    Analisis Crack Pada Robot Exoskeleton Lower LIMB

    Failure due to material fatigue can be potentially fatal as it may lead to fractures without any initial detectable deformation. Factors such as high maximum load and large stress cycles accelerate the material fatigue process. In the design of a lower limb exoskeleton robot, the strength and safety of the robot are primary focuses, particularly in the Link Joint mechanism. The comfort and safety of the structure are determined by the geometry and type of material used. Analysis using Fracture Mechanics is employed to evaluate cracks in the Link Joint mechanical structure, with the calculation of the Stress Intensity Factor (SIF) value as an indicator of the stress intensity on the crack due to load. This research aims to identify critical stress and estimate the service life of the mechanism through testing using Finite Element Method-based software, specifically Solidworks 2020.  Kegagalan akibat kelelahan material dapat berpotensi fatal karena dapat menyebabkan fraktur tanpa deformasi awal yang terdeteksi. Faktor-faktor seperti beban maksimum yang tinggi dan siklus tegangan yang besar mempercepat proses kelelahan material. Dalam desain robot exoskeleton ekstremitas bawah, kekuatan dan keamanan robot menjadi fokus utama, terutama pada mekanisme Link Joint. Kenyamanan dan keamanan struktur ditentukan oleh geometri dan jenis material yang digunakan. Analisis menggunakan Fracture Mechanics digunakan untuk mengevaluasi retakan pada struktur mekanik Link Joint, dengan perhitungan nilai Stress Intensity Factor (SIF) sebagai indikator intensitas tegangan pada retakan akibat beban.     Pengaruh Jenis Pahat Terhadap Nilai Kekasaran Permukaan Material Baja Carbon S45C

    In the turning process, the surface finish of a workpiece can influence the level of visual quality of a workpiece. CNC machine cutting parameters include feed speed, feed depth, and cutting speed. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of carbide insert tool types ZCC WNMG 060408 – DM and VBMT 160408 – HM on the average roughness value in the turning process with a rotational speed of 500 rpm and feed speed variations of 0.10 mm/rev, 0.15 mm/ rev and 0.20 mm/rev on S45C steel material. This research is located at PT. Bin Smeer Jaya with the research sample, namely S45C steel material. This research will be carried out with 3 samples of surface roughness testing each with varying feeding, where the turning process will be carried out on a CNC lathe machine first using ZCC WNMG 060408 – DM and VBMT 160408 – HM carbide insert chisels. The desired roughness standard is 1.8 µm – 2.2 µm. Based on the results of testing the surface roughness value of S45C steel material, the data obtained using the Handysurf E-35 surface roughness measurement tool, the roughness value using the ZCC WNMG 060408 – DM specimen 3 feeding 0.20 mm/rev carbide insert chisel was 2.38 µm, whereas for specimen 3 feeding 0.10 mm/rev is 4.11 µm. Then for the VBMT 160408 – HM carbide insert chisel, specimen 1 feeding 0.10 mm/rev is 1.48 µm, while for specimen 2 feeding 0.20 mm/rev it is 4.41 µm. So it can be concluded that the lowest roughness value occurs in the VBMT 160408 – HM carbide insert chisel compared to the ZCC WNMG 060408 – DM carbide insert chisel type. Therefore, the best level of surface roughness results occurs in the VBMT 160408 – HM carbide insert with the desired roughness standard and optimal visual qualityPada proses pembubutan, hasil permukaan suatu benda kerja dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kualitas visual suatu benda kerja. Parameter pemotongan mesin CNC meliputi kecepatan pemakanan, kedalaman pemakanan, dan kecepatan potong. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis pahat insert carbide ZCC WNMG 060408 – DM dan VBMT 160408 – HM terhadap nilai rata-rata kekasaran pada proses pembubutan dengan kecepatan putar 500 rpm dan variasi kecepatan pemakanan 0,10 mm/rev, 0,15 mm/rev dan 0,20 mm/rev pada material baja S45C. Penelitian ini berlokasi di PT. Bin Smeer Jaya dengan sampel penelitian yaitu material baja S45C. Adapun penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan masing-masing 3 sampel pengujian kekasaran permukaan dengan variasi feeding, dimana akan dilakukan proses pembubutan pada mesin lathe CNC terlebih dahulu menggunakan pahat insert carbide ZCC WNMG 060408 – DM dan VBMT 160408 – HM standar kekasaran yang diinginkan 1,8 µm – 2,2 µm. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian nilai kekasaran permukaan material baja S45C, data yang diperoleh menggunakan alat pengukuran kekasaran permukaan Handysurf E-35 nilai kekasaran menggunakan pahat insert carbide ZCC WNMG 060408 – DM spesimen 3 feeding 0,20 mm/rev adalah 2,38 µm, sedangkan untuk spesimen 3 feeding 0,10 mm/rev adalah 4,11 µm. Kemudian pada pahat insert carbide VBMT 160408 – HM spesimen 1 feeding 0,10 mm/rev adalah 1,48 µm, sedangkan untuk spesimen 2 feeding 0,20 mm/rev adalah 4,41 µm. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai kekasaran terendah terjadi pada pahat insert carbide VBMT 160408 – HM dibandingkan dengan jenis pahat insert carbide ZCC WNMG 060408 – DM. Oleh karena itu, tingkat hasil nilai kekasaran permukaannya terbaik terjadi pada insert carbide VBMT 160408 – HM dengan standar kekasaran yang diinginkan dan kualitas visual yang optimal

