengembangan yang cocok untuk obyek wisata Goa Tengkorak adalah menyelenggarakan kembali tradisi “Bontang”, memaksimalkan promosi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada, pemanfaatan kekayaan alam dan seni untuk menghasilkan cinderamata khas obyek wisata Goa Tengkorak. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pengembangan, Obyek Wisata Goa, analisis SWO

    Abstract—This study discusses the problems with only examine the variables of the Technology Acceptance Model (Model) that is perceived usefulness, perceived ease, the attitude of the use of, and interest in the behavior of using Internet technology. The study involved four hypotheses that represent the relationship existing variables. Hypothesis testing is done to obtain and prove acceptance of Internet technology by students. Respondents in this study are students of class X SMK Ranti Bogor At 150 respondents. Author distributing questionnaires to students to learn the extent to which students receive internet technology. Measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale, the scale of which will be used to measure the use of Internet technology by students in vocational students Ranti At Bogor. With the questionnaire form is a question whose answer should be selected respondents in accessing internet technology to help them dala completion of school work. From the analysis of all hypotheses seen from all aspects, the students of class X SMK Ranti At Bogor can be said can receive Internet technology as a source of information in completing school assignmentsIntisari—Penelitian ini membahas permasalahan dengan hanya meneliti variabel-variabel dari Technology Acceptance Model (Model) yaitu persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, sikap penggunaan, dan minat perilaku dalam menggunakan teknologi internet. Penelitian ini melibatkan 4 hipotesis yang mewakili hubungan variabel-variabel yang ada. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan untuk mendapatkan dan membuktikan penerimaan teknologi internet oleh pelajar. Yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa-siswi kelas X SMK Ranti Mula Bogor sebanyak 150 responden. Penulis melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada siswa-siswi tersebut untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelajar menerima teknologi internet. Skala pengukuran yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert, yaitu skala yang akan digunakan untuk mengukur penggunaan teknologi internet oleh pelajar pada siswa-siswi SMK Ranti Mula Bogor. Dengan bentuk kuesioner tersebut adalah pertanyaan yang jawabannya harus dipilih responden dalam mengakses teknologi internet untuk membantu mereka dala penyelesaian tugas sekolah. Dari pengujian terhadap semua hipotesis dilihat dari seluruh aspek, siswa-siswi kelas X SMK Ranti Mula Bogor dapat dikatakan bisa menerima teknologi internet sebagai sumber informasi dalam menyelesaikan tugas sekolah.Kata kunci : Internet, TAM, Pelaja

    The XYZ Balikpapan is one of the esteemed hotels in Balikpapan that is widely chosen by the community as a place for accommodation or events on certain occasions. Consequently, numerous room reservations are made, leading to full occupancy. Therefore, the XYZ Balikpapan Hotel requires a strategy for handling guest check-ins during peak occupancy. This research aims to explore the strategies employed by the XYZ Balikpapan Hotel in managing guest check-ins and the challenges encountered during peak occupancy. The research methodology employed in this study is descriptive qualitative research, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. In this research, there are stages of analysis, starting from data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions The findings of this study reveal several challenges faced by hotel guests during the check-in process at the XYZ Balikpapan Hotel. These challenges include guests waiting for rooms to be ready for occupancy due to frequent full occupancy, inadequate human resources for room cleaning, and sudden guest requests upon check-in. The XYZ Balikpapan Hotel addresses these challenges by implementing various strategies, including organizing exhibitions for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM), optimizing the kid's corner, fostering good cooperation between receptionists and housekeeping staff, providing welcome drinks and snacks, conducting courtesy calls, assigning room numbers in the system, preparing registration card forms, and providing room keys.     