    Optimalisasi Pemanfaatan Limbah Rumah Tangga melalui Pendekatan Aquaponik

    Uncontrolled household waste management is an environmental problem that harms public health and ecosystem balance. The circular aquaponics-based organic waste management program in Sambirejo Village aims to reduce environmental pollution and improve community welfare through a sustainable approach. The program is conducted through socialization, technical training, and pilot project construction. The implementation results showed that community awareness of the importance of organic waste management increased significantly. The aquaponic system implemented allows the utilization of organic waste as a source of nutrients for plants and fish in a closed ecosystem, thus reducing dependence on chemical fertilizers and minimizing waste. In addition to providing a positive environmental impact, the program also contributes to improving the community’s economy by harvesting fish and vegetables that can be consumed by themselves or sold. The sustainability evaluation shows that most program participants are committed to developing the system independently, with ongoing technical support and mentoring. This program proves that a community-based approach to organic waste management can be an innovative solution and can be replicated in other areas with similar problems.Pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga yang tidak terkontrol menjadi permasalahan lingkungan yang berdampak negatif pada kesehatan masyarakat dan keseimbangan ekosistem. Program pengelolaan sampah organik berbasis sirkular aquaponik di Desa Sambirejo bertujuan untuk mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pendekatan yang berkelanjutan. Program ini dilakukan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pembangunan proyek percontohan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah organik meningkat secara signifikan. Sistem aquaponik yang diterapkan memungkinkan pemanfaatan limbah organik sebagai sumber nutrisi bagi tanaman dan ikan dalam ekosistem tertutup, sehingga mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap pupuk kimia serta meminimalisir limbah. Selain memberikan dampak lingkungan yang positif, program ini juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dengan hasil panen ikan dan sayuran yang dapat dikonsumsi sendiri maupun dijual. Evaluasi keberlanjutan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta program memiliki komitmen untuk mengembangkan sistem ini secara mandiri, dengan dukungan teknis dan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis komunitas dalam pengelolaan limbah organik dapat menjadi solusi inovatif yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan permasalahan serupa

    Penilaian Green Building pada Gedung Laboratorium Terpadu II Institut Teknologi Kalimantan