Diabetes melitus merupakan gangguan metabolisme kronis dengan kadar glukosa darah yang tinggi. Indonesia menempati urutan ke-7 dari 10 negara dengan diabetes melitus tertinggi di dunia. Insiden Diabetes Melitus terkait dengan faktor genetik dan gaya hidup pada seseorang. Kebutaan, gagal ginjal, stroke, hipertensi, neuropati, dan luka gangrene yang membutuhkan amputasi adalah beberapa komplikasi dari diabetes melitus yang tidak terkontrol dengan baik. Indonesia telah memiliki sistem kesehatan terintegrasi yang disebut dengan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan dan diabetes melitus tipe 2 merupakan salah satu penyakit yang ditanggung. Melihat insidens diabetes melitus, pengobatan antidiabetes harus diberikan secara rasional kepada pasien agar tercapai keberhasilan terapi, mencegah reaksi yang tidak diinginkan, dan mencegah komplikasi. Puskesmas sebagai Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan pengobatan yang rasional kepada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2. Oleh sebab itu, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti perbandingan penggunaan obat antidiabetes oral di Puskesmas Ciputat dan Puskesmas Pinang Ranti dengan parameter tepat indikasi, tepat obat, tepat pasien, dan tepat dosis. Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang (cross sectional) non eksperimental dengan desain deskriptif retrospekif dengan menggunakan rekam medik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari Agustus – Desember 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam kriteria tepat indikasi dan tepat pasien baik di Puskesmas Ciputat dan Puskesmas Pinang Ranti memiliki capaian yang sempurna (100%). Sedangkan dalam kriteria tepat obat, sebanyak 83,3% pasien mendapatkan obat yang tepat di Puskesmas Ciputat dan 88,9% pasien di Puskesmas Pinang Ranti. Dilanjutkan dengan kriteria tepat dosis, sebanyak 90,7% pasien mendapatkan dosis obat yang tepat di Puskesmas Ciputat dan 96,3% pasien di Puskesmas Pinang Ranti. Sehingga pengobatan obat secara rasional didapatkan 79,6% pada Puskesmas Ciputat dan 88,9% pada Puskesmas Pinang Ranti dengan perbedaan statistik tidak signifikan atau tidak ditemukan perbandingan secara signifikan (p>0,05). / Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder with high blood glucose levels. Indonesia ranks 7th out of 10 countries with the highest diabetes mellitus in the world. The incidence of Diabetes Mellitus is related to genetic and lifestyle factors in a person. Blindness, kidney failure, stroke, hypertension, neuropathy, and gangrene wounds requiring amputation are some of the complications of poorly controlled diabetes mellitus. Indonesia already has a integrated health system called the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) for Health and type 2 diabetes mellitus are one of the diseases covered. Reffering to the incidence of diabetes mellitus, antidiabetic treatment must be given rationally to patients in order to achieve therapeutic success, prevent unwanted reactions, and prevent complications. Puskesmas as a First Level Health Facility (FKTP) has an important role in providing rational treatment to type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Therefore, the author is interested in examining the comparison of the use of oral antidiabetic drugs at Puskesmas Ciputat and Puskesmas Pinang Ranti with the parameters of right indication, right drug, right patient, and right dose. This study is a non-experimental cross-sectional study with a retrospective descriptive design using medical records. This research will be conducted from August – December 2023. The results showed that in the right criteria, indications and right patients both at Puskesmas Ciputat and Puskesmas Pinang Ranti had perfect result (100%). Meanwhile, in the right drug criteria, as many as 83.3% of patients get the right medicine at Puskesmas Ciputat and 88.9% of patients at Puskesmas Pinang Ranti. Continued with the right dosage criteria, as many as 90.7% of patients received the right dose of medicine at Puskesmas Ciputat and 96.3% of patients at Puskesmas Pinang Ranti. So that rational drug treatment was obtained 79.6% at Puskesmas Ciputat and 88.9% at Puskesmas Pinang Ranti with insignificant statistical differences or no evidence was found

    Balikpapan merupakan salah satu kota di Kalimantan Timur yang sebagian besar kegiatan pariwisatanya adalah pariwisata industri. Sebagai kota industri, Balikpapan memiliki banyak membangun hotel sebagai sarana akomodasi pariwisata. Masa pandemi covid 19 saat ini membuat beberapa usaha perhotelan menjadi terganggu hingga banyak hotel di Balikpapan terpaksa ditutup karena tidak bisa mengembangkan usahanya. Salah satu hotel yang terkena dampak pandemi adalah hotel Swissbell Balikpapan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui usaha yang dilakukan hotel Swissbell Balikpapan untuk bertahan dalam menjalankan usahanya serta mengetahui strategi yang tepat guna memulihkan usaha perhotelan di masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka pada buku, jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hotel Swissbell berusaha mempertahankan usahanya dengan berbagai cara, yaitu hotel Swissbell memastikan sterilisasi hotel serta karyawan, melakukan promosi secara online, bekerjasama dengan pihak kedua, menambah jam kerja karyawan, serta memaksimalkan penggunaan fasilitas-fasilitas hotel untuk menaikkan pendapatan. Strategi yang tepat dalam memulihkan usaha perhotelan adalah dengan memaksimalkan protokol pencegahan virus covid 19, pemanfaatan promosi secara online, serta memaksimalkan pemanfaatan fasilitas-fasilitas penunjang lainnya.