    Efforts are essential to reduce emissions and environmental damage from construction activities, such as applying green concepts throughout the construction process. Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK) is a sustainable development initiative in East Borneo that adopts these green concepts. Specifically, the Gedung Laboratorium Terpadu II at ITK was planned as a green building but hadn\u27t undergone an assessment. This study assessed the building using the Greenship New Building Version 1.2 tool, revealing that it scored 25 points (24.75%), falling short of green building status. Recommendations for improvement included increasing vegetation, implementing energy and water efficiency measures, sourcing alternative water supplies, enhancing lighting systems, and improving waste treatment. These changes could elevate the building\u27s green status to gold, with a 59.41% score.Diperlukan upaya untuk mengurangi emisi dan kerusakan lingkungan dari kegiatan konstruksi, salah satunya menerapkan konsep green building di seluruh tahap konstruksi. Institut Teknologi Kalimantan adalah inisiasi pembangunan berkelanjutan di Kalimantan Timur yang mengadopsi konsep green. Secara spesifik, direncanakan penerapan konsep green building pada Gedung Laboratorium Terpadu II ITK, tetapi belum dilakukan penilaian terhadap penerapan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan penilaian dengan menggunakan Greenship New Building Versi 1.2 dan diperoleh nilai yang tercapai adalah 25 poin (24,75%), sehingga bangunan ini tidak mendapatkan predikat green building. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang diberikan meliputi memperluas area vegetasi, mengimplementasikan efisiensi energi dan air, memanfaatkan sumber air alternatif, meningkatkan sistem pencahayaan, dan meningkatkan pengolahan limbah. Perubahan-perubahan ini dapat meningkatkan predikat green building menjadi gold, dengan persentase nilai 59,41%

    Evaluasi Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran di Gedung B PLN UID Jawa Timur

    This study evaluates the fire protection system in Building B of PLN UID East Java. Fire incidents in work environments are often caused by electrical short circuits and improper waste burning, leading to both material and non-material losses, such as loss of life and operational disruptions. PLN UID East Java, being a vital national object, requires an effective fire protection system to safeguard against such risks. The evaluation covers three primary components: fire extinguishers (APAR), hydrants, and fire alarm systems. The evaluation methodology includes direct observation and comparison with established safety standards like NFPA 10, NFPA 14, and NFPA 72. The results showed that the APAR system met 85% of the standards, the hydrant system 83.12%, and the fire alarm system 79.29%. Despite being relatively well-equipped, there were several areas for improvement, such as updating expired fire extinguishers, providing clear hydrant usage instructions, and conducting fire alarm simulations more frequently. Enhancing these aspects is essential to ensure maximum safety for the building’s occupants and the continuity of operations.Kebakaran menjadi salah satu ancaman serius bagi bangunan, terutama objek vital nasional seperti Gedung B PLN UID Jawa Timur. Evaluasi sistem proteksi kebakaran, yang meliputi Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR), sistem hidran, dan Fire Alarm System (FAS), penting untuk memastikan kesiapan dan kesesuaian perangkat dalam menghadapi potensi kebakaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan membandingkan hasil dengan standar keselamatan internasional seperti NFPA 10, NFPA 14, dan NFPA 72. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesesuaian APAR sebesar 85%, sistem hidran 83,12%, dan FAS 79,29%. Meskipun sebagian besar elemen sistem proteksi kebakaran sudah memenuhi standar, perbaikan diperlukan terutama pada aksesibilitas hidran, pemeliharaan APAR, dan pelaksanaan simulasi alarm kebakaran. Evaluasi ini memberikan masukan penting untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan keselamatan operasional di Gedung B PLN UID Jawa Timur

    Implementation Of Accounting Information System For Inventory Of Medicines At Anuntaloko Parigi Regional General Hospital

    This study aims to explore the application of accounting information systems in the management of medicine inventory at Anuntaloko Parigi Hospital. The transformation from a manual Excel-based system to an integrated system using the Mirsa application is an important point in an effort to improve the efficiency and accuracy of recording and reporting. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to explore the direct experiences of hospital employees, such as the pharmacy and finance departments. The results showed that the implementation of the accounting information system has improved recording efficiency, structured the procurement process, and provided a correction mechanism for recording errors. Technical constraints such as network disruptions and initial adaptation processes were overcome through training and infrastructure improvements. In addition, internal and external audits have strengthened accountability and system sustainability. This study confirms that the successful implementation of accounting information systems is not only determined by technology, but also by the readiness of human resources and coordination between work units in the hospital

    FAILURE ANALYSIS OF PIPES IN A CONSTRUCTION

    The high working pressure, temperature, and corrosivity of the fluid flowing in the pipe cause problems in pipe failure in operation. The purpose of the analysis is to obtain information related to working conditions at pressure, temperature, and fluid corrosivity, causes of failure, initial cracking of materials, and types of materials used in a construction. The analysis method includes tracing the results of previous pipe research, studying mechanical properties, composition, hardness, stress concentration, fluid corrosivity, heat treatment, comparison between results, discussion and conclusions. Application of pipe analysis in a construction of production facilities, and factories. The conclusions obtained include: rupture of coal boiler pipes at 1100°C, tensile strength of 48.2 MPa with fluid at 730°C; dezincification and deposits with sulfur content of ~0.60 wt%, and Cl ~9.45 wt% which are corrosive; exposure to hydrogen sulfide concentrations up to 1000 ppm, the presence of localized pitting corrosion due to chloride attack up to 88 °C; erosion rate of 26.77 mm/year and corrosion rate of 1.107 mm/year causing thinning of the elbow wall of 20# steel pipe, diameter 600 mm, thickness 10 mm; working pressure of diesel engine fuel pipe at 637.5 MPa or 63.8 Bar; and so on

    Penerapan REST API pada Aplikasi Antarmuka Alat Pemantauan Tambak Udang

    Increasing shrimp pond productivity is a top priority in fisheries cultivation, especially with the challenge of maintaining water quality as a determining factor for success. The use of modern technology such as the Internet of Things (IoT) allows the integration of monitoring tools with software-based interface applications. This study aims to develop a shrimp pond monitoring tool interface application that uses REST API to connect IoT devices with a Flutter-based application system. The methods used include software development using prototyping with a system design approach based on evaluations received from users to obtain results that meet user needs. The data obtained is sent to Firebase via REST API and displayed in real-time on a Flutter-based application. The results of the study show that the application of REST API allows faster and reliable data transmission between IoT devices and interface applications. The REST API achieved an average response time between 70–87 ms with 0% packet loss during 10-minute testing using Apache JMeter. The monitoring sensors reached accuracy levels of 93.3–96.0% for temperature and 93.7–96.4% for pH measurements. The resulting application makes it easy for users to monitor pond conditions in real-time via mobile devices. This technology supports faster pond management by delivering accurate information. This research is expected to be the basis for further development of IoT-based pond monitoring systems, focusing on improving system features and reliability to support the sustainability of shrimp pond cultivation

    The Role of Spiritual Auditors to Prevent Fraud in Regional Government Institutions

    The purpose of this study is to analyze whether government internal auditors with spiritual intelligence can play a role in preventing fraud in government. This study took government internal auditors assigned to the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) in province level as the subject. The data analysis method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the AMOS application. The results of the study proved that spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on auditor performance, auditor performance and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant impact on fraud prevention, and auditor performance can provide a mediating effect in the influence of spiritual intelligence on fraud prevention.     Implementation of SIAPIK for Preparing MSME Financial Statements (Case Study on The Ri.ch Event Organizer)

    Financial statements are very important for all businesses, including MSMEs, because they can be used by MSME actors or lenders to analyze the condition of a business. However, many have not prepared them in accordance with SAK EMKM and without using applications due to limited knowledge or capability. The researcher selected The Ri.ch Wedding and Event Organizer as the research object. This study aims to develop accounting policies, classify transactions, and prepare financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM through the implementation of SIAPIK. This research applies a qualitative approach with data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The data consist of an overview of the business, business processes, and financial transactions. Data analysis produced accounting policies, transaction classifications, and the application of SIAPIK-based financial statements. The study on The Ri.ch Wedding and Event Organizer found that this business has not yet used financial applications and SAK EMKM, which caused difficulties in bookkeeping. SIAPIK is offered as a practical solution with the implementation of SAK EMKM as the basis for its preparation. With this research, MSME actors can understand how to prepare financial statements easily, quickly, and in a standardized way, which can then be used by stakeholders in decision-making.