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Usaha Perhotelan, Pandemi Covid 19THE STRATEGY OF HOTEL BUSINESS RECOVERY DURING THEPANDEMIC OF COVID 19 IN THE SWISSBELL HOTEL BALIKPAPANBalikpapan is one of the cities in East Kalimantan where most of its tourism activities are industrial tourism. As an industrial city, Balikpapan has built many hotels as a means of tourism accommodation. The current in pandemic of COVID-19 make several hotel businesses has disrupted, so many hotels in Balikpapan were forced to close because they could not expand their business. One of the hotels affected by the pandemic is the Swissbell Balikpapan hotel. The purpose of this study was to find out the efforts made by the Swissbell Balikpapan hotel to survive in running its business and to find out the right strategy to restore the hospitality business during the covid 19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews and literature studies on books, scientific journals. The results showed that Swissbell hotels tried to maintain their business in various ways, namely Swissbell hotels ensuring the sterilization of hotels and employees, conducting online promotions, collaborating with second parties, increasing employee working hours and maximizing the use of hotel facilities to increase revenue.     Glamping (Glamour Camping) at Dinsy LSB (Lamaru Sunrise Beach) in Lamaru offers a camping experience that surpasses standard comfort levels by providing amenities akin to typical lodging, thereby allowing tourists to camp comfortably. However, in Balikpapan, glamping has become a highly popular tourist attraction and accommodation, with many entrepreneurs competing to establish their own glamping sites. This poses a threat if Dinsy glamping fails to implement an effective promotional strategy. This study aims to optimize the promotional strategy using SWOT analysis, employing a qualitative research method that includes observation, interviews, and surveys to obtain primary and secondary data. In the SWOT analysis, IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) are determined, and the results are then incorporated into a SWOT diagram. Subsequently, a SWOT Matrix is developed to produce several strategic alternatives. The final step is to determine the most effective strategy through the quadrants resulting from the IFAS and EFAS analysis. The results of the promotional strategy analysis using SWOT indicate that it falls within quadrant 1, or the SWOT matrix is situated in the SO (Strengths and Opportunities) strategy. The SO strategy for Dinsy glamping involves promotional efforts that have not been fully optimized, necessitating the optimal utilization of existing strengths and the exploitation of opportunities

There are only a few code mixings studies on Instagram captions. The title of this study is an analysis of code-mixing Indonesian English. The subject of this study is Boy William's Instagram caption. This study aims to analyze the Types and Social aspects of code mixing in captions. The author chose Boy William's Instagram caption because there are sentences that match the characteristics of the study and also Boy William's language style who likes to use Indonesian English as a conversation. This study uses a qualitative method in the form of Miles and Huberman‟s content analysis, the data collection techniques by documentation from captions on Boy William's Instagram posts. The data analysis used content analysis as follows to collect the data; Categorization (Coding): The process of classifying data into specific categorie, sampling: As discussed earlier, sampling in content analysis is the process of selecting a subset of a population of material for analysis and the last quantification: One of the main goals of content analysis is to count or measure the frequency or distribution of certain elements in the data. This could be the number of words, phrases, themes, or symbols that appear in the sample.      The management of Mentawir Tourism Village in Panajam Paser Utara Regency is carried out by community who are the members of the Tiram Tambun Tourism Awareness Group. In developing Mentawir Tourism Village, one of the requirements that must be fulfilled is the availability of accommodation or lodging facilities in the form of a homestay. Tiram Tambun has started to develop several houses to be used as homestays. However, the lack of knowledge and skills about the homestay causes the management to be not optimal. Therefore, in this community service activity, training and assistance were given to Tiram Tambun regarding homestay management. The results of this activity are in the form of increased insight and knowledge also skills about homestay management. This is indicated by the addition of the number of homestays and the existence of efforts to meet several standard homestay criteria. Pengelolaan Desa Wisata Mentawir Kabupaten panajam Paser Utara dilakukan oleh kelompok masyarakat yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Tiram Tambun. Dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Mentawir salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi adalah tersedianya sarana akomodasi atau penginapan yang memadai dalam bentuk homestay. Pokdarwis Tiram Tambun sudah mulai mengembangkan beberapa rumah tempat tinggalnya untuk bisa dijadikan homestay. Namun demikian kurangnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki tentang homestay menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya pengelolaan yang dilakukan. Oleh karenanya dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada Pokdawis Tiram Tambun tentang pengelolaan homestay. Hasil kegiatan didapatkan adanya peningkatan wawasan serta bertambahnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan akan pengelolaan homestay yang ditunjukan dengan penambahan jumlah homestay serta adanya usaha untuk memenuhi beberapa standar kriteria homestay

    Penyandang disabilitas merupakan bagian dari masyarakat yang memiliki keterbatasan fisi ataupun mental, mereka juga memiliki hak yang sama di masyarakat, namun pada kenyataannya sering terjadi kesenjangan terutama pada hak pendidikan dan mencari pekerjaan yang mana masih terbatasnya kesiapan untuk menerima penyandang disabilitas dikarena membutuhkan peralatan dan perlengkapan yang memadai sesuai dengan kebutuhan penyandang disabilitas. Penyandang disabilitas kota Balikpapan telah mempunyai payung hukum yang terhimpun dalam Perkumpulan Penyandang disabilatas Indonesia kota Balikpapan merupakan perkumpulan bagi penyandang disabilitas yang memiliki ijin resmi, saat ini telah terdaftar sebanyak 300 orang yang terdiri dari penyandang kaki, penyandang tangan, penyandang mata, dan penyandang bisu tuli. Para penyandang disabilitas telah mendapatkan beberapa pelatihan seperti pelatihan menjahit, membatik, penanaman hiroponik daun selada, namun dari pelatihan yang telah diikuti tidak semua penyandang disabilitas mempunyai kemampuan dan minat di bidang tersebut. Untuk memberikan kesetaraan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi penyandang disabilitas di kota Balikpapan yang tidak mimiliki minat pada pe;etihan sebelimnya maka   diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada bidang kuliner yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi mereka. Pemberian pengetahuan dan keterampilan pembuatan cake dan cookies dapat diterima dan diikuti dengan penuh semangat  oleh para penyandang disabilitas kota Balikpapan dengan menggunakan potensi lokal yang ada di kota Balikpapan yaitu buah nanas yang diaplikasikan pada pembuatan cake nastar dan Taiwanesee cookies. Untuk memastikan kualitas produk pasca pelatihan dilakukan pendampingan dan pembimbingan yang dilaksanakan di sekretariat penyandang disabilitas kota Balikpapan dengan meberikan bahan baku dan peralatan untuk melaksnakan produksi. Dengan diberikannya pengetahuan dan keterampilan pembuatan cake dan cookies, para penyandang disabilitas dapat diberdayakan dan dapat berkontribusi di masyarakat dengan berwirausaha dan menjadi bagian dari pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga dan beberapa orang yang telah memulai usaha dengan minitipkan produk mereka walaupun masih lingkup toko kecil.Kata kunci: disabilitas, kemampuan, wirausaha. ABSTRACTPeople with disabilities are part of society who have physical or mental limitations, they also have the same rights in society, but in reality there are often gaps, especially in the right to education and looking for work, where there is still limited readiness to accept people with disabilities because they require equipment and supplies. adequate to suit the needs of persons with disabilities. Currently, 300 people have been registered, consisting of people with feet, people with hands, people with eyes, and people with deafness. People with disabilities have received several trainings such as training in sewing, batik making, hydroponic planting of lettuce, however, from the training that has been attended, not all people with disabilities have the ability and interest in these fields. To provide equal knowledge and skills for people with disabilities in the city of Balikpapan who have no interest in training before, they are given knowledge and skills in the culinary field that are adapted to their conditions. Providing knowledge and skills in making cakes and cookies can be accepted and enthusiastically followed by people with disabilities in the city of Balikpapan by using the local potential that exists in the city of Balikpapan, namely pineapple fruit which is applied in making nastar cakes and Taiwanese cookies. To ensure the quality of post-training products, mentoring and coaching is carried out at the secretariat for persons with disabilities in Balikpapan city by providing raw materials and equipment to carry out production.     Potensi perikanan di Balikpapan tidak hanya memberikan penghidupan bagi masyarakat setempat, tetapi juga berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap perekonomian kota. Meskipun Balikpapan memiliki potensi perikanan yang besar, sayangnya, pengembangan dan pemanfaatan produk perikanan di kota ini belum sepenuhnya dioptimalkan. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi di Balikpapan adalah rendahnya nilai jual bahan baku mentah ikan. Bahan baku mentah ikan yang dihasilkan dari tangkapan nelayan atau kegiatan budidaya seringkali dijual dengan harga yang relatif rendah. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pengolahan pasca panen yang mengubah bahan baku mentah menjadi produk kuliner bernilai tambah. Pentingnya pengolahan pasca panen dalam bentuk produk kuliner untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya jual produk perikanan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendukung peran nelayan di Balikpapan Selatan dalam penguasaan pengolahan pascapanen, pemerintah, lembaga penelitian, dan organisasi terkait perlu menyediakan pelatihan, pendidikan, dan akses ke teknologi yang diperlukan. Salah satu kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dibutuhkan oleh kelompok nelayan di Balikpapan Selatan yaitu pengolahan pascapanen produk kuliner berbahan dasar ikan seperti nugget ikan dan fish cake. Dukungan ini dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan yang ditargetkan untuk pelaksanaan proses bisnis produk nugget ikan dan fish cake dapat membantu nelayan meningkatkan keterampilan mereka, mengadopsi praktik pengolahan yang lebih baik, dan mendiversifikasi produk perikanan yang dihasilkan. Mitra yang ditargetkan yaitu istri para nelayan yang menjadi anggota Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Kelurahan Sepinggan Raya. Dengan meningkatnya penguasaan pengolahan pascapanen oleh istri para nelayan, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan nilai tambah dan daya saing produk perikanan. Hal ini akan memberikan manfaat ekonomi yang lebih besar bagi nelayan, meningkatkan pendapatan mereka, serta mendorong pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan sektor perikanan secara keseluruhan. Tahapan kegiatan Program Bina Desa terdiri dari need assessment, sosialisasi, pengadaan, penyuluhan teori, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan. Luaran dari kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra terkait manajemen bisnis kuliner dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan keterlibatan wanita pada kegiatan bisnis.Kata kunci: pengolahan, nugget, fish cake ABSTRACTThe fisheries potential in Balikpapan not only provides a livelihood for the local community, but also contributes significantly to the city's economy. Even though Balikpapan has great fisheries potential, unfortunately, the development and utilization of fishery products in this city has not been fully optimized. One of the problems faced in Balikpapan is the low selling value of fish raw materials. Fish raw materials produced from fishermen's catches or cultivation activities are often sold at relatively low prices. This is due to the lack of post-harvest processing that converts raw raw materials into value-added culinary products. The importance of post-harvest processing in the form of culinary products to increase the added value and selling power of fishery products.Therefore, to support the role of fishermen in South Balikpapan in mastering post-harvest processing, the government, research institutions and related organizations need to provide training, education and access to the necessary technology. One of the training and mentoring activities needed by fishermen groups in South Balikpapan is post-harvest processing of fish-based culinary products such as fish nuggets and fish cake. This support in the form of targeted training and mentoring for the implementation of fish nugget and fish cake product business processes can help fishermen improve their skills, adopt better processing practices, and diversify the fishery products produced. The targeted partners are the wives of fishermen who are members of the Sepinggan Raya Village Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK). With increasing mastery of post-harvest processing by fishermen's wives, it is hoped that there will be an increase in added value and competitiveness of fishery products. This will provide greater economic benefits for fishermen, increase their income, and encourage the growth and sustainability of the fisheries sector as a whole. The stages of the Village Development Program activities consist of needs assessment, outreach, procurement, theoretical outreach, technical training and mentoring